The apartment is amazing, well decorated and renovated, private and quiet (we only hear the sound of the sea), the view was the best we've ever had. Very comfortable, with complete kitchen items, quality linens. Kind, available and pleasant hosts. They left us a treat, which was really nice. Access to the beach is via a small, fast trail, but it can be difficult for those with mobility issues. I recommend renting a car to better enjoy the region and nightlife. The building is old but that doesn't bother you at all, the apartment offers a structure inside that makes you forget any setbacks. I strongly recommend it.

Apartment with great location. Good restaurants nearby. Very good for those with mobility issues due to the proximity to downtown Guarapari. Photos match the location. Every Friday there is live music in the square in front of the building, and it is possible to watch it even from the balcony. The beaches of Castanheira, Namorados, Virtudes and Areia Preta are very close, within a 1-km radius. It was very worth it. I recommend it!!! We'll be back soon. Luciano was an excellent Host. I found the apartment better live than the photos. Everything is very clean! Very spacious. The host does not work on Saturdays, but she attended to me promptly, and managed to hand me the keys. We were 7 people very well accommodated. The wonderful view, the fantastic location. All items are working. The kitchen has all the utensils described and working. I think it's worth putting a Wi-Fi signal repeater in the hallway. The apartment is very long and the router is in the living room, and the signal does not reach the bedrooms.

One of the best stays I've ever had for sure, beautiful apartment, all new, wonderful view. Great TV with firestick to watch whatever you want, great beds, large and spacious kitchen, great laundry, new washing machine, many bathrooms, wonderful shower, hotel bath! Large refrigerator and freezing well, ice in the door. And on top of all that, Leonardo is a great host, always responding quickly and very attentively! We loved the experience in Guarapari and this place made everything perfect! Thank you, we will definitely come back, I highly recommend it!!!

The apartment is located in a great area, a few steps from the beach, in a quieter and more family-friendly location. The property matches the listing and photos, clean bedrooms and bathrooms, wonderful outdoor area with barbecue and pool, great to enjoy as a family. I recommend it.

The penthouse is exactly as shown in the listing photos. The kitchen is really complete, with quality pots and utensils. There was an electric water cooler and a gallon of bottled water. Undoubtedly, to improve the refrigerator and freezer of properties I have already rented. The hostess, Maria, is a very polite and always helpful person. We were greeted with a set table and a lemon pie (I loved this delicacy). the bed linens and towels were very clean. I loved the penthouse. We just got home and we're already planning to stay at the penthouse again.

Excellent stay... flexible check-in and check-out, with clean linens and towels... they even brought cleaning supplies and soap powder... although I didn't use any of it I thought it was a nice touch... since nothing is perfect: the TV is not smart... but luckily there was a Chromecast there that we were able to use...

We had a problem right from the start to get into the apartment because the door wouldn't open, but what would have been a negative point Bruno turned into a positive one with his proactivity, speed in solving the problem and willingness to resolve it and accommodate us as quickly as possible. We stayed in a wonderful space that met our needs and more.

I was recently hosted in a wonderful seaside loft and it was an amazing experience! Since our arrival, we were greeted with a warm atmosphere and a stunning ocean view. **Accommodations**: The loft is spacious, well decorated and very well equipped. The modern kitchen allowed me to prepare some meals with an excellent barbecue area, and the living area was perfect for relaxing with the family. The large windows offer lots of natural light. **Location**: The location is unmatched! A few steps from the sand, I was able to enjoy morning walks on the beach and enjoy the sound of the waves in the background. In addition, there are great restaurants and markets nearby, making it easy to explore the local cuisine. **Comfort and Cleanliness**: The loft was impeccably clean and very well maintained.

The experience was incredible! The view is truly wonderful and is in line with the photos of the listing. The building itself has an old structure, but we have nothing to complain about the apartment, all very well organized and clean, which was what gave us the most comfort. When we arrived, there was a welcome message, the house was clean and smelling and gave a look at the care they have with their guests. Luciana is a very attentive hostess, who proved proactive and available to resolve the issues that appeared, in addition to having made the check-in and chek-out times more flexible. The house had coffee powder, sugar, salt and various cooking utensils that facilitated our stay (pan, board, coffee maker, misteira etc). The apt is located in a neighborhood close to the city center, making it possible to do a lot on foot, has a supermarket and pharmacy very close by; we find a very cool location. Finally, the stay was great and we will definitely return at other times! :)
