The house is beautiful! Cuter than the pictures. The location is convenient because the Vans pass by the door to and from! The view is beautiful. The garden is impeccable. Clean and well equipped house. Mauro is a genius, always willing to help with what we need and very attentive. The house and the service are highly recommended. We'll be back soon.

We had very pleasant days at the house: the view is breathtaking (probably one of the highest points in Búzios) and the facilities in general are very well maintained, the leisure area is super functional with a swimming pool, barbecue area and game room. We were able to stay comfortably: air-conditioning worked properly, the shower was good and hot, and we made good use of the kitchen and other areas of the house. The highlight of everything was the service provided by the hostess/homemaker Antônia: a lot of liveliness, education and helpfulness made a total difference in our stay. We didn't notice any major disadvantages in the house except that we rented during a holiday and the price was relatively high and slight signs of age on the inside of the house (something natural for a not-so-recent construction). It is worth noting that, although the house is super close to the beaches of Geribá and Ferradura (about 5-10 minutes by car), its location high up makes it less feasible to walk to the beaches. Great stay!

We had an amazing stay here. The house is beautiful with many rooms and places to hang out. We loved the views of the ocean and ability to walk out onto the beach. The house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood but only a few minute walk to downtown so you get the best of both worlds. The kitchen was also fully equipped which we really enjoyed. Would highly recommend staying here!

We feel like we're in Greece while in Brazil!!! Everything absolutely impeccable! The apartment is located in an exclusive condominium on the side of Arraial, at a perfect distance to enjoy everything the city has to offer and unforgettable panoramic views. The apartment is very comfortable, everything is top quality, everything is very well thought out and organized. We enjoyed each apartment, each one offering a very pleasant atmosphere. The top floor is truly a gem to enjoy full afternoons. The pool is very clean and everything is very well cared for. Excellent communication and a lot of concern at all times from the owner and the person in charge on site. Thank you so much for such beautiful memories!!

We had a very nice week in this house. It is located directly on the water, with direct access to the sea. There were 2 kayaks available and a SUP. The restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The house is lovingly furnished. We discovered something different every day. Everything was kept clean by the caretaker couple who were always responsive. Guilherme was very accessible and provided us with valuable information. The handover was on time and uncomplicated. Everything is perfect for a relaxing time

What can I say about our days in Arraial do Cabo at Chi Fai's place? Everything was magnificent, the building's amenities, the kitchen equipment, the cleanliness, the warmth, and the incredible location in front of Praia Grande, along with the host's attention, make it undoubtedly the best experience I've had on a vacation... Spacious and comfortable apartment, located in a complex next to other apartments and parking. SmartTV in living room and bedroom. Simple kitchen with only a stove. Everything was very clean, although the slightest crumb of food that was left was filled with ants. Very good location. The entrance to the complex is on a very narrow street, like an alley, with little traffic and a little dark at night, which can give a little feeling of insecurity, but we had no problems. Friendly and decisive host.

Very happy to have found a great place like Mr.'s house Gabriele, an impeccable place with good quality furniture, organized and with a wonderful view! I can't describe how well we were received by the doorman, extremely friendly, an incredible person! They kept in touch at all times and answered all our questions, we will definitely come back, a wonderful place with wonderful beaches too!

The space is very cozy!! Close to everything, you can walk to the fair! The whirlpool with the view is a delight! And we used the barbecue with ease too! I'd definitely be back!!

The apartment is impeccable, everything is wonderful, super well equipped, clean, we love it very much! It has a backyard, which was perfect for our dogs. It has a market and restaurant next door and is a few minutes' drive from Rua das Pedras. It's my second stay on Airbnb, I don't have much experience, so I was afraid at first. But my first contact with Sonja was very good, I have nothing to complain about, she answered all my questions. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and much more, very well equipped, beautiful, fragrant, very clean, the building itself is new, very well maintained too! Sonja is very detailed and has very good taste, Marcos was the one who welcomed us and showed us the whole building, the rules, gave us tips on places we could go, showed us the whole apartment. I have nothing to complain about, the neighborhood is very quiet even at night. Just one thing I have to point out was in relation to the two glass doors, the living room and the bedroom that were a little stuck, and also the bathroom door of the bedroom, nothing that maintenance can't solve. Other than that, impeccable! When I return to Cabo Frio I hope to be able to stay in the apartment again. Sonja is very friendly!

Laura's penthouse was exactly what we were looking for, secure, facing the beach with the beautiful sea view, beautiful sunset, space for family barbecue. It was the perfect choice to reunite with our family. If we come back to the area, we will surely try to stay at this apartment again.
