Charming loft,standing in the sand on one of the most beautiful and trendy beaches of Ilhabela. Carefully equipped to offer a comfortable and unforgettable stay,it has air conditioning,ceiling fan,electric shower with stall,refrigerator,sink, microwave, electric oven, coffee machine, and other accessories. Double sofa-bed, single bed, and two extra inflatable double mattresses. Outside we have a deck on the sand in front of the sea, a shower, a hammock swing under a treetop, tables, and benches.

A garden, a beautiful balcony and a gourmet area overlooking the beach will make your weekend more relaxing. It has two bedrooms, accommodating up to five people comfortably, two in an air-conditioned double suite and another three in a single bedroom with a common bathroom. In addition to the outdoor gourmet area, the house also has an indoor kitchen.

Do lado esquerdo da suite, fica o espaço gourmet com pia, churrasqueira, forno a lenha, forno de pizza e frigobar e utensilios para cozinhar. Em outra área da propriedade temos um deck de piscina com espreguicadeira.

Cozy and newly renovated apartment in front of Martim de Sá beach, with air-conditioning in the living room and in both bedrooms, and a 42-inch TV with Netflix released for you to watch. Our apartment does not have a view of the beach, but as soon as you leave the building, just cross the street and you will already be on the beach without the need to be driving around in traffic. We have a preference for renting to couples and families. We do not rent to groups.
