Excellent stay, nothing to complain about, I went with the family, with teenagers and the elderly, and everyone felt very well accommodated. The apartment is well equipped with the necessary, we could choose to cook in the apartment itself, order something or go down to eat, since everything is close. Conceição was wonderful, she did more than necessary for us and always responded super fast.

Very well located condominium, by the sea, the apartment is on the first floor and it is easy to access the beach, facing the sea, next to the stairs that exit the balcony to the condominium patio, there is a playground, the pool is wonderful, easy and quick check-in, two parking spaces, full kitchen for preparing meals, including our breakfasts, which were every day in the apartment and we made dinner too, located near the beach park, Quiet beach to enjoy and plenty of space for children, there is a beach volleyball court that belongs to the condominium and football, I took my three dogs (Yorkshire terriers) and there was plenty of space to walk with them. Daniel is an excellent host, from the first contact until the departure from the apartment, he always responded very quickly and gave all the necessary instructions, he is to be congratulated on everything! Anyway, I recommend it and I will definitely stay at Terramaris again, an excellent place!

The house is comfortable, all rooms have a bathroom and air conditioning. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, pots and basic equipment with a blender, microwave and grill! The sea is the main attraction, going down the stairs you are on the beach with a spectacular view! We loved and had pleasant moments in the house! Thank you and until next.

Great apartment, with a wonderful view. As there were only 2 of us, the apartment met our needs. Clean and organized place with full kitchen. The surroundings seemed safe, and very good for those who like to practice physical activity. Anyway, I felt at home. I definitely have a favorite place to stay when I return to Fortaleza.

I loved my stay, the apartment is very beautiful with an amazing view, full kitchen, clean apartment, impeccable bed and bath linens. Close to several cool restaurants that you can walk to. The apartment is impeccable, as in the listing, great bathroom, great shower, functional kitchen with everything we needed! The option of the washer and dryer helped a lot in not having to take a lot of things. All the smart TVs and with children was excellent. I had a little stress at checkout with things from the house, because we used it a lot and I had children, she was not so flexible in understanding. The resort is basic, it doesn't have so many attractions and things to do, but for me it was good because that wasn't what we were looking for.

An amazing week! I am from Fortaleza, but I have lived in Sao Paulo for years and every time I came here to visit, I was in the family home. Sincerely, it was much more enjoyable to stay in this loft, super cozy and great for small family or two people. The access to the beach very easy, foot in the sand. A very nicely decorated and beautiful apartment. Although the building is old and has many apartments under renovation, Daiane's is wonderful, well-equipped, has everything and was very clean.

My stay at the resort was amazing! Check-in was super fast and done by an attentive and helpful team. The facilities are modern, well-maintained and comfortable. The room was spotless, with a super comfortable bed and a great view. The leisure areas, such as the pool and the spa and gym, are clean and ideal for relaxing, although the gym is a bit rusty. The location is privileged, with easy access to tourist attractions and natural landscapes.
