The house matches the listing exactly. Very well equipped, clean and organized. The reception was great. We had useful information already left by the owners. And we had a flexible check-in time, making our arrival even easier. We were very satisfied and it is certainly a place I would return to.

We had a great stay! The apartment was clean and organized, the atmosphere is very family-like, with a wonderful leisure area, including the restaurant whose menu is very good. The service provided by Francy was excellent.

Comfortable, nice house, really complete kitchen. My family loved it! We love the experience. We love the spaces in the house. The caretaker couple is kind and helpful. One of our cars got stuck on the beach and Leonardo (caretaker) promptly helped us! Anyway. It was worth every penny to have a good time with my family in this beautiful house!

I spent wonderful days with my family! The hotel has several activities for children and adults and best of all, access to the park by the hotel and the ease of going and coming when needed. As for the apartment, super comfortable and offered everything we needed. No defects!

The stay on the days we stayed was great. We had been in contact with Paulo since before arriving in Fortaleza because we needed to enter before the check-in stipulated here in the app, he gave us tips on places to go and it was very easy with us. The location is fantastic, close to the beach, we barely took an Uber due to the proximity of restaurants, cafes and the like. My wife, cousin and aunts liked it a lot too, beautiful apartment, very clean and complete, surprised me a lot. What could be better: I needed to use the TV a few days and it froze a lot and was slow, it could help with that. The shower stall could be bigger (but I'm 6'2" so it could just be my thought), the wifi was bad at times, since there were 6 of us and there were more people in the other apartment, I only used mobile data anyway, but the wifi is good for the expense, you could have at least one more TV in the suite and maybe an airfryer, which would be more luxury. Otherwise it was wonderful, full kitchen and very large apartment! Thank you, Paulo.

The stay was excellent! The apto is in great condition and the condominium is very good, especially the prices and quality of the restaurant. We have only had the misfortune of a few cockroaches appearing within the apt and it is important to reinforce that the dedetisation is up to date, as this is common anywhere. Another point that we had difficulty was the option of bakery in the complex, which is somewhat limited in relation to options, not having fruits, and which only opens at 8am. However, the breakfast in the nearby resort, Dom Pedro Laguna, is very good, which serves the external public and is open at7:30 am.

We were 3 couples, each with a child, the convenience was simply perfect, everything in the apartment in perfect condition, all spaces such as barbecue, Jacuzzi, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms perfectly met our needs, the sea view simply perfect, great place to bathe and have fun with the children, the leisure area of the condominium is very good, the pools are heated and the place is a delight. Another thing that caught my attention was the security of the condominium, they are always attentive to who arrives and who leaves, everything is very safe, all employees are very helpful and polite, I could not fail to congratulate our host Dante who left nothing to be desired, always very attentive and made us very comfortable, we felt at home during these days. Just to finish, the condominium is on the seafront with access to the beach, the place is perfect for swimming in the sea and walking at the end of the day, so for the next guests enjoy your stay!🙏🏻🌊?

Apt. with great location, sea view, super close to the pool and the food trucks. We had a problem with the air-conditioning of one of the rooms, and the next day they installed another brand new one. Tais always responded to me promptly and with a lot of education!

This is our second time staying at this apartment. It's a find! Bed linen is impeccable and of excellent quality, clean bathrooms, in fact, all very well taken care of, kitchen with working utensils, freezer and even floor clothes. There are 3 SUITES WITH air CONDITIONING, that is, you host 8 people with great comfort. The town of Aquaville has a food square that works at night with hot dogs, hamburger, pasta, pizza, acai, snacks, in addition to non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. The position of the block is in front of the lake and close to the beach with private entrance. Great fun for the entire family. With regard to the guest, I also give 5 stars! Mr. João is thoughtful, polite and helpful. We will certainly be back.

The condominium is very organized and the concierge is always accessible. The place is nice, clean and well maintained, the only point that could be improved are the items on the market. The apartment is small but cozy. Maintained furniture, soft mattresses, taps with great water pressure. It has all the items offered. The porch door needs maintenance because it needed a lot of strength to open it. Another point that took us by surprise was the distance from the condominium to the tourist spots. But overall, it was well worth this lodging.

I already knew the condominium, but Apartamento do Frode is excellent, large, comfortable, all clean, accommodated well my loved family,view of the pool and beach, given us all the necessary instructions... sure I will come back more times, sorry that we do not spend more days!

Great place, I've been there a few times and I'll be back. Beach Living has a leisure area near the beach which is a true paradise. Hillton very attentive and quick in communication.

The stay in the apartment was a dream, we were 2 adults and 1 child, another family could have gone with us without problems. Spacious rooms. Everything clean, in good condition, everything new and working perfectly. Having the beach so close is ideal... in addition to the proximity to the water park... the complex is impeccable, we used the pool a lot (it was practically just us), the gym was also impeccable, the tables in the pool area were beautiful and also those in the gazebo at the back with the sea in the background, fantastic. We recommended it and would go back!!!
