The house and pool area are great, Giuseppe's receptivity was excellent, we had no problem.

Marcos and Lilian's house, in addition to being aesthetically beautiful, is also very practical and prepared. A welcoming environment for families, perfect for memorable moments. We booked Casa Mati for a special occasion, so we hired Zil and Stephanie, who spared no effort to make our days the best possible - we started with an excellent regional breakfast and they still took care of lunch and dinner, in addition to making sure that everything was always in order and working. The house is well maintained, located in a gated community, still with few houses built. To access the beach, a car is required, as the condominium is not on the seafront. But the car is necessary to explore the region (beaches, Vilinha Marceneiro, Vila Guajá… etc). I recommend this accommodation for anyone who wants a beautiful and comfortable retreat in Milagres.

Great choice. Very tidy and clean house. Various utensils available in the kitchen Comfortable bed. It would spend more time peacefully. Location very central. Near markets, restaurants and the beach. Hostã Aurea is very attentive, as well as being super helpful with several recommendations for places to eat and tours to do. Collaborada Fátima Tb very attentive and requests. Would recommend! We'll be back soon.

Unforgettable Refuge in Japaratinga! Casa Linda, surrounded by coconut trees, super wooded and 30 seconds from the beach. Absolute silence, starry sky at night and even fireflies in the garden. Ideal for families, has sand blocks for children, cradle, plenty of space and is safe and quiet. In terms of infrastructure in the bedrooms and bathroom, everything is super comfortable: great beds, smelling bedding, potent showers, full kitchen and barbecue, which cannot be missed in the beach house and was used every day. The hostess is amazing, she gave us all the right tips on where to eat, who delivers, and the best tour ever: typical raft of the region that takes you to eat lobster barbecue in the natural pools (not to be missed!). And the house still comes with a wonderful employee who makes a regional breakfast with couscous, tapioca, cakes and fresh fruit. The truth is that we love the authentic Japaratinga experience we had. Thanks Fernanda, we'll be back for sure!

Casa has excellent space, short walk to the beach, spacious and clean house. Maria Regina is always at your disposal . Sandra marvellous cook, cheerful, fun , made some wonderful pies and cakes my God. Nearby there is not much to do, like good restaurants, places to go out at night, there is only beach and rest even with family . Very quiet and safe condominium.

the house is excellent and sheilla was always available to assist us, asking if everything was okay and if we were in need of anything.

We really loved the stay, it's a place for you who really wants to relax and disconnect a little bit lol… the bikes are a great differential. The beach is very close and the house is very cozy. Everything is very clean, modern and organized!! It was a wonderful weekend. Liara is always kind, 💚 the access is a little far and the road is muddy. But when you get there, you don't even want to leave anymore.

We stayed from the 21st to the 12/29/2024. Great apartment, on the first floor. Everything clean and looking great, comfortable beds. Hostess responded quickly, met expectations and was proactive. I highly recommend it.

The condominium staff, too Many Gentiles For those who like a northeastern meal At night, there is a simple restaurant, but with very good seasoning, a 5-minute walk from the condominium. Great accommodation, my wife and I spent 6 days. Check in was easy and quick, the Erika always very attentive and available. On the second day, we noticed that beach and parasol chairs were not available, but Erika provided, making it possible to get to know more distant beaches and no infrastructure available. The house also has a super functional kitchen, and appliances such as a blender and air-fryer. The house is cozy and has an ideal size, with comfortable rooms. My only observation are the showers, which have little water flow and pressure. But nothing that prevented us from spending excellent days! I recommend the stay and the host. Thank you very much, we hope to be able to return and we will certainly recommend it to family and friends.

The very beautiful and organized apartment with everything we need. I just missed a few cleaning items like a broom to sweep the sand from the beach, but everything else complete. Bed linen and towels of quality, quiet condominium and close to the central area of São Miguel dos Milagres.

The place is very quiet and easy to find. There is a bakery approximately 50 meters and a little market a little more distant, about 300 meters away. The beach is easy to access, perfect for hiking and sea bathing. The hosts are very accessible and friendly, which made our stay even more special. We celebrated our 20 years of marriage and everything was just perfect. We are already planning to return in the future, this time with our children. Another important point is that on the 3rd floor we have access to a beautiful view of the beach.

We very much like the environmenta, everything very clean, organized, practical , has everything you need and a little more, there was courtesies waiting for us as a welcome, the host always requests a lot and the hospitality is not even talked about … finally we will return other times and we will indicate to friends.

Great accommodation, especially for me who needed to eat my meals. It has a complete kitchen, with everything you needed to cook! It's a little far from the beach, depending on where it goes and whatever you do may be far away. But it's very quiet to reach, very quiet neighborhood and Milisson is super nice and if you like to walk, it's worth the walk to the beach!

The accommodations are fantastic, but São Miguel dos Milagres lacks better infrastructure, commerce and needs to improve in gastronomy, the prices are exorbitant, prepare a kidney to leave in São Miguel.

Great apartment, quality of beds, linen and towels. Many high quality cooking utensils. Nearby beach, almost private. We had a memorable stay. The only negative point, which is not of the house but of the public power, is that the street is not completely urbanized and accumulates pools of water that makes mobility difficult. But it is in the process of urbanization. Soon it won't be an issue anymore. But the apartment itself is note 10. And the wonderful Cau services.

It was great , all very clean and organized, with all utensils. But the control of the television was not working.

The property corresponds to the description of the listing, Rafael is very proactive, always ready to answer us. There is nothing missing for any type of traveler, couples or families, the structure serves everyone. The beaches of Porto de Pedras and surroundings are wonderful allowing all types of programming. Be sure to take the raft ride.

A very beautiful place, the apartment has a tasteful decoration and is in a charming condominium, despite having buildings taking place in new phases of the development. But that doesn't hurt and didn't bother us. Back rs rs rs!
