The houses are just wonderful! We recommend and will definitely come back :) We found everything in the house very well thought out: the super large and welcoming environments. Extreme good taste in decor (elaborated with local crafts), the beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms very clean and super manicured. The kitchen is semi-shared with the TV room, making a sure mix of comfort and practicality. The outdoor area features a beautiful garden project, full of tropical foliage and a green lawn that is next to the pool (which by the way is a great size for guests from the 2 houses). Marta welcomed us in the most affectionate and considerate way possible. He brought us a welcome muffin, sent us restaurant tips and always responded to our msgs, quickly and very friendly :) Place is “Pet Friendly”! Chico, (our dog) was very well received.

Karyna has always been very helpful, from the beginning of the property rental process. The house is exactly as shown in the photos and has a lot of entertainment for children and adults, and you don't need to leave the house to have fun. Karyna always answered all questions and helped with places and directions for tours. Mr. Antônio is very friendly and makes it a point to keep the pool and yard impeccable. All our thanks to you!

Very good, I recommend the accommodation, it was well tidy and had several utensils for use. There is great for couples, very welcoming and the private pool allows you to relax without having to leave the house, I liked it a lot. Also, the host helped a lot by explaining how the self-checkin worked and was always on hand to answer potential questions.

We stayed at Kátia's house for the second time. The first experience was great and so we didn't think twice before repeating it. The location is great, very close to the beach, 3 minutes walk. and also close to Maragogi but we went there by car. The house is very well resolved, with everything necessary for our stay. The pool man came by every day to check the cleanliness of the pool. Katia, once again, is always available and helpful. We always recommend the place to friends. It is well worth the cost-benefit.

The house is very beautiful and well equipped, it has a great structure, a person who gives attention during the stay. She is attentive to details. She left us a delicious cake! In the condominium, other guests from other houses had problems but not us because everything worked and she left us several contacts in addition to responding quickly. The house has all the instructions in writing too! I highly recommend Thais' house.

Simply amazing! Daniel and his wife are exemplary hosts. Always available to serve and assist us. The house is in a privileged location, for its beauty and security and facing the sea. It is noteworthy (information that Daniel always brought us) that on the beach just the front of the condominium there are many rocks, which makes it a little difficult to shower. Nothing that a walk of a few meters does not solve. Daniel's accommodation was our last stop on the holiday trip, and it was perfect for us to rest and enjoy the natural and condo beauties. I would definitely return and recommend it to everyone. It was a few days, but it was incredible days.

Marcos and Lilian's house, in addition to being aesthetically beautiful, is also very practical and prepared. A welcoming environment for families, perfect for memorable moments. We booked Casa Mati for a special occasion, so we hired Zil and Stephanie, who spared no effort to make our days the best possible - we started with an excellent regional breakfast and they still took care of lunch and dinner, in addition to making sure that everything was always in order and working. The house is well maintained, located in a gated community, still with few houses built. To access the beach, a car is required, as the condominium is not on the seafront. But the car is necessary to explore the region (beaches, Vilinha Marceneiro, Vila Guajá… etc). I recommend this accommodation for anyone who wants a beautiful and comfortable retreat in Milagres.

Great choice. Very tidy and clean house. Various utensils available in the kitchen Comfortable bed. It would spend more time peacefully. Location very central. Near markets, restaurants and the beach. Hostã Aurea is very attentive, as well as being super helpful with several recommendations for places to eat and tours to do. Collaborada Fátima Tb very attentive and requests. Would recommend! We'll be back soon.

The house is super clean and organized, you can see the care in every detail. Rosangela is a wonderful host… very friendly, accessible and attentive. Everything in the house is well explained, full of useful information that makes the stay easier… you can understand the affection with which everything was done. The cantinho is a delight, warm indeed… I felt at home. I have asthma and I didn't feel any discomfort… no strong mold or smells, which made all the difference to me. The condominium is great, quiet and safe. And the beach is beautiful, perfect for relaxing. An amazing experience from start to finish.

We had a great stay at Sandra's place, the location is wonderful and the photos reflect exactly what the house is. Sandra was extremely available throughout our stay, and her employees made the experience even better. I highly recommend the house!

