The Granada apartment is simply perfect, very clean and organized, everything is brand new, just like the photos. Kárdila is always very attentive, always ready to help us with questions and recommendations. The apartment is very well located, close to a market, pharmacy, restaurants, as well as an incredible view of the sea. Extremely comfortable rooms with new beds and perfect linens. Anyway, our stay was amazing.

Excellent stay, nothing to complain about, I went with the family, with teenagers and the elderly, and everyone felt very well accommodated. The apartment is well equipped with the necessary, we could choose to cook in the apartment itself, order something or go down to eat, since everything is close. Conceição was wonderful, she did more than necessary for us and always responded super fast.

The location and view of this apartment are just perfect. Lovely sea view and breeze, just across the road from the beach, walking distance to anything you may need (pharmacy, restaurants, supermarket...). The building is super secure and modern, with no keys needed, but face recognition and codes, which makes it so handy not to have to always take and split keys between guests. For the same reason checkin and checkout are super handy. Shallow outdoor pools, so the kids could play with no fear. Padaria/mini market within the building facilities, which again, so convenient. The biggest area of the apartment is the balcony (with jacuzzi, bbq, outside shower...), where we stayed all the time, also for the breeze. The inside of the apartment is "small" (as seen in the pictures), but ideal for what we needed and fast to cool off with aircon. Before our trip the host was super helpful in putting me in contact with a local school for my kids, which they loved. Super recommend this listing

Wad amazing place to relax and get around town. View of the ocean. Walkable everywhere and the concierge service is great! Will definitely book on my next visit. I liked the building so much I want to buy a unit and AirBnB when I’m not in town!

Our stay was excellent! The place exceeded all of my expectations. It had a room fully equipped for remote work, which made our routine much easier. The kitchen was complete and perfect for preparing meals, everything was very well organized and clean. The balcony had an amazing view, which helped to relax during breaks. The bedroom and bathroom were just perfect and super cozy. Also, the location is great! It is super close to the beach and the São Luiz market, which made it a lot easier when buying the things we were going to use. There are several other places nearby as well, all very accessible. You can walk to the beach with peace of mind. Everything very practical and convenient. It was certainly a very positive experience and I would return without thinking twice!

It's a wonderful apartment, very safe. Beautiful view and close to everything beautiful in Fortaleza. I have stayed in many places around the world and there is practically nothing to question about Simon and Liciane's place. If I ever go back to the city, I'll stay here without hesitation.

The apartment is very nice, the view is very nice, the room is very comfortable, clean bathroom with hot water in the shower. The kitchen is very functional, I used pots and the frying pan to prepare my breakfast and everything was great. The service was always very fast through AirB&b's own chat.

My stay at Cristina's Apartment was simply wonderful, before booking the space I sent a message to clear up all my doubts, very quickly and soon after that I made my reservation, I thought it would be a negative point not to have an air conditioning unit, but no, because it is very ventilated both day and night and the room fan does the job, hahaha, Cacau received me and was always very attentive, talking about restaurants, bars, markets, and nearby fairs, the place is totally safe to walk and very close to the beach, and the view from the balcony is wonderful, allowing you to see the sea, beach and the city. The accommodation was very worthwhile, I felt at home, I will certainly return more times!!!

An amazing week! I am from Fortaleza, but I have lived in Sao Paulo for years and every time I came here to visit, I was in the family home. Sincerely, it was much more enjoyable to stay in this loft, super cozy and great for small family or two people. The access to the beach very easy, foot in the sand. The super agile host in the help.

A very nicely decorated and beautiful apartment. Although the building is old and has many apartments under renovation, Daiane's is wonderful, well-equipped, has everything and was very clean.

We are very pleased with the accommodation. It exceeded our expectations. We were close to many restaurants, supermarkets, banks. The neighborhood is very quiet and very close to the Iracema beach waterfront and nearby beaches. The apartment itself is very cozy, clean and easy to access. Dalila always responded to messages and answered questions. It's worth the investment.

The apartment is wonderful, just like the photos, everything tidy, smells good, a gallon of water to replace, the view from the apartment doesn't even need comments! Everything is impeccable. The location is great! The beach in front is WONDERFUL for swimming. It's a delight to walk on the avenue by the sea! Walking to the fair 20 min +/-, but with that wonderful waterfront it goes by very quickly and the delicious climate makes everything even better! Fatima is very attentive and dear! It was a pleasure to spend these days in Fortaleza! I'll definitely be back.
