I absolutely loved my stay here! I felt immersed in nature. A gorgeous oasis. It’s an easy walk away from many beautiful sights and shops and restaurants. I would stay again! Débora was so welcoming, responsive, and friendly!

From the first contact, a flexibility in relation to the time. Guilherme and friendly Guilherme, together with his family. We were welcomed by Serena, the cute dog of the hehehe house. The surroundings of the chalet is pure nature, for those who want to be in contact with it. There are bird sounds and waterfall. The chalet is at the top, more isolated from the family, which allows a certain privacy, but it's not something you can get around "naked" or something like that rsss there are children who can see and that's not cool... it's not for that! It's to relax and get isolated from the city and noise of cars, motorcycles etc, it's a great getaway. For family is ideal. The waterfall is common use, super quiet for us, perfect water and everything is very clean and organized. The view of the hill upon waking up from the bed is breathtaking. There's no TV, but you don't want to be connected to the outside world, on the contrary. Being there, is to enjoy every little piece of forest. Thank you for the stay, we will certainly be back.

The Refuge is an impeccable space for those who like to relate to the environment and want to enjoy a quiet place with an incredible view. It was my second time in Costa da Lagoa, a place still preserved where it is possible to get closer to the beings of nature and elementals. Boat transportation is efficient and sustainable, which transforms the entire experience. I'll be back whenever possible ✨

Our experience at Solar do Ribeirão was wonderful! Jaqueline is a very attentive host, always quickly responded to my messages, sent home videos and clear instructions on access to the property. The location is very good, surrounded by great restaurants. Negative points of the location: the house does not have a garage and at some times it was difficult to park nearby. The house (and 2 of the 3 bedrooms) are very close to the street, so at night we had a lot of noise from vehicles. The house's high point is the landscape! You're practically in the sea! Overall, the house was clean - bedding and towels well cleaned, folded and passed. The living room and kitchen has no air conditioning and it was very hot, so it was hard to stick around. Super-equipped kitchen with everything we need for a comfortable stay.

The pool is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach, and the glass cube sauna is absolutely incredible—such a unique and luxurious touch. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat where you can disconnect, recharge, and feel completely taken care of, this is the place.

The house is perfect, super well equipped and amazing location. The house is in a very quiet area, supermarket and restaurants nearby, easy to get around. The Japanese restaurant next door is excellent. The view is indescribable. Check-in and check-out were super easy, Sandro was very helpful and attentive. I recommend it 100%.

Me and my girlfriend celebrated 02 years of dating in this house. A great experience, worthwhile, an amazing view, contact with nature, close to Armação beach, Lagoa do Peri and several other points in the South of the Island. It takes a little physical capacity to get to the house, but it's worth it!

The house inside is small but very tidy, clean and organized, the outdoor area of the pool is beautiful spacious, beautiful lawn well maintained, clean barbecue, the location could not be better, close to the beach, the hustle and bustle of the new Campeche, with a supermarket, bakery and pharmacy on the corner, but without being in a noisy place, in the house you do not hear any noise, my dogs and I loved it, we will be back!

Wonderful place, quiet and great view! Mauro is very attentive, the Chalet matches the photos. Ideal environment to rest and contemplate nature. Close to the main beaches of the South coast of Floripa, considered the best beaches for swimming. Great choice to stay on the island of Florianópolis.

The house is very cozy. Good bed and bath linens. Very comfortable bed. I felt very comfortable. The area is very quiet and safe.

Ana was the best host we could have wished for! She was super super super helpful with any questions we had, if we were missing something it was delivered to us in minutes. The house is super big and in a good condition. The pool and the garden perfect to relax. The entire condominium is really nice and we felt super safe. Big plus was the tennis court and the lake right next to the house. Internet worked well - we were working from the house with 4 people. Kitchen was very good equipped. Within 15 min walk you can reach the main road with grocery store, shops, restaurants , gym etc. thank you for everything! ♥️

Great stay! Sandra was really easy to communicate with. The place is in the perfect location. Walkable to town but far enough away from the action, with easy access to the lake. One of the days, we even saw a capybara napping in the backyard. Great experience overall.

Everything about the place was great. It had great color and character, unlike many of the other places in Floripa. The location was close to supermarkets, shops, and restaurants. There was a nice indoor / outdoor feel to it and good privacy. A refuge. Not for folks allergic to cats. Highly recommended.

It is difficult to make an assessment at the time of the accommodation, as the whole package is absolutely amazing: The place, the tranquility, the safety, the silence, the nature everywhere, structure and utensils, architecture and good aesthetic taste, the cleaning and finally the service and support throughout the stay. It was irreplaceable days that we spent in the house, the rare mixture of a foot-style house in the sand with so much privacy and silence provides a degree of unparalleled relaxation, which I believe I had not yet experienced in any other stay. By a wide margin, I can tell you that the actual delivery of hosting as a whole is superior to what photos allow you to dazzle at first and also true to what all guest reviews try to narrate. And to close, Marleti's support was perfect at all times, as well as the care and services of Clauci (homemade) were essential for us to enjoy our stay in the best way. The biggest certainty is that we will be back.

An excellent option for those seeking a “home sweet home” home near a quiet beach amidst trails, lagoon, and nature. Exceptional cost-benefit ratio, as the rooms are wide, some built with affection by the hosts, who in turn are very kind and helpful. Access to services such as markets, bakeries and pharmacies is easy, which requires a 15-minute walk, or a 3-minute drive. As it is between Campeche and Joaquina, also close to Lagoa da Conceição, it is a great location for vegetarians or vegans, as there are excellent options for restaurants, bakery and vegan snacks nearby.

The house is excellent, it has all the amenities and it is located for those who like to enjoy different beaches in a strategic point, tb next door there is a very good gym for training. Maria's house speaks for her, communication was excellent. We really enjoyed the house because it has everything.

The house is cute, comfortable and super well located! It's close to the beach and the neighborhood is full of great places to have coffee, go out for lunch or dinner or enjoy a pastry and sugarcane juice. Deise is a sweetheart and helped us with what we needed. I highly recommend it!

I stayed two weeks and found it a great stay, taking into account that the house is in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, offers a lot of comfort. It is a place to disconnect and approach nature. Near the house has a waterfall and a beach in Lagoa that is one of the best places to enjoy the Costa. A great experience in community-based tourism and connection to nature!
