I was last week at the house of Thiago and Cinthia , a very nice house, very cool, cozy, with an environment for leisure and games, very good, the house very clean, all that is in the ad is what they really deliver, it's worth it. Everything you need to spend a few days and feel at home, at ease, the house has it. Super attentive hosts and whenever I needed them, they were very helpful and polite. I am a lot of detail and one that caught my attention, it was a welcome note with bonbons. Congratulations Thiago and family for hospitality.

great house to rest the place is very quiet with a lot of space, very good location in the center of piçarras, beach on foot, border with the pen. Full house, great kitchen utensils. Our stay was very good! The house is great, very spacious and comfortable. Bed linen, plenty of pillows and blankets available, bath towels. Kitchen integrated with the barbecue, a very pleasant atmosphere. Very quiet neighborhood. Market right next door, good dining options. We really liked Poá beach to go with our 4-year-old son. Marcelo responded promptly and was very flexible with our requests… and Mrs. Maria, who welcomed us, is very dear! We would definitely come back!

My stay was wonderful, the house is complete with everything, only the living room fan is very weak and does not cool, but you can turn on the air conditioning in the bedrooms that cools the whole house. The condominium pool is heated, a delight, my daughters loved it.

The house is very organized and clean, with a full kitchen, comfortable beds and impeccable linens. The location is excellent, and right in front you can buy some items, with affordable prices. The host is very polite and responds quickly, which made the experience even better. I highly recommend it! i loved walking to the park beto careeiro beach and beautiful and tbm we were walkable place of pizzeria pizzeria pharmacy market I loved it and wonderful I super recommend the place and very quiet

My stay at the beach house was very good ! The house matches exactly what was advertised. I was pleased, as it was well equipped with all the necessary utensils, I didn't have to take almost anything! The kitchen had everything, all the air-conditioned rooms and the living room as well, and the outdoor area very comfortable, the location very close to the beach. The experience was good and smooth.

From the beginning, Fábio was always very helpful, polite and answered us promptly. We didn't have the privilege of meeting him in person with his mother, but every time we spoke, it felt like he had known us for a long time. House is exactly what the pictures show. Clean, organized, all beds with towels and blankets, airy, complete with utensils. We were comfortable, restaurant next door, quiet neighbors... Nothing to complain about and no suggestions to make.
