Simple apartment, but it met our needs. Everything is very clean and organized. Marcelo was always ready to assist us with any needs beyond what the apartment offered. Definitely a place we recommend.

We took a small apt, as we were a couple , but they have other larger ones. We were very well served by the family of Residencial Batista. We were guided by the places, beaches nearby, we were able to do several things on foot. We will certainly be back. Gratitude.

Excellent stay. Lorenna is a host who fulfills her role with excellence. Excellent property, as shown in the photos. We had some setbacks with the garage, but it was as described in the listing, so overall, a 10. We hope to return next year!!

Great apartment. Offers various household utensils, linens, towels, all necessary beach utensils ( cart, chairs, umbrella). New, modern building with pool. Two blocks of the beach, market and restaurants for lunch. I certainly indicate.

i only have to thank Raquel and the family for the flexibility of the schedule so that I could check in a little earlier than expected. sent me a message to know if everything was okay while you were staying at your residence. the house so clean and smelling, I really felt at home, Easter-themed environment, all thought out with great affection. nearby markets and bakery, great for walking. i will definitely return again in the future, I highly recommend.

Genakarlo was very kind and helpful during the stay. It made us comfortable for check in and check out, always helping in everything we need. The house has a great living area, with barbecue and swimming pool and ample space. For weekend with friends, excellent, I recommend.

There were two great ones, we arrived his Cláudio was waiting for us, very sweet and friendly, the house was clean and very neat, we felt at home, everything was very quiet, we loved the place, the house, everything.

Wonderful house, complete and functional, we felt at home, we loved the pool area, the water was always warm, which was a plus on those cloudy days, the children enjoyed it very much. We'll be back for sure, it met our expectations and more.

A great house to stay at! We had a problem with another accommodation, and we needed to find a quick one already almost 11 p.m., and Vitalino answered us, and accepted our request quickly. The house is impeccable, it has EVERYTHING you need, clean place, well organized, identical to what was advertised. The host is helpful and responds quickly, I certainly recommend it, and I will return more often to stay in the same place!

The condominium is family-friendly, had all the advertised items, a place near Laranjeiras beach, Estaleirinho, Balneário Camboriú and easy access to BR101. Everything was clean, impeccable. Rodrigo was super attentive. I recommend it.

We stayed 3 nights in the apartment and the experience was excellent! The place is super comfortable, well located (close to everything we needed) and the host was very attentive from start to finish. A super positive point: it has air-conditioning in all environments, which made all the difference on the hottest days. We would definitely go back and we recommend it to those who want to enjoy Itapema with peace of mind and comfort!
