I extended my stay here, yes the house is amazing and clean and peaceful, but the main thing was how the family made me feel at home, Christiane, João e Bernardo are a second family to me now and I'm happy I can call them my friend's. what a great experience and if you are ever in piçarras you should come and stay at this incredible place

Our stay in this home was just amazing! The location could not be better – a few blocks beach and a quiet atmosphere to relax. The house is super comfortable, well equipped and decorated with very good taste, making the experience even more special. The outdoor space, with a BBQ area, pool and a cozy area. We recommend 100%!

Suellen and her husband were very attentive from the first conversations to clear all doubts until the moment we returned and arrived home , always very worried to leave everything in perfect condition and assistance to everything we needed. We arrived she picked us up on the street because the house is on the hill, so she needed to show us how to get there without problems. And even received us at the house with mimos. About the house: New house, smelling of new , all items in perfect condition and of good quality, the bed was better than the one I have at home including hahahaha. Exquisite finishes worthy of a luxury house. Suite with excellent bathrooms, air chilling very well. The house is on the hill the access is steep, but to have that spectacular view to the sea we have to climb there is no other way. But it's worth every penny I highly recommend. Nearby restaurant, market and convenience. We'll be back soon.

The house is wonderful. Very spacious and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is very well equipped. All communication was made in a clear and gentle manner. As already mentioned here, my only point of recommendation is the installation of curtains or blinds in the living room and upper bedroom. The sol invades these environments and makes the stay uncomfortable. Anyway, I recommend the experience.

The place is like the photos. Simple but VERY tasty. The balcony overlooking the sea and the deck is the high point. It has everything that is needed very close by: pharmacy, market, fish shop, bakery and various shops, you can do everything on foot. We love the stay, recommend and will be back for sure!!!

Hello, the photos of the apartment are faithful and the apartment surprised us, a beautiful view, all very clean. Super equipped, washer and dryer, iron, cookware (everything)... Regarding the communication, several important information was sent here, but that I only saw now, on the trip there is so much that we did not keep going in the app to check the messages. But the Sonia that received us gave us a lot of information and made available for any questions. The location is ok, and the cost benefit found it good too. Can locate without fear, we enjoy the park, we went to BC and we know some of the beaches of Penha that surprised us positively. Do not forget that it is a condominium, with a lot of rules, that for whom, like us who is not used to it, is a lot of novelty, and ends up being afraid/afraid of being doing something wrong, given that it is a residential condominium and not all the neighbors seem to like your presence.

Since the house is very large, some parts lacked a better cleaning. When contacting host Lisiane, she was always willing to resolve this detail and immediately sent a diarist who made everything very clean. Carolina’s place was amazing! We were able to enjoy the family and have lots of fun, very much kid friendly and there’s a swing that was able to help my autistic son to regulate his sensory needs. The gourmet area is amazing, we asked if she knew someone to make breakfast and cleaning while we were there and they were amazing too breakfast with Esteli in that gourmet area and the house cleaned by Sirlene and Paula is definitely an extra you want to add when on vacation. The rooms are very spacious with great view, kitchen is very equipped with everything you need. This house was a dream, we love it. Carolina was an amazing host. Thank you

We enjoyed our stay at villa daniela, any problems we had dio was very helpful and made sure all was okay. The villa is beautiful with a minute walk to the beach the location is incredible.

You can see Jolantha's good taste in every detail (paintings, books, music, etc.). Despite how cute Praia Brava is, you also want to stay in the house enjoying it. The neighborhood is very quiet and gives you access to the most exclusive part of the beach. Communication with Jolantha was always very easy and cordial. Always pay attention to our consultations. The early check-in flexibility is also very appreciated. If I go back to Praia Brava I don't doubt I would do it at Jolantha's house. 10/10.
