I stayed 4 nights,with my son and my husband,and we liked the stay very much and the host Fabrício was very helpful,always responded quickly.The condominium is very complete, reception staff were very friendly and gave several tips of places,plenty of leisure and fun options,and not to mention that the Bombinhas beach is all good,we enjoy and have a lot of fun, I recommend the beach 🏖️ and the apartment of Fabrício and Andréia , when another opportunity arises, we will return for sure.

The apartment is beautiful and very conveniently located, the garage is double and very conveniently located. It has a beautiful kitchen, spacious bedrooms and nice bathrooms, all set for a nice stay.

We had a wonderful experience at this beachfront duplex in Itapema. The apartment is impeccable in every way, every detail reveals very good taste, sophistication and care for the comfort of the guests. The panoramic view of the beach and the spectacle of the sunrise every morning provided an indescribable feeling of peace and freedom. The whole family was enchanted by the cozy and exquisite atmosphere. It was a memorable stay, and without a doubt, we intend to return soon, God willing. Thank you for your hospitality and for providing us with such special days!

The house is right on the sand with a breathtaking view of a quiet sea beach, clean waters with plenty of fish... House in good condition, has a barbecue and everything works perfectly! The house has beach chairs, so you don't need to rent them, which is great. The condominium pool is under renovation and the condominium as a whole needs a good renovation (painting, general maintenance). We went in low season, the condominium was practically empty, but the beach in front had a little movement. There is a restaurant on the beach almost in front of the condominium and nearby there is a grocery store.

Herlon, the host, is extremely helpful. The house itself is a spectacle, we had a wonderful week, the heated jacuzzi facing the sea was very enjoyable. The house is spacious and accommodates everyone very well. All rooms have air conditioning, TV and IPTV. Quiet and cozy place. Recommended!

The stay at the house was a unique experience. A cozy, magical, clean and organized environment. The host, Ane, was very attentive, careful and her house is complete. There is nothing to complain about, she was very hospitable. Speaking of hospitality, Bombas is a beautiful place and everything was very close, the people were kind and the house was, without a doubt, a highlight of this adventure. We want to return as soon as we can. We love it!

The house is exactly as described, all impeccable! The host was extremely attentive and polite, making the experience even better. The place has a wonderful view, which adds a lot to the stay. Only one detail that can be improved: the air conditioning of the master bedroom is quite noisy, making it difficult to sleep with it on, and the second room's air conditioning is not working. With this adjustment, the experience will be even more perfect!

Exceptional place! We loved it from the photos and when we arrived, wow! We were even more surprised. It has absolutely everything to have an amazing time with the family. Comfortable beds and bedding, towels, impeccable rooms, clean bathrooms, spacious kitchen, the terrace is unparalleled. The place is really amazing to spend a few quiet days where you can breathe peace and disconnect from everything, but if you want to be connected from time to time the wifi works perfectly. The house is super located between the sea, restaurants and supermarkets...

The house is wonderful, with several bedrooms and bathrooms, it was very clean and equipped for our use, with blankets available, clean towels, kitchen items. Although the listing says it is 20 minutes from the beach (walking), we found it even closer and with a nearby market, which helps a lot too. It is safe with a controlled gate, which left us at ease with a child. Everything else was amazing, we had great days there and Meri (host) was very kind and responded very quickly.

karin's house is very comfortable. There were 10 of us and we were very comfortable. the view of the beach of bombinhas is wonderful. very large environments. Parking for 2 vehicles. Close to the beach. karin welcomed us in the best way and always responded quickly. Keep in mind that the house is in Alto and for adults or people with reduced mobility it can be a bit exhausting the climb walking towards the house. the house is 100% recommended and having breakfast with that view is something spectacular.

Excellent stay. The condominium has 3 swimming pools (one heated and two not heated), gym and dry sauna. The apartment has a very large and comfortable bed, gas shower and barbecue with a good balcony, overlooking the pool. The host was very attentive, fulfilling all my requests for changes and answering questions promptly. Recommend! Great!

We spent a very good weekend, super cozy guesthouse, like the photos, a wonderful view, crossed the street is already on Lagoinha beach. The center has all great restaurants, shops,supermarkets the best you can walk. Eduardo's left us super will we feel at home. We love our super indico weekend.

Great place, very close to the beach, just across the avenue. You can leave the car and do everything on foot.

What an incredible place, peace, contact with nature, with the sea, ample space, silence, well lit, if you want to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the day, it is the best place in the region!!! Very happy and satisfied!

Perfect studio in a great location! I loved my stay at Manhattan Flats. The space is modern, nicely decorated, comfortable and very clean. The location is excellent, close to the beach and everything I needed. The building has a great structure, with a well-equipped gym and a leisure area with a pool table that was a plus in the experience. Ideal for relaxing and also maintaining your workout routine. Super recommend and I will definitely return!
