The property is 1 block from the Ipanema square and 4 blocks from the sea. 6x3m Fenced Pool, wi-fi, pool table, foosball, 4 suites with ceiling fan + 1 bedroom, accommodation for 15 people. Open-plan living room/kitchen with side-by-side refrigerator, freezer, microwave, 50" LED TV, barbecue grill, 2 parking spaces, cold-water shower, and monitored alarm system. It is forbidden to move the pool table or any other furniture from where it is!

Beautiful newly built house. The house comfortably accommodates up to 10 people. We have an en-suite with a double bed, closet and equipped with air-conditioning, plus a bedroom with 2 bunk beds and air-conditioning, and a third bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a fan. The house has a second bathroom. The main room has a high ceiling with attached kitchen and dining room and a mezzanine. The outdoor area has a barbecue and two hammocks. The patio accommodates 2 cars. The beach is about 300 meters away.
