Sensational! The house is exactly like in the pictures, very comfortable, cozy, spacious and tightly clean. The rooms have comfortable beds and cabinets embedded in the closets. Bed linen and towels are offered by the host. Everything very clean, smelly and tidy. The kitchen is super equipped in terms of pots, shapes, platters, cutlery, glasses, cups, glasses, clean dish cloths, large and very good stovetop, microwave and etc. A filter with ice water is a very positive differential. The BBQ area is also excellent, with everything you're entitled to! In this space we also have access to a beautiful swimming pool and the jacuzzi. Rosi and her husband live upstairs and clean them upstairs, which makes the experience very comfortable. We made a family trip and enjoyed the house a lot, in addition to the beautiful beaches , all very close by (5-8 minutes' drive away). Although not in the face of the beach, the location is execellent! I hope to return and strongly recommend!

The sea breeze constantly blows, making the atmosphere even more enjoyable. The balcony is an invitation to rest, the pool deck is a charm apart, and the gourmet area is perfect for moments of leisure and fraternization. The beach has excellent kiosks on the left side, ideal for those looking for waterfront comfort. The right side offers a smoother experience, with no kiosks, for those who prefer total quiet. We were especially touched with the affectionate details in the housekeeping. The rooms were air-conditioned and ready to welcome us in comfort, and the pool, extremely clean, was already waiting for us for the first dive.

The house was clean, with all the mentioned accessories, linens, a good-sized pool, which was also cleaned during our stay. Despite being in a place with little movement, as we are by car, we went to other beaches. 25 minutes from Sereia and Setiba beaches and 55 minutes from Castelhanos, which is a beach I love. Vila Velha has a good structure on the beaches. It was a great trip!

We loved the house. Mr. Nico was very attentive and helpful. We had a great stay, quiet street, supermarket, bakery, distributor, butcher shop, everything nearby. I already knew the condominium, which is great, quiet. It is not far from the beach, by car it is 3 minutes, on foot should be a walk of about 10 minutes.