The house is very good, it is in a quiet area, but it is good to be by car to go to Maragogi and other places. The view is incredible and has a good leisure area. The only detail is that the beds are a bit stiff... Overall I recommend it. I thought it was a great value for money.

We loved the four-day stay at Andrea's house. He is a wonderful, polite and attentive host. Super clean house, all decorated and bright. We spent unforgettable afternoons at the poolside barbecue. A paradise. We'll definitely be back.

Casa Gaiúba is an excellent option for those looking to experience moments of leisure with all the comfort and warmth of a complete beach house, from its structure, with pool and outdoor gourmet area, to the environments of the house, where we could enjoy a perfect stay. The host, Felippe, always very helpful and available for whatever it takes. For an additional cost, you can still hire Lina's daily rate if you want its cooking and cleaning service. Location, in the Tatuamunha reserve, is not spoken between the river and the sea a few meters away. Sossego, peace and quiet. We will come back more often, without a doubt.

Unforgettable Refuge in Japaratinga! Casa Linda, surrounded by coconut trees, super wooded and 30 seconds from the beach. Absolute silence, starry sky at night and even fireflies in the garden. Ideal for families, has sand blocks for children, cradle, plenty of space and is safe and quiet. In terms of infrastructure in the bedrooms and bathroom, everything is super comfortable: great beds, smelling bedding, potent showers, full kitchen and barbecue, which cannot be missed in the beach house and was used every day. The hostess is amazing, she gave us all the right tips on where to eat, who delivers, and the best tour ever: typical raft of the region that takes you to eat lobster barbecue in the natural pools (not to be missed!). And the house still comes with a wonderful employee who makes a regional breakfast with couscous, tapioca, cakes and fresh fruit. The truth is that we love the authentic Japaratinga experience we had. Thanks Fernanda, we'll be back for sure!

Our experience at Adolfo's house was simply sensational! The property corresponds exactly to the description and photos. The beach is wonderful, literally on the sand, and the atmosphere is peaceful, ideal for resting and enjoying good times with family or friends. Communication with the host was excellent, always agile and attentive. A special highlight goes to the housekeeper Vânia, who is hired separately and is worth every penny! Always kind, proactive and ready to help, she took care of everything we needed with great affection, including our purchases, which made all the difference during the stay. We also hired the services of chef Márcia and assistant Marli, and it was one of the best decisions of the trip. The food they prepared was wonderful, made with a lot of flavor and care. They really are a highlight of the house and we highly recommend it for those looking for a complete and carefree experience. They were amazing, unforgettable days. We miss you already and are hoping to

Very clean, quiet and pleasant place

We loved Casa Rustica, met all our expectations! We were in a group of 8 adults and one baby. The rooms were great, we had a lot of privacy. All the conditioned airs were working, linen and towels were clean. The hosts were super requested, whenever we needed to respond to us quickly. In addition, they gave us several tips about the city and places to shop. We were not driving, but this was not a problem, since the house is located very close to the beach and also to 2 markets and restaurants. The house has a great structure, several kitchenware and swimming pool. We highly recommend and hope to come back one day :)

This stay is absolutely recommended! We were 6 in the house - including one child - and the house was perfect for us: with plenty of space and complete amenities, comfortable & clean rooms, and a gorgeous shared area (outdoor kitchen, beautiful pool, etc).Allan was super clear and proactive, and Ana was a highlight for us, helping make us feel at home and safe in this house! I truly hope I can come back one day - the only bad part was leaving!

The house is everything it says in the ad and more. Fernando was super nice since we booked the space and gave us lots of tips on what to do during the day and what to eat at night. The house matches the description and photos very well: spacious, well ventilated, calm, peaceful and quiet. And the best part: a few meters from the beach. The accommodation was impeccable in cleanliness and tidiness when we arrived and Fernando was super nice at check-in, giving us the keys a few minutes early. It was only owed in a few points: in the location in the network works (at least not my operator Tim) and the Wi-Fi was very unstable on the days we were in the house. When we arrived the pool was not 100% clean and also the house was without gas for cooking and without water to drink (which as soon as Fernando was notified, he made himself available promptly and it was brought in a few minutes). In addition, we chose this space because we have a dog and in that regard it was also worth it.
