Our stay was great! The space corresponds to the advertised, is super comfortable, and was properly clean. The nearby streets and beaches are excellent. An alert for those who go in low season is that the area is very residential, so it can be difficult to find accessible restaurants and markets on foot. In addition, super recommended space and we would certainly return.

The apartment and the condominium in which it is located are excellent! The lake view is beautiful, the sunrise and sunset are delicious, we see stars at night on the balcony... It is close to beautiful beaches and markets (on foot it takes a while, but by car it is quick). The apartment is spacious: we were a family with four children and were very well accommodated. The condominium is spacious and the pool, playground and courts were well used.

It was well worth our trip ! We were very welcome to the coverage and the place has a wonderful astral that makes all the difference the photos perfectly match the coverage that has a beautiful view over the sea, the beach is beautiful our baby loved,I recommend it to everyone and I just have to thank you for everything, for sure the trip will be in our memory . The hosts of the house are very receptive, 1000-star rating! They welcomed us with pampering, we felt like we were at home. Cozy house, clean, organized and complete kitchen. It has everything we need as a family! Outside the area, which is super nice along with the garden. What beautiful nature! Everyone who has stayed here loved it! I loved it!😍😍😍

We were warmly welcomed by the caretaker Tiago, who guided us on how the house and Haras work, and even left coconut water in the fridge. The house is well set up, with everything you need for a weekend. And still with the convenience of keeping the control of the Haras gate, so we can arrive at any time. The holiday was at the sea and in the mountains! Meaípe Beach, Peracanga and visit to the Serra Capixaba of Buenos Aires. We will be back! Thanks Edite, Yasmin and Tiago.

Wonderful stay! The apartment is just perfect, beautiful sunrise view, on a quiet beach... Cozy, functional, super organized apartment...in a building with ideal infrastructure. Grasieli is very helpful, responds promptly.... I only have compliments. Wonderful experience!!! I definitely recommend it!!!

The place is super clean, comfortable, with a decoration and all very well taken care of. The location is excellent, close to everything we need and with a wonderful view. The host was extremely attentive and helpful, which made all the difference in the stay. In addition, the apartment offers all the amenities for a full and worry-free experience. Without a doubt, I recommend to those who want to relax and enjoy Guarapari with comfort and safety.

Perfection! The apartment is in front of Praia das Castanheiras, the best location in Guarapari. It has a large and cozy balcony that turns the great attraction of the property. The assembly is impeccable: appliances, crockery, lamps, bed and bath linens, electrical utensils… In addition to the small details that make the lodging delicious. Adriana is super attentive and always available. I loved it so much!

My family's stay at Celma's house was excellent. The photos advertised correspond to the location in fact, the environment was very clean and with all the equipment we needed available. Mrs. Celma's service was always quick and efficient. The house provides great accommodation in Iriri, close to the region's main beaches. Our stay will always be kept in our best memories.

Adriane's apartment is excellent. Better in person than on the photos. The view of the sea is beautiful. Great value. Tainam, who welcomed us, is very friendly. The only consideration of the apartment, in order to improve the comfort of guests, is about the internet. The wifi signal is not accurately accessible in every room in the apartment. This fact is not relevant for those who are in the mood to prioritize the beaches and tours! Absolutely, I would stay at Adriane's apartment again on a new return to Guarapari.

The house is just wonderful! We love the contact with nature, the corners of the birds and the welcoming atmosphere that made us feel at home from the first moment. We take several amazing photos to record this special experience. We also take the opportunity to go to the beach to admire the sunset and enjoy a kiosk at Rasa Beach. We are completely in love with this place!

Starting with the apartment, wonderful, we feel and care as if we were at home, market, restaurants, drugstores, not to mention that it comes down from the building and is in the sand of the beach!!! Confess we do not find defects I highly recommend!!!!! We'll be back and we'll be in the same place Celebrate!!!!

Wow, what about this wonderful place? It is a foot apartment in the sand, with a beach in front and one behind. I took my whole family, including children, loved it. I still enjoyed a beautiful sunrise on the guaibura beach next to the building , it was perfect. The AP is fully equipped, with all the household utensils and very cozy. The hosts are super cordial. I just loved 😍

I had an amazing weekend at this place. The space is well structured, with an excellent pool, a large barbecue area and perfect for gathering friends and family. In addition, the external bathroom is a differential that makes it much easier during the day. I recommend it for those looking for a quiet and well-equipped getaway!

Super helpful host, safe, pleasant place, is between the acquamania and the beach of Setiba, if your goal is to go to the acquamania or another place to these sides the location is perfect, in the neighborhood we do not have markets or commerce because it is a condominium, but on the move to things it is possible to buy, there is a BBQ aerial, network, the place is very safe

The stay was excellent. This is the second time I've stayed in this apartment. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing, in fact I can say that it is even better since some things such as beach chair, cart to carry the chair, thermal cups that were made available are intense extras that make all the difference in the accommodation. And as always, arriving at the apartment to find a complimentary gift is also very captivating. Thanks to Tarcísio for the excellent welcome. I highly recommend it!!!!
