Marcos and Lilian's house, in addition to being aesthetically beautiful, is also very practical and prepared. A welcoming environment for families, perfect for memorable moments. We booked Casa Mati for a special occasion, so we hired Zil and Stephanie, who spared no effort to make our days the best possible - we started with an excellent regional breakfast and they still took care of lunch and dinner, in addition to making sure that everything was always in order and working. The house is well maintained, located in a gated community, still with few houses built. To access the beach, a car is required, as the condominium is not on the seafront. But the car is necessary to explore the region (beaches, Vilinha Marceneiro, Vila Guajá… etc). I recommend this accommodation for anyone who wants a beautiful and comfortable retreat in Milagres.

Great choice. Very tidy and clean house. Various utensils available in the kitchen Comfortable bed. It would spend more time peacefully. Location very central. Near markets, restaurants and the beach. Hostã Aurea is very attentive, as well as being super helpful with several recommendations for places to eat and tours to do. Very clean, quiet and pleasant place

Wonderfully well, I'll just say one thing, go! Extremely cozy loft, close to everything. An unforgettable experience. Every detail made a difference, very cozy and the host is a lovely person.

Simply amazing! Daniel and his wife are exemplary hosts. Always available to serve and assist us. The house is in a privileged location, for its beauty and security and facing the sea. It is noteworthy (information that Daniel always brought us) that on the beach just the front of the condominium there are many rocks, which makes it a little difficult to shower. Nothing that a walk of a few meters does not solve. Daniel's accommodation was our last stop on the holiday trip, and it was perfect for us to rest and enjoy the natural and condo beauties. I would definitely return and recommend it to everyone. It was a few days, but it was incredible days.

Me and my husband spent the carnival at Loft Solarium and it was great! The Jacuzzi area is incredible, really a differential of the region's properties. Communication with Bryan was always very agile and Leda helped us when we needed it. Because it was the season of carnival, the city hall held some nearby shows and parties that got in the way of noise a little bit, but I believe it was from the same time, there was not much like running away. In relation to air conditioning, we do not feel that it has been too cold because it is a two-storey environment to handle it alone, but nothing absurd that has hindered our experience. It was wonderful and we recommend the loft!

The apartment is exactly like in the photos. Everything very clean, extremely organized. The location is excellent. The condominium staff is very helpful and welcoming. The hosts respond quickly, are super helpful and considerate. We highly recommend it!

We stayed from the 12th to 03/17/2025. We stayed in two flats, as there was no availability in the same for this period. We stay at the bouginho and Captain Gabriel. I liked the duplex more for the larger space and the mattress (personal taste). But, both were organized and functional. I chose the flat 3 miracles for the commentary. Me drew attention to the compliments and made the reservation for this reason. Lidianne, its family and staff are very special. We had some setbacks, which were quickly resolved, without prejudice to our stay. The cordiality and welcoming of the team make all the difference. Lidianne thinks of all the details and takes pleasure in providing an impeccable stay: Beach kit, extremely well-kept and clean pool, convenience store open 24 hours, where you choose what you want, write down and then get it right at the end of your stay. Finally, I thank you very much for making our special holidays in a magical place full of affection! We hope to return!

Our stay was wonderful! Flawless apartment, super comfortable and very clean linens. Everything was very impeccable. I emphasize Aparecido's attention, he always answered my questions about the stay, information and tips about the places quickly.

The condominium has a great structure with a swimming pool and fitness center, the house is great, it has everything you need for a few days at the beach. The condominium has access close to the beach and has markets and a bakery nearby. We loved the stay, it was great days in the region, it is very close to Maragogi and has tours and transfers that pick up at the condominium, super recommended to Japaradise Tur for those looking for an exclusive speedboat ride through Japaratinga and other beaches such as Xeréu and Antunes. The stay provided us with wonderful days in the region. Super recommended, hosts are attentive and available.

For lodging: The apartment is beautiful! Perfect! We love it. Super-equipped, spacious, quiet, very nice condo with a wonderful pool. As for the location: It is essential to go by car, as there is not much to do on foot, since the whole region needs a car to get around. No car I think it's unfeasible, already if you're by car it's perfect. The 4g internet signal in the city is very bad with several points without signal.

The place is very quiet and easy to find. There is a bakery approximately 50 meters and a little market a little more distant, about 300 meters away. The beach is easy to access, perfect for hiking and sea bathing. The hosts are very accessible and friendly, which made our stay even more special. We celebrated our 20 years of marriage and everything was just perfect. We are already planning to return in the future, this time with our children. Another important point is that on the 3rd floor we have access to a beautiful view of the beach.

The accommodations are fantastic, but São Miguel dos Milagres lacks better infrastructure, commerce and needs to improve in gastronomy, the prices are exorbitant, prepare a kidney to leave in São Miguel.

Great apartment, quality of beds, linen and towels. Many high quality cooking utensils. Nearby beach, almost private. We had a memorable stay. The only negative point, which is not of the house but of the public power, is that the street is not completely urbanized and accumulates pools of water that makes mobility difficult. But it is in the process of urbanization. Soon it won't be an issue anymore. But the apartment itself is note 10. And the wonderful Cau services.

We've never stayed in a place as beautiful, cozy and refined as this. I recommend without a doubt the entire experience that involves this stay... The photos are a small example of what Marcio and Ana's house is like... I hope to be back soon!!!

Our days were perfect at the home of Priscila and Enio! From the first contact to the last, Priscila was extremely willing and attentive, attending to us promptly and always concerned about helping. About the house: very equipped, it has everything!!! I love to barbecue and found all the utensils, including a wonderful grill. The gourmet space + swimming pool is very large, very enjoyable. The 3 bedrooms are independent (connected by the balcony where the pool is) and very comfortable, great beds and excellent bathrooms. We checked out already thinking about the date to come back!!!
