Our stay was wonderful, Fabrício has always been very kind, friendly and above all, attentive and willing for any possible problems/doubts, in addition to having offered great recommendations. The apartment itself is wonderful, new furniture, TV's with streaming varieties, kitchen equipped with several modern utensils, variety in bed and bath linen, easy access to garage and concierge. Excellent location, several places nearby and, of course, a splendid sea view, which is worth noting to be better in person compared to the photos. It was 4 cozy days to the sound of the sea to sleep, I would definitely recommend it and would come back more often.

Otimo apartment, with the great location, pleasant, beautiful apartment with very beautiful decoration. No defects. Point to improve: Tv from the couple's bedroom was not working but in everything else perfect. Apartamento had basic items such as: liquid soap in the bathrooms, detergent, toilet paper. Veryooooo cool, I'd be back for sure. Thank you.

The apartment is very cozy and contains all the necessary utensils and furniture to make a great stay possible! Another positive point is the location of the apartment, as it is close to everything and the view is sensational!! The condominium organization is very good! (A nice thing is that it has a great cafeteria and a mini market inside the building, which made it a lot easier for us). Hosts are attentive, helpful and respond immediately! My wife and I love the place and plan to return soon!

Great location. The view is even better than in the pictures. Very good to stay on the balcony looking at the sea and listening to the sound of the waves. During the trip, I didn't need to take the car out of the garage. It has everything nearby: market, pharmacy, restaurants, bakery with breakfast.

It is well worth it. I found other places for the same price, but I made the right decision to stay with this one. From the beginning, I was answered in all questions. The accommodation was impeccably clean. Everything in full operation. From the reception we were very well attended. I will definitely come back more often.

We spent great days in this apartment! It's just like the pictures. Bed linens of excellent quality. The garage space is private. Beach utensils are available. We only spent a few days, but they were great! It was worth it.

The apartment is impeccable, just like the ad. I felt at home, the kitchen is really complete, the space has everything we need to spend 3 nights as if we were at home. Cris promptly answered any questions we had. It is a great choice.

The accommodation was exactly like the photos. We had a setback with the check-in, but the host Aline was very helpful and quickly resolved it. The environment is beautiful, well decorated and the condominium offers structure. What bothered us in just one night of stay was the noise from the avenue in front, but nothing that devalues the experience in total.

Of the places we stayed in Santa Catarina, this was certainly the one that surprised us the most. In addition to the impeccable and fragrant apartment, the pool view is breathtaking. Raphaela was very attentive and polite. Thank you very much!!
