Great apartment in an awesome location. Denise is super responsive and friendly. The apartment is incredibly safe with facial recognition technology for entry and exit. Fantastic amenities and right next to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful apartment! My parents loved it so much they're going to buy one in the same condominium hahahah. Good location, easy access to the beaches. Clean, organized apartment, had all the utensils to make a meal or any need. Wonderful neighbors and very good pool area. I have nothing to say, other than thanking Marlene for her good service.

Maria do Carmo's space is excellent! The apartment is located in a residential neighborhood, but full of attractions, restaurants, bars. Space on the second floor, climbing a small flight of stairs. The space itself is ventilated, quite clean, with several amenities, such as air conditioning, collective washing machine, space for hanging clothes, full kitchen, even shampoo and soap had! Equipado and designed for all everyday situations. Thank you very much, we will be back!

It was a great stay! Cozy atmosphere, and extremely clean. Mr. Everardo welcomed us with kindness and was very helpful. The place has no garage but has 24-hour security on the street. The house is close to shopping, markets, restaurants and the beach. Great location. My family and I loved it and will be back as soon as possible.

Paulo was an excellent host, extremely helpful and attentive. The apartment is exactly like in the photos of the listing, pleasant, clean and very safe environment. There is a little market just steps away from the place, as well as restaurants, pharmacies and everything we need for a comfortable stay. I was there with my daughters and nephew and we like the place so much that we want to return soon. Thanks for everything, Paulo, our experience was the best possible !

Wonderful flat, accommodates a couple perfectly, with all the utensils, easy location, close to pharmacy and 1 block from the beach. The building is very residential, concierge very attentive. Although small, the flat accommodated us and our large dogs well…. Dona Fausta and Rochelle were very nice to us. I highly ❤️ recommend it and will bring my family to stay here

Wonderful apartment as shown in the photos! It has everything. Clean and fragrant towels and linens. Close to everything, in front of the sea in a busy and safe region. Many restaurants near the apartment, as well as a supermarket and pharmacies. The check-in was super quiet. Bruno was also super clear in the information and responds quickly. I recommend the stay and we'll be back again for sure.

It was an incredible experience in Fortaleza, as for the AP everything was as advertised, but the TVs in the rooms did not work and in relation to the lack of a sandwich maker this was resolved immediately, but in the overall context it was great, we felt at home!

My experience with the apartment and condominium was great, all organized, clean, with everything you may need to cook, including the hostess left water for us as a courtesy. I loved!! About the leisure spaces are quite complete, wonderful swimming pool, and the good that can stay the night with friends on the pool deck. If you're going with family, it's the perfect option. About the host, Selmar is a great person. Super attentive. The only negative point for me, it was the location, I went to a group of four friends, and was far from everything. If you have your own car is quiet, now we who depended on app car, sometimes a little bit of fear. But overall, I highly recommend! for couples, family.
