The place is a small studio apartment , it is very comfortable ! It feels like home! Location is great ! Very safe neighborhood near to stores an restaurant It does not have main A/C but you can open the windows and enjoy the view and natural air…it has a/c in the bedroom tho Fully recommended

Excellent host, excellent location, excellent accommodation

Beautifully decorated, comfortable, impeccably located, well-equipped little condo in a great building in one of my favorite neighborhoods. We had a couple of requests since we are a family and had an extended stay of 2 weeks and John and Wanda were super communicative and accommodating. I used the gym often and walked the neighborhood everyday. You could easily walk to markets and restaurants. We loved visiting the Wednesday afternoon smaller farmer’s market and the more substantial Saturday morning one by the main Santa Ana park. Would recommend and stay again.
