Our stay was just perfect! The house is exactly as described in the ad: clean, organized, cozy we feel good. The host Renata is very attentive and responsive. And having your José who is the housekeeper nearby makes a big difference,he is fine people. I recommend the house to those looking for comfort, space, beautiful view, tranquility and a great experience. Sure if God wants we'll be back at another time! Thanks for everything Renata!

I recommend it to everyone, a place that is more than cozy, well maintained, organized, a good location, quiet, a clean pool with very warm water, well equipped with all the necessary utensils, very well cleaned by Dona Tereza, a lovely person, in addition to the super polite caretaker and the hostess Dona Iseuda is the icing on the cake!! A very nice person, attentive and available at all times!!! In addition, our entire family loved the stay and for sure when we return to Fortaleza we will stay at the farm.

The stay at Mr. Josino's home was great, flexible check-in with clear directions, the host greeted us in person on our arrival. Comfortably clean, spacious and organized environments. Great balcony with seating spaces and relaxation. If it is in the right season, you will have mangoes and ciriguelas at will. It is easy to communicate with Mr. Josino and he is always willing to assist in the resolution of what is necessary. Great stay, recommend to everyone.

The space is in a very welcoming and safe condominium. The location is perfect, close to restaurants, markets and Beach Park. It is at the top of a dune, which makes it very ventilated immovable. The condominium has a very good pool and the housekeeper who takes care of the condominium is very helpful. The house is spacious, cozy, very clean and tidy, with everything needed for a great stay. Mr. Fernando and his wife were excellent hosts, surprised us with various treats, such as juice, cake, panrtone and even a bottle of bubbly for New Year's Eve. They always responded quickly when we had any questions. They personally welcomed us at the time of check-in and explained to us how the entire house works. Rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. We spent the turn of the year there and it was wonderful, because from the condominium area we could see the fireworks display of several resorts that are in that area. I highly recommend Mr Fernando's place.

The place is perfect for those who want to enjoy a quiet weekend and reconnect with nature. Sabiaguaba Beach is top dms and the sunset at Morro de Areia is a great order for an afternoon. Pleasant climate, light vibe and a lot of silence — ideal to rest and forget the rush. The region has some restaurants, and the space where I stayed was super cozy and dahora. O Del, host, was note 10: very receptive, always available to answer questions and give valuable tips of tours and places to know. In short: good vibe, great structure, and a host that makes all the difference. I highly recommend it! Please note: the time we went, a cat decided to "adopt" the kkk house very tame, but did not want to leave for nothing. We had to close everything for him to settle down, but in the end it was even funny.

Great site for a stay, close to Praia do Mucuripe, Meireles and Iracema. Large house, fully equipped kitchen, large bathrooms, all rooms with air conditioning and TV. The location of the house and strategy, can be walked to various tourist spots in the city, close to the flea market, fish market and the Rio Mar Fortaleza mall, the neighborhood and quiet! Mr. Eudes and his daughter Thays were helpful, attentive, thoughtful and transparent, gave us several tips about the city, we highly recommend and will be back again and again.

The stay was excellent,the house is very ventilated and comfortable, there are three air-conditioned rooms and the kitchen close to the pool, which is also wonderful, has a waterfall. And Nycaelle and her parents are very accessible, they welcomed us well!
