Great apartment, clean, organized, close to the beach and Isabela answers questions very quickly and is very attentive. I will come back and recommend for sure!

The stay was very quiet, Bruno texted the day before to welcome, I asked him if there was a popcorn pan, and promptly he sent us in the apt! Super prompt and polite! The apartment is beautiful, comfortable we feel at home! Best of all, many places are missing that are pet friendly and do not accept medium/large pets and we took our German Shepherd dog, she was super good in the apartment. Speaking of the building, the concierge Carlos received us with great attention, in addition to the concierge Fernando and the fisherman Diego, they were super lovely, we had a good chat (laughs). The waterfront is great for walking! Super we recommend Bruno's apartment! We will definitely return!

We had a wonderful experience at the apartment! The view is simply amazing, facing the sea, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beach. The space is super comfortable, well maintained and exactly as in the photos. The host, Rafael, was impeccable — always attentive and helpful, making us feel very welcome. Clean, cozy house. Close to the two best beaches in Caraguá, you can walk. Julio answered questions quickly, the pool was clean and large. Everything was very good. Super recommend it.

Great stay. Flawless apartment, exactly as advertised. The stove works very well (the oven too), the rooms are very well ventilated and there is even a washing machine. They were quiet days due to the building being very quiet (I believe it is mostly families). The only observation I have is that the TV is not smart, but it has several channels on the device.

Juliana is a great host and the house is nice, convenient and perfect as a beach house. Has all you need to make your stay perfect. Security in the Compound is tight, sometimes too picky when it comes to guests entering the premises, even for a day visit. Plan ahead and register them in advance. We felt at home, super cozy, very equipped kitchen, with all the necessary utensils. Perfect spot for rest. A private beach, with crystal clear water, a place to rest, sunbathe, etc. We had the opportunity to dive and see turtles.

The place is simply wonderful! Literally right on the sand on a quiet beach 2 km from the historic center. Well equipped with everything we could need. It is well worth it. Miriam is very attentive and excellent communication. Excellent and highly recommended.

Our first time at the house and we already know it will be the first of many! Besides being beautiful and looking like a paradise, it's super well structured and clean. Hosts were thoughtful and helpful! Comfortable beds, super complete kitchen… in short, absolutely nothing to point out. Besides the location being great, as we already knew. Quiet beach, calm sea and not much movement, and at the same time safe and close to all the shops you may need :)

Very well located, exactly like the listing. We did not have any difficulty in accessing or communicating with Patrícia. Super recommend it.

The space is even better than it looks on the photos. I found it to be more spacious both indoors and in the yard. the backyard wall is also higher than it appears. But what I loved most about the stay were the little details that are not in the listing: very cozy pillows and bedding; wonderful shower; various appliances that are not listed. The owner of the space is unparalleled in her kindness, and responded very promptly to our requests. Next visit to Maresias I will try to rent the space again!

Facing the beach, from the balcony of the apt looks like you are inside the Sea, beautiful the view. On the beach there are Bolt, Lancha and jetski banana tours. 3 bedroom apartment, 1 suite, televisions and air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living room. The apartment is exactly the one presented in the photos, the place is very calm, we stayed at the carnival and the movement only until 6 pm while people were enjoying the beach, the carnival mess was on the downtown beach, about 5 to 10 minutes by car from the place we were. We had a great stay.

Josi treated me like a family member. Very satisfied, sorry it wasn't very sunny. In any case, I highly recommend the space.
