Vacation rentals with a patio in Praia Baía Formosa

Spacious and comfortable apartment, located in a complex next to other apartments and parking. SmartTV in living room and bedroom. Simple kitchen with only a stove. Everything was very clean, although the slightest crumb of food that was left was filled with ants. Very good location. The entrance to the complex is on a very narrow street, like an alley, with little traffic and a little dark at night, which can give a little feeling of insecurity, but we had no problems. Friendly and decisive host.

Spectacular, We are a family that was amazed by the apartment and its privileged view. Regarding cleanliness, the concern is very noticeable, all the appliances are in perfect condition. You can feel the comfort of your own home and more. I recommend the place 100% and its hosts are always available to help. Nice spacious apartment the view alone is stellar close enough to walk into center but Ubers work just fine as well. Zero complaints. Allowed later checkout on a rainy day was nice of host

Good place and very good location!

The loft is cozy and nicely decorated. The cleaning was impeccable and the host was very attentive. One detail worth mentioning is that the whirlpool takes a long time to heat up (around 8 hours), which ended up limiting its use a little because I stayed during a cooler season. Even so, the experience was wonderful.

The house is old, but meets all needs. The front rooms are great with a wonderful view of the sea. The back rooms, with single beds, we need to change the mattress that was very thin The space is great, Marina, the collaborator, is super attentive and cooks very well. And the caretaker Márcio answered all our questions with all his attention A perfect weekend!! We will certainly be back

We had a great time at the house! Marcos and the rest of the staff were great! The house itself is amazing with many ample bedrooms. The terrace overlooks the sea and you get unbeatable sunsets. The area is ok - there a few restaurants and markets walking distance (there a lot more just a few minutes drive/Uber away). The beach right down the house is not great though - you will likely go to others. Overall it was a great experience and I’d definitely come back!

I just visited on the weekend and I'm delighted! The place is simply beautiful, with a surreal landscape that looks like it's out of a movie. Every detail was thought out with great taste, and the energy of the environment is wonderful. A true refuge, the kind where you imagine yourself living for many years. Simply passionate! Our vacation was excellent, the house is wonderful. We went in a group of family and friends (7 adults and 4 children), and we were delighted with the house. It is in a condominium near Dunas de Peró beach, super, quiet and peaceful, the children played in the street quietly. The house is fully equipped with kitchen items, bed linens, bath, airy, clean, organized, spacious and very tasteful. It has TV, Netflix, swimming pool in front of the barbecue area. The rooms have air-conditioning and great showers. One en-suite is on the ground floor and the other is on the second floor. And it has two bedrooms that share a bathroom. The garage fits 4 cars, but you can park on the street without problems. Silvio and Priscila are super helpful, respond quickly and made several recommendations and answered all our questions. We were referred to a wonderful person to cook and keep the house clean (Thalita), she cooks very well, in addition to being friendly and discreet. It was a sensational Easter, I highly recommend it and hope to return.

Excellent choice in Búzios. Spacious, comfortable house with everything you need for a great stay. Comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Well-equipped kitchen. Cozy lounge and dining area. Excellent outdoor area, perfect for a barbecue. Ideal size pool. Nothing to complain about the stay.

I loved the penthouse, everything was clean and organized, excellent location, right in front of the beach, the condominium is luxurious, with a swimming pool, game room and no bureaucracy to enjoy the leisure areas. Alexandra, from the first moment I thought about renting, cleared up all my doubts, made herself available to clarify if I had any more questions, indicated several places and especially the buggy ride that was sensational, only gratitude for the incredible weekend I spent with my son and nieces.

From the first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well guided and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathetic and helped us with her experience and brought us security. The accuracy of the listing, the quiet days in the condominium, the good value for money of the homemade food from the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the apartment made all the difference. We didn't cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend staying with Renata and Tiago. And if you're afraid to travel with your kids, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

The apartment is beautiful, super comfortable and well-equipped. The complex is very quiet, beautiful as seen in the photos. The only bad thing is that the beach is difficult to access and there are no bars or umbrellas there, to go to the ones downtown you have to have a car or go by Uber.

Paula, the hostess, was extremely welcoming, explained everything to us and showed us the place, which is wonderful. I loved meeting her, I recommend it to everyone, you won't regret it. The apartment is very well-equipped and well-located, close to supermarkets and restaurants, less than 10 minutes from Praia do Forte by car. I'll be back for sure.
