André and Flavia's apartment is right on the beach, so you can go for a walk on the sand or swim in the sea and come back to rest or maybe swim in the condominium pool! It was a great experience and I would definitely come back.

Extremely clean house, close to the beach, very safe, has all the utensils you need (including beach chairs, sun umbrellas and cart), hostess allowed checkin with flexible schedule because we would arrive in the city before, attentive and responsive to answering questions about the place, and gave us some tips of where there was a market and fishmills. I went with a friend to spend a week and our stay was amazing! Everything was wonderful and you can trust the place is exactly as advertised, if not even better. The apartment was extremely clean and organized, Cláudio's wife helped us with everything and was extremely helpful. We woke up every day looking at the sea, the view is very beautiful. Not to mention the space, we really enjoyed the game room and played table tennis until we couldn't anymore, haha. We will definitely come back more often.

The property's location is wonderful, facing the sea!!! In a very quiet region and close to the excitement of Praia de Leste and Ipanema, Matinhos and Caiobá on the other side. The condominium has a very good structure in the outdoor areas, swimming pool and indoor and outdoor game structure. I highly recommend it and we'll be back in the summer for sure!
