Charles' apartment is great, well equipped and very comfortable. Local was well tidy, cleaned with all bedding and organized towels. The village met expectations and we will be back for sure. Condomínio is very good and safe. Charles was very requested, sent information about the surrounding restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy and Fábio (checked in and out) also very attentive. I recommend.

The gym, although compact, has what is necessary to maintain the exercise routine without difficulty. The equipment is in great condition and the area is very well organized. The location is great, with easy access to markets, restaurants and all the facilities of everyday life. The security of the condominium also deserves praise, offering peace of mind throughout the stay. Inside the apartment, everything was impeccable. The space is clean, well decorated and equipped with everything needed for a good stay. Me and my friends plan to come back more often.

Very cozy site, very well equipped and with great views of the sea and the local beaches. Ownership of the very dear and friendly place, always looking to meet us in the best way and give tips on what to do and where to go in the city. From the beginning we were very well received and welcomed on-site. When I get a chance, I'll definitely try to stay in that place again.

House is beautiful, surrounded by nature. The beach is about 7 blocks away, no problem going on foot. Zilda was very friendly and helpful. He even approached the house to see how we were due to a problem we had with our car, he gave us recommendations to find a mechanical workshop. We hope to come back some day.

Wonderful apartment! Well located, a few blocks from the beach, close to markets and restaurants. The environment is beautiful, well decorated, with all new utensils, and super complete! Good, clean bedding, great showers, induction stove, washer and dryer, Smart TV, everything new and working. Come back for sure!

The apartment met expectations. Super safe, clean and organized condominium. Township many nearby amenities, no need to take the car out of the garage. Super attentive host. We recommend it for those looking for a quiet and more reserved location with children on the beach.

The apartment was perfect, but the condominium itself was not. I said I had a parking lot, at the end it was a rotating parking lot that had several manoeuvres, one of them crashed my car and no one was responsible, I had a huge loss. Besides all my car slept on the street after the place was full of cars… the apartment itself is good, but the condo does not. I do not recommend going with your car in high season.
