Everything is very perfect. Without much luxury, but the apartment is very well maintained, extremely clean and tidy. Appliances working perfectly. Very well located (shops, beach, gastronomy, fair) without having to take the car out of the garage. excellent cost-benefit ratio. Hosts are to be congratulated!

Spectacular, We are a family that was amazed by the apartment and its privileged view. Regarding cleanliness, the concern is very noticeable, all the appliances are in perfect condition. We had a wonderful stay in Búzios! The property is exactly as shown in the photos, super cozy, clean and well located. The host was amazing, super attentive and gave us several tips that made all the difference in the trip. We recommend too much and we would definitely return!

Wonderful apartment, with a sensational view! Super clean, spacious and very tidy. We were 4 people (2 couples) and we settled in very well, with privacy in the rooms. The apartment has 2 very spacious bedrooms, with beds that are exactly as shown in the photos, 1 of them being a suite and the other having a bathroom almost next door (almost a second suite). Both rooms have air conditioning working properly and have Wi-Fi available for guests. The kitchen is equipped with the basic utensils you need for cooking (frying pan, plates, cutlery, glasses, water filter...)

The loft is cozy and nicely decorated. The cleaning was impeccable and the host was very attentive. One detail worth mentioning is that the whirlpool takes a long time to heat up (around 8 hours), which ended up limiting its use a little because I stayed during a cooler season. Even so, the experience was wonderful.

I definitely recommend it. Excellent host in every aspect. Very nice accommodation for couples. Well-maintained pool, easy to access parking. Utensils needed to prepare meals (breakfast, etc...). Well-sanitized bed and bath linens (white).

Beautiful house, extremely well located at walking distance of a few different beach options in Buzios as well as walking distance to the restaurants and bars at Rua das Pedras. However, still well placed in a nice quiet part of Buzios for a good night of sleep. Sidney, our host, also allowed and suggested us to hire their own staff at the house what made life a lot easier and our stay a lot more enjoyable making the whole experience to resemble the best of the worlds between a hotel and a house hire. The house is very spacious, very well maintained, decorated and equipped. 10 out of 10. We definitely intent to be back for another stay on another opportunity!

A simply amazing house, we had to spend a quick time in it that left us with a taste of wanting more! A modern house with plenty of space, spacious rooms, one even had a balcony and a table for home office, the living room also had a Playstation 4 with VR, which for those who like it is a big plus. We like it very much and we will definitely go back.

I rented Marcelo's space for my guests. I live on the same street and wanted them to be close. The home is impeccable! A beautiful space to relax and enjoy. Everything in this home is of utmost quality. You can't beat the location! Bosque de Geriba is considered the safest neighborhood in Buzios. A 10 min walk to Manguinhos beach (chill, no waves), which you can walk down to Porto da Barra (best restaurants, shops). Geriba beach is only a 15 min walk (surf, waves). Grocery stores, bakery, pizza restaurants etc, are all within a 15 min walk. Marcelo is very kind and thoughtful. He even had a birthday cake waiting for my niece! Nilma is such a sweetheart. She was very attentive, yet not intrusive. My guests loved her (so do I!!) All in all, this is an exceptional place to rent. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting a luxurious space in Buzios.

We loved stay at Marilene’s house, it was peaceful, comfortable and we enjoyed. We loved Joice ( recommended by Marilene) she prepared our delicious meals , and helped us to enjoy the house and our time in Búzios. I would 💯 recommend the airbnb and Joice’s services!! We can’t wait to come back to Brazil and visit Búzios again!

I loved the penthouse, everything was clean and organized, excellent location, right in front of the beach, the condominium is luxurious, with a swimming pool, game room and no bureaucracy to enjoy the leisure areas. Alexandra, from the first moment I thought about renting, cleared up all my doubts, made herself available to clarify if I had any more questions, indicated several places and especially the buggy ride that was sensational, only gratitude for the incredible weekend I spent with my son and nieces.

From the first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well guided and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathetic and helped us with her experience and brought us security. The accuracy of the listing, the quiet days in the condominium, the good value for money of the homemade food from the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the apartment made all the difference. We didn't cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend staying with Renata and Tiago. And if you're afraid to travel with your kids, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

The apartment is beautiful, super comfortable and well-equipped. The complex is very quiet, beautiful as seen in the photos. The only bad thing is that the beach is difficult to access and there are no bars or umbrellas there, to go to the ones downtown you have to have a car or go by Uber.

My family and I spent a wonderful weekend in Paula's apartment. The apartment is well equipped, contains everything the guest needs, I felt at home. The condominio has a very large pool, a gym and is close to the beach and local restaurants. We will definitely go back! Ah and Paula is very kind and made us very comfortable.
