Everything was very clean and tidy. The images reflect what the house is like.

We loved the house. Quiet area with a nice garden to enjoy. Heating that warms the house well and you don't notice the cold even when sleeping. Tommy was very attentive from the start.

We have been very comfortable in the house. The common areas and the porch give rise to spending time together for both adults and children. Despite the cold on the street, the heating is wonderful because it has underfloor heating. We had a small problem with the BBQ that Alberto solved immediately. We don't have a complaint

We loved our stay at Gustavo's home. Such a unique and artful place in the most beautiful neighborhood by Retiro Park. He was an incredible host, kind, accommodating, and very responsive. Would love to stay here again.

The experience has been spectacular. Even before booking the accommodation, all communication with Ruth was smooth, clear and friendly. The house is as shown in the photos. We arrived and the fireplaces were lit and the house was at a perfect temperature to start enjoying it. Everything was clean, tidy and full of details that made the stay comfortable and super pleasant. Maribel’s place was a short 2’ walk from my daughter’s apartment and the Metro. We were able to check in early which was amazing due to our flight schedule. The apartment was very clean l, had all supplies needed, the beds were comfy, and apartment had good instructions. The neighborhood is quiet which I loved, but close to everything by metro. We had a lovely time and would definitely return. Thank you so much!!!!

We had a great weekend at Maria and Raúl' place. We were hosted very well, the hosts are available and answered all our questions. The accommodation, in a very good location near Barrio La Latina, is as described, very clean and has everything you need.

It was my second time in Madrid and there was no question to book Sandra's apartment again for the trip. Sandra is such a nice person, always available, had good hints for hidden spots etc. The apartment could not be better located, is clean as always, private and has all you want to have to. This apartment was great! We were a family of 4 adults, 2 children and a baby and had plenty of space. We used the kitchen every day and was perfect for us. Plenty of room for suitcases and a great walking closet. We enjoyed it very much. We would like to come again!

Awesome centrally located apartment for our family's first visit to Madrid. Seriously, the location could not be better! Very comfortable layout with cool balcony view of Calle Mayor. Apartment is very clean, modern, and nicely appointed. Bedroom/bathroom layout was perfect for our family of 5, as no one felt cramped and there was plenty of room to lounge around and relax during down times. The host was great with communication leading up to our stay (helped arrange a luggage locker near the apartment since we arrived very early) and even let us check in a little early to rest our jet-lagged bodies. Really appreciated his thorough orientation and local recommendations for food and entertainment. While the access to the apartment and 3 barriers of entry (outside lobby door then 2 additional doors to the apartment) were initially cumbersome, I came to appreciate it by the end of our stay - made us feel very safe and secure in a large, bustling city. Great apartment! Highly recommend!

Everything went smoothly. The host gave us extremely detailed instructions making our check in very easy. The apartment was in great location just ten minutes from two metro lines in a very quiet neighbourhood. It smelled freshness and cleanliness. Very spacious for four people. The host was also kind enough to let us check in late without any extra fee. Thanks for a very comfortable day.

Nice one-bedroom in a great area, fully equipped, right in the middle of the stuff you want to see in Madrid. Everything was within walking distance, in a neighborhood full of great restaurants and tapas bars. The hosts were extremely communicative, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed it.

nice cool apartment, very close to the airport and metro, there is an elevator so its easy to access. the neighborhood is very quiet.
