The place is just like the photos, and it's very close to everything in Penha. You can walk to Beto Carrero and the beach. If you want to go to other beaches, it is very fast by car. Very quiet and safe. If you want to make breakfast it's good to take some things from home, but if you want to buy, there's a wholesaler next door and a bakery 5 minutes' walk. Take your linens, dryer, soap and towels for an even quieter stay. We would definitely return.

My family and I were extremely satisfied and well accommodated. Spacious house, well equipped, full kitchen, had everything we needed. We were warmly welcomed by the family of Dona Nelsa Ana, they gave us great tips and during the whole time, the communication with her was very good. The location is perfect for those who want to go to the park and the surroundings, it has everything you need, market, pharmacy, restaurants and etc.

A great flat, clean and with everything necessary to spend a few days. Near markets, bakery/front restaurant and very close to the beach, about 3 minutes walk only. It was worth it!

We really liked the stay and the apartment, we only stayed one night, but we wanted to stay longer. We had only one problem to enter the condominium because it seems that the security guards had not communicated with each other, but we called Solange and she answered right away and helped us. The beach is in front of a beautiful place, a little far from the center but it's not a problem because you have everything in the area and you can reach the center in 5 minutes by car, the amenities of the building are very nice, especially the pool.
