We stayed in apartment 03 which was extremely clean upon arrival. The view directly to the sea gave an extra “q”. The bedrooms are large along with the living room and well equipped kitchen. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Good morning , my family and I love the service of the staff of the building very receptive to the reservation , quick response and clear clean apartments comfortable, view to the sea , meet td what you need ,close to supermarket td, shopping mall, restaurants is finally in the resort center, we did td without taking the car from the parking lot, it has to circulate free/ if you need great price hubers. There are varieties of places to know and affordable prices from food to tours , it is very worth knowing of course that I intend to go back more often… God bless everyone

Wonderful place, just the view from the bedroom windows is worth a 1,000-star rating, apartment exactly as described, for those who like a lot of action, bars, restaurants, parties, this is not the place. but those who want tranquility, safety can go without fear, a place of great peace. Dona Sônia was not there when we arrived, but she left Andressa to assist us, very sweet. we will definitely be back.

Beautiful place, in the middle of nature! Bring a lot of repellent. Clean sheets and towels, comfortable beds, all rooms with air conditioning. Good restaurant a few meters away, as well as a gas station, with ice and cold drinks, and pharmacy. Very attentive host, there was an issue with the refrigerator and Antônio did everything possible to resolve it quickly. Adalgisa and Lola are in charge of making their stay even better.

Wonderful family weekend at Casa do Araçá!! The house is very wide, cozy and airy. All were very well accommodated in the 6 air-conditioned rooms, linen and bath towels. All very clean and organized! The kitchen is very well equipped and the dishwasher makes it easy. For leisure, the beach is beautiful and peaceful. The kayaks and stand-ups had a lot of fun for the family. My son also played a lot in the leap. A special highlight goes to Rose and Sandra, hiring them was a great choice, because the food is delicious, the house was clean and we could enjoy the day at the beach. They even make dessert!! Livia is also super attentive and passes on all the necessary information. It really is a foot in the sand!

The house has a very cool different architecture, front room with air conditioning and beautiful sea view. Many fans in the house to be able to be used in the other 2 rooms that do not have air. It has a lot of cooking utensils, plenty of pots and pans. I even used the oven for a pastry, very good the oven! There is no coffee maker (for those who are used to coffee), but it has the utensils to make past coffee (even had paper filter available, strainer, kettle and thermal). I found the kitchen cabinets and dirty drawers. But it's something that happens with beach houses. The house is very good, nothing was missing. It has a balcony in front of the very tasty kitchen, which overlooks the sea. And it's super close to the beach. Empty beach, there were not many people, in March. The very brave sea, waves that make us carry broth, with holes as soon as it enters the water, easy to drown, very careful with the children. I did not find the beach good for children, very dangerous. But there are other beaches nearby.

We had a great experience in this home! It accommodates well 14 guests, with spacious and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Bed linen was clean and smelling, which was a big difference. The site offers a garden and a community pool, which works super well, as well as a private garden that has ensured moments of tranquility. The location is excellent, with markets, pharmacy and bakery very close by. A point of attention would be the need for more cooking utensils, since, being a large group, we miss larger cups and pans to prepare meals. It is also worth mentioning that loud music is not allowed at any time of the day, which may be important for those looking for a more lively environment. Everything else was great! Mariangela was extremely solicitous, always available to answer our questions and help with what was necessary. It was wonderful days in the house, and we would definitely recommend it!

great house to rest the place is very quiet with a lot of space, very good location in the center of piçarras, beach on foot, border with the pen. Full house, great kitchen utensils. Beds and air conditioning very good. The very attentive host, gave great tips and also made the check in 3 checkout relaxed. Thank you very much for the stadia.

Impeccable house, well-equipped with appliances and bedding, foot in the sand and close to other quiet and family beaches. We had a great stay, home is extremely spacious, clean and comfortable, close to markets and restaurants, a family atmosphere. We will definitely go back.

Ape is amazing, very comfortable, we feel at home. The ape has access to the seaside, fully foot in the sand, has great restaurants and market in the surroundings, and the space is amazing. We spent almost 40 minutes to unload our car, of so much difficulty we had in the elevator. Everything was very good, the only problem was the discomfort with the elevators, we had to wait a long time to go up or down, when the other guests stopped at us were arrogant, we had trouble getting up with the bags because of that! Getting that off, everything was really good, we liked it a lot and we would come back!
