Excellent! The house is very good, and communication with the hosts was very easy. The house was clean, with everything working well. There is not much to do in the vicinity of the house because it is located on the edge of a highway, but despite this it is well located. I recommend it!

Second time my family and I stayed at Daniela's house. Charming place. By the sea, the sound of the waves, the pleasant balcony integrated with the living room, the private beach where you can swim, ride a SUP or simply watch the sunset. It was another perfect family weekend!

Thanks to Paulo and Janet for their warm hosting. We were 3 adults with 1 child aged 6 and 2 twins aged 1.5 and they did everything to make us feel at home. Our twins were even able to benefit from a baby bed each! The house is perfect for a family, and very safe with young children (Thanks to Paolo for the small barrier that allowed our children to play safely in the patio). Ideal location: less than 15 minutes' walk to the beach area where you will find restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, souvenir shops, etc. A supermarket is also a few minutes' walk away, not to mention our favorite: an ice cream stick shop at the end of the street! Thanks again to Paolo and Janet, we recommend their accommodation 100%!

Our stay was wonderful! The house is spacious, beautiful, clean, fun, very well located... you don't need to use the car, there are great restaurants, bars, shops, banks, pharmacies, market...everything is very close! And the Lagoon is beautiful in this place and super close! The house has everything you need and more...extremely clean towels and bed linen! The pool water on the first day had not warmed up enough because it was very cold, but from the next day it was already delicious! The view from the house's viewpoint is very beautiful! Very comfortable beds and great showers! Anyway, I highly recommend it...Guilherme is super attentive! We love the house and the whole place!

This was a great place, it was a very well-maintained house with a fully equipped kitchen and beautiful views. Very quiet and surrounded by birds, butterflies, and monkeys. The location was good - just steps from a public boat stop and about 20 minutes to walk to the main part of the area with many good restaurant choices. Great hiking or trail running options in either direction. Joe met us in person, was very welcoming and responsive, and was very flexible for check in and check out. We would recommend this stay to anyone.

Excellent place, just like in the photos, Gabriel is a great host, he helped us a lot, we will definitely come back, close to pharmacies, supermarkets and restaurants, I recommend renting a vehicle to visit the entire island, 10/10.

The apartment is more beautiful than in the photos. Well decorated, spacious and very complete, with absolutely all the necessary utensils and amenities. Fully equipped kitchen. Very comfortable bed and impeccable bedding! Excellent shower (gas). The condominium has an excellent structure and the location is heavenly!! In addition to direct access to the beach, it has an indoor, heated pool and a restaurant that, out of season, is open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, but in season, it is open every day. As for the apartment, eating on the balcony looking at the sea... wonderful!! And the dorms also have a clear view of the beach!! You can see the sea lying in bed. Neida was an excellent host! He took care of every little detail to make us comfortable!! We felt at home!! You left a welcome treat. It's an excellent place to do home office. Neida provided an office chair and has a dishwasher and washing machine. We'll definitely be back again. We love it!!

The apartment is exactly like the photos, it is comfortable and was clean. The location is excellent. Communication with Antônio was smooth and the self check-in worked very well (very relevant convenience).

The apartment matched the photos and description. New, clean, well decorated, airy, well equipped, located in a building with a great structure. The rooms are spacious and there is a nice balcony with a beautiful view. The location is great, close to the beach, shops, bakery, restaurants, pharmacy. You can do everything on foot. The host responded quickly, gave all the necessary guidance about the location and the apartment, great communication. Always very kind, we had flexibility in the dates and time of entry. I intend to return.

We stayed with a family of about 10 and one pet. Had a great time for a weekend getaway. Plenty of space for everyone. House opens up nicely to enjoy the weather and bbq. Had everything we needed and the host was always available to help. Many restaurants and shops nearby.

Beautiful views no matter the weather. House is in great condition and is comfortable. Hosts were extremely helpful and responsive. We had an issue with the shower that they remedied promptly, this was very much appreciated. The only thing that could've been better about this fantastic location is walkability, my mom was with us and she wasn't able to walk up the steep hill that takes you from the beach up to the house. This isn't something that can realistically be changed but it's something other guests should know if they have anyone with similar limitations.

Our stay at Eduardo’s place was absolutely perfect! The house was incredibly spacious, making it ideal for our family. It was also fully equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay so comfortable and convenient. The surroundings were breathtaking, with beautiful mountains all around, adding to the peaceful and scenic atmosphere. We truly loved every moment and had a fantastic time. Eduardo was an amazing host—super responsive, kind, and always quick to answer our messages. We highly recommend him and this wonderful home to anyone looking for a great stay!

The cabin was spotless! The view is wonderful! There was a welcome treat that we loved! I'd like to highlight the bed, which is very comfortable! Perfect for rest days!

My wife and I spent 3 nights in the cabin during Easter, the place matches the listings and photos, we were super well attended and informed by Floripa Best Choice. It's a very private, peaceful place with no noisy neighbors. Around there we don't have many options for activities, restaurants and the market (large) requires leaving the Ratones neighborhood and going to other places, but nothing out of the Floripa. The Wi-Fi network is very good and met our needs for using cell phones. The bed is on the 2nd floor, with access only by a staircase, where there is a double bed, sockets for cell phones and 2 small benches. The bathroom is also well organized and the electric shower did the job (20°C average temperature). Well-equipped and clean kitchen, with an electric kettle and an airfrier that we did not use, the living room sofa is very comfortable too. There is no TV, but the radio has served us very well, since the idea is that it is a “refuge” to rest.

Perfect location and close to beach, trails, town, nightlife, and one of the most places in Florianopolis! I highly recommended it. Chris gave us great tips on what to do and where to go.

The stay at Luiz's place was very good! The house is very well located, in a perfect state of cleanliness and everything working properly. We were in a group of 10 people and we answered super well. I definitely recommend it.

Everything was excellent, a very clean and comfortable house for the 5 adults and 2 children who stayed. I had everything you need for an incredible stay. Very quiet inn, about 5 blocks from the beach and 6 blocks from downtown.

Wonderful villa with a super view, a beautiful garden, and an equally beautiful relaxation area with swimming pool, jacuzzi, spa, barbecue area, armchairs and sun loungers!! The villa consists of a beautiful living room with kitchen, 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor with 1 bathroom, and a suite upstairs with bathroom and jetted tub. Near the pool another house with 2 double beds, bathroom and kitchen (to go to a bedroom you have to pass through the first bedroom). Negative notes: When we asked the host if the climb was difficult (to understand which car to rent, and because we had read about Uber refusing to climb), we were told that there was no problem!! In truth, 4 Ubers (Comfort) in 5 days refused to get in and the rental car (fortunately taken 1.3) barely climbed... The house lacks maintenance and the suite lacks a door to isolate it from the living room, if someone opens the fridge and it's like having it next to the bed. Cute but mischievous monkeys!!
