The apartment is completely well structured, well decorated, very comfortable and clean. It has all the domestic utensils and appliances. The living room and all bedrooms have air conditioning and TV. It has a nice view of the beach and great location.

Good morning , my family and I love the service of the staff of the building very receptive to the reservation , quick response and clear clean apartments comfortable, view to the sea , meet td what you need ,close to supermarket td, shopping mall, restaurants is finally in the resort center, we did td without taking the car from the parking lot, it has to circulate free/ if you need great price hubers. There are varieties of places to know and affordable prices from food to tours , it is very worth knowing of course that I intend to go back more often… God bless everyone

Great house, good location. We were with three children and were able to walk to the beach. There is a market, pharmacy, ice cream parlor and restaurant very close by. The host (Rogério) responded quickly to messages and was very attentive.

We were 8 people staying, we had a good stay. Anderson, very helpful in the service, quick answers and clear information about check-in. The region seemed safe and quiet, with options for markets, restaurants… The nearest beach is very good, we loved it!!! Very quick access to Beto Carrero Park.

One of the highlights of the house was the leisure options — it had a ping-pong table and billiards, which ensured fun with the family, even on a rainy day. The structure of the house was in great condition, everything well organized and clean, exactly as in the listing photos. It was a very pleasant stay and we would definitely come back. From the beginning, Fábio was always very helpful, polite and answered us promptly. We didn't have the privilege of meeting him in person with his mother, but every time we spoke, it felt like he had known us for a long time. House is exactly what the pictures show. Clean, organized, all beds with towels and blankets, airy, complete with utensils. We were comfortable, restaurant next door, quiet neighbors... Nothing to complain about and no suggestions to make. It was all spotless. Indicate with eyes closed. Congratulations Fabio. Everything was perfect!

The condominium offers many options, the house is spacious and accommodated everyone well. The showers have poor contact, when you turn one on the other turns on automatically. In the kitchen, we felt the lack of a bread knife and also a meal knife. There were 8 of us and there were 7. There was a room where the lamp was burned out, but it was quickly resolved with the help of the doormen, who were very helpful and kind. I recommend it for large groups (8 people and also for families with children). The beach is very beautiful too. We recommend it.

Excellent! That was my 5th trip to BC, I already stayed in hotels and other Airbnbs, but for sure Lilian's lodging was the best choice, best cost-benefit as well. It is my first option for a return. The location is excellent, close to everything, the apartment is very comfortable, very good beds, equipped kitchen and the view to the beach makes all the difference. We arrived early on the day and there were no guests to check out so we got a check in a little earlier than anticipated, which was wonderful, helped us a lot to optimize the day. Located near the beach in a quiet region (at least in March) is also another convenience that makes this accommodation so special. Lilian and Graciele were always very quick in the answers and very requested giving good support for the guests. I loved everything, highly recommend the accommodation!
