We were very well received by Daniela who told us how to easily get to the house, gave us good local tips and always quickly responded to messages. We love the house, it's exactly like the photos, all organized and clean, comfortable beds and perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. We will definitely return at another time.

Very attentive and helpful Cassiane. Well organized and clean house. It has all basic utensils in the kitchen and bed and bath items. We had a little difficulty finding the house, as the streets have ports that leave in doubt the access. however it is quiet. For the beaches, a car is necessary. The nearest one is 1.5km +/- away. Mercado/Bakery is a long walk case for walking. I recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay! We went in a group of friends and had a great time! They were receptive and treated us super well whenever we needed it!

Wonderful was our holiday, 10 incredible days. The bed is very good, all extremely clean. Simple but cozy mto. The sereja was the perfect Jacuzzi. Relaxar, listen to nature, simply perfect. There are two cabins, so you may eventually have neighbors. But it still has individual and private entrance and exit. O Jardim is something extra too, beautiful, spotless!! Notable the love that very dear family puts there!! We will definitely return!!

Ana Paula always very kind, quick in the answers, very patient with me that I always take time to answer, impeccable house, cleaning, Ana always transparent with everything in relation to the house. Everything was great. The children took too much advantage of the entire outdoor structure and lagoon, and stand up and kayak.

The place, no words. Everything is impeccable, in perfect condition, everything you need and more, everything is very technological and easy to use. And of all things there is more than one option, that is two kitchens, two electric turkeys, two sets of crockery etc. When we saw it on the page we seemed pretty, but when we met it we really ran out of words. Better than a hotel, and 2 blocks literal from the beach. (note that it has everything for the beach, umbrella, repository, cart, boards). On the barbecue it has a special fridge for the beer, imposing. Karine and her husband, generosity and immense attention. They resolved all our concerns and were always attentive to making everything easier. We had to stay one more night because of a car problem, and they made everything a lot easier. We are very comfortable with your treatment. 200% Recommended. The place and on the date we choose to go, it's paradise…. Beautiful beach, temperate waters, few people in March.

Comfort as advertised. Large bathroom, good shower with box. Everything working perfectly. Thoughtful host! Perfect location, close to all beaches (by car). We recommend it.

Great stay! Downstairs little living space & the stairs are quite dangerous. Otherwise nice and can have a good time and everything nearby (supermarket, restaurants, beach)

Hosting IS unique and exactly like in the pictures. Espaçosa, illuminated, cozy, ventilated... Very equipped kitchen. Internet worked well. Perfect house for long stays. It is in a very quiet region, with a wonderful lagoon at the back of the houses. Finally, the Kinza host is super helpful and kind. We recommend 100% and will be back for sure in a future opportunity.

The accommodation was amazing, both Ana and Enzo always very kind, the view from the amazing balcony, house was impeccable, we had everything we needed for our daily lives. We felt at home, the house very cozy.

IMPECCABLE is the word that best describes my stay. Everything is clean, organized, functional and cozy. The sea view is great, you can see a good part of the beach, and the breeze that blows from the sea is delightful! The accommodation manages to blend the tranquility of a secluded neighborhood with the proximity to the city center. From the stay to the city center it was about a 5-minute drive, and the nearby beaches are also easily accessible by car. The guide prepared by Giulianno was great, he managed to direct which beaches to visit and, mainly, which restaurants. The nearby beach has an access trail next to the residence, but I recommend walking a little further and going down the parallel street, especially if you are carrying beach gear.

My experience and that of my friends was wonderful 💕✨️ the apartment is in a beautiful, wooded space, with various activities such as swimming pool, pool table and even volleyball court! The city was well beyond our expectation, and we want to come back more often!! Thanks Marcelo and Adriano for hospitality!! We highly recommend the space!!

Very nice place, great accommodations, as described. Host was very clear and objective in the guidelines. The preheated swimming pool is an attraction, the place is very beautiful and the area is quiet. For those seeking rest the place is perfect.

Beautiful, quiet and easy to find place. The place has all the amenities for a perfect stay. Clean environment, both inside the chalet and in the outdoor spaces. It's really cool to have the kayaks and paddleboards available, the lagoon tour is a must. Every corner of the outdoor area, facing the pond, brings a unique composition, where it is a delight to relax and listen to the sounds of nature. Host answered all questions quickly. I hope to return soon to enjoy it even more!

The hut is very cozy, well built, all very well organized and clean. It is located in a quiet and private place, with the noise of the river, making it the perfect place to relax. The landlord is thoughtful, and concerned about offering guests the best experience. Indico the place, for those looking for a pleasant environment to rest and relax.

Amazing stay! What a relaxing experience we had. Simone and her family are very dear hosts. The space is even cozier than in the photos, we arrived and were surprised by the beauty and warmth. It was very worthwhile and we intend to return for sure.

Very nice, beautiful, quiet and very well-equipped place. The house is very beautiful, has great areas of gardens, lawns, swimming pool with spa, swing and direct access to the freshwater lagoon. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and the house allows for good privacy. Also the house is very well equipped. There is all the kitchen equipment, accessories, including stand up paddle board for guests to use. The cost-benefit is pretty cool too

the cottage is a charm and a whim!It's a piece of paradise!!We love staying a peace we feel at home!!The host was very sweet and even the listing not offering a sheet she was able to make it available to us!!!It was days of recharging the batteries. The place has nearby markets!!And accommodated perfect 5 people!!I undoubtedly recommend the location!!!

Everything was very good, the cottage is beautiful and the breakfast and pizza were very good. Roberta is very attentive and receptive. Very quiet place to spend time, very private.
