The atmosphere is very cozy and private. It has a great location and ventilation, which always leaves it with a pleasant climate. I booked it because I needed to stay close to UECE, and I really achieved the goal, as it only took about 10 minutes by car. The environment is clean, organized and Ana Karísia welcomed me very well, even making check-in flexible. Thank you so much for the stay.

It was a great stay! Cozy atmosphere, and extremely clean. Mr. Everardo welcomed us with kindness and was very helpful. The place has no garage but has 24-hour security on the street. The house is close to shopping, markets, restaurants and the beach. Great location. My family and I loved it and will be back as soon as possible.

My stay was great, friendly and quiet neighborhood! I chose to stay in the neighborhood, as I participated in an event in the events center of Fortaleza! But I found it a little far from the center, but buses in front and it is possible to make the payment with pix via Qrcode. It may seem weird at first, but people are friendly and kind, The most the stay was great and it felt like home!

Top. Cool Host, home to the higher standard than the neighborhood in general. Place well located, food court near. Condominium pool is clean. My son loved sleeping on the hammock he left for us in the room.

It was very worthwhile to have stayed in this condominium, a great pool, the beach is within walking distance, super safe. Rodrigo always answered questions quickly, super kind. I'll be back soon and I won't even look for another one, I'll be staying at this beautiful condominium again.

A really nice place to stay for your visit to Fortaleza. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need, from cooking appliances to hammocks and air-conditioning. The condominium is safe and is located next to 2 big supermarkets, and a 10 min uber from the beach. Camilla was super helpful, offering recommendations and making sure I was OK. If I come back again this is one of the first places I will look for to stay again.

The stay was wonderful. I shared the apartment with four other people and it could still fit more. Mr. Batista, the caretaker, welcomed us with great receptivity. The owner of the house sent us several guides to the location, tours, buses and routes, restaurants, bakery and markets nearby. The apartment is cozy and as described in the listing.

Maria do Carmo's space is excellent! The apartment is located in a residential neighborhood, but full of attractions, restaurants, bars. Space on the second floor, climbing a small flight of stairs. The space itself is ventilated, quite clean, with several amenities, such as air conditioning, collective washing machine, space for hanging clothes, full kitchen, even shampoo and soap had!
