Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Fortaleza

It's a wonderful apartment, very safe. Beautiful view and close to everything beautiful in Fortaleza. I have stayed in many places around the world and there is practically nothing to question about Simon and Liciane's place. If I ever go back to the city, I'll stay here without hesitation.

The apartment is very nice, for its price it is the best, landscape apartments with this quality of beach view are more expensive, this was a find. Communication with Filomena and Lúcia is good, in 7 days of hosting we didn't even need to contact them, because everything was in order. The cleanliness was great. Absolutely the best location by the sea, basically just walking from the hotel you will find everything you need, from the most expensive to the cheapest, we spent very little on Uber. The hotel is great, the facial recognition access is very fast and practical and it has swimming pools, a 24-hour market and a cafeteria. For your information, in the 7 days we stayed, we paid 87 reais for energy. As a suggestion for the apartment, I believe it would be interesting to have a hair dryer, a full-length mirror in the master bedroom, streaming on the TV, and an electronic lock for practicality.

Accommodation exactly as in the listing. Well-equipped apartment with all new appliances in full operation. Great location with pharmacies and bakeries nearby. including a grocery store exactly in front. The restaurant inside the building with plenty of snack options, breakfast, lunch and dinner was all very good!

The accommodation was quiet, the space matches the photos, it has a great location, clean and organized. Ricardo is a perfect host, he gave us all the information the day before, as well as several places for tours and restaurants, etc.

The impeccable location with a wonderful view of the waterfront. Host very responsive and always willing to answer any questions about the building and location. 10/10 recommend. If I return to Fortaleza, I would definitely be in the same location.

The location is great, the apartment is very well equipped and was well organized! The entrance and exit of the building is also quiet, because it is done through the application, so it is very practical! Wad amazing place to relax and get around town. View of the ocean. Walkable everywhere and the concierge service is great! Will definitely book on my next visit. I liked the building so much I want to buy a unit and AirBnB when I’m not in town!

The apartment is undoubtedly very cozy, it corresponds faithfully to the photos and what is described. Ease of check-in and check-out. Building security and excellent accessibility. The location of the building is undoubtedly very attractive for tours and quick snacks. Close to everything you need, pharmacy, convenience, bars and a restaurant.

The service regarding the questions that arose was resolved quickly and very promptly. The place is on the 12th floor of the building, very beautiful, cozy and can actually accommodate up to 5 people. The kitchen contains basic and useful utensils for the stay we had. The only point to note, which I don't consider negative, is that we could have been informed at check-in that the hotel pool was closed, but we only found out because of the notice inside the elevator (the pool/leisure area was a determining factor in renting the place). Otherwise, we had another option nearby, which was the beach, just across the avenue. The apartment floor is very quiet and peaceful, a very positive point. Easy to get around with app cars, both to get to and from the hotel. I recommend it and I want to come back more often, this time with the pool working.

Everything is very organized, 24-hour security, there is a grocery store inside the condominium, a wonderful swimming pool, the host is always concerned with the guests....we will definitely come back more often....

I believe that the one who was most surprised was my 4-year-old daughter, she loved the apartment, the pool area, my grandmother loved the hammock on the balcony and I thought all the amenities around Studio Iracema were perfect. Everything we needed to feel at home was in the rental, so I give it a 10, and I'm already recommending it to friends.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again. The apartment is comfortable and well decorated with great amenities. It’s perfect with kids, with the short walk to the swings/playground which you can see from the terrace.

We had an amazing weekend at the house! It is super spacious and well furnished, two bedrooms with air-conditioning and one bedroom with a fan. The house has a great variety of household items, such as a stove, air fryer, sandwich maker and even a coffee maker, which made all the difference for our stay. In addition, the condominium structure is excellent, offering safety and comfort, and the location is simply wonderful, as it is in front of the beach🏝️! Perfect for those who want to take a dip in the sea and go for a late afternoon walk. I highly recommend the accommodation and would definitely come back!

Carolina and Dona Vânia were always very kind and assisted us promptly at all times. We didn't meet in person, but it was like we did. The house is beautiful, great location (you can see the pool insanity..lol) the nearby beach is also a delight. There is a market in front that you can walk to, a pharmacy. It's in a quiet place. We had very happy days as a family. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back.

The stay was very comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood. The place is large and pleasant, and we have a lot of enjoyment of the days we stay. However, some points could be improved. The bathroom windows are very low, which generated discomfort at the time of the bath. Also, the door of one of the bathrooms was jammed and made a lot of noise when it opened and closed. We also noticed a gutter in the barbecue.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: clean, well maintained and very well located. The experience was great from the start — the host was thoughtful and quickly answered all our questions. The location is a great differential: you can walk to Beach Park in all tranquillity. Another point that made all the difference was the washing machine, super useful during the stay, and the air-conditioning in all the rooms, ensuring comfort at all times. Undoubtedly one of the best places to stay in the area. We are already planning to come back!

Great stay. The house is spacious, with household utensils, spectacular view, internet, two TVs, the helpful and attentive housekeeper. It is close to the Beach park, restaurants, supermarkets, gas station... Whoever wants to rest can rent without fear. We'll be back.
