The apartment is in a very quiet residential area. At the door there is a bus stop that leaves you in 15 minutes in the center. Very friendly and attentive hosts. Very spacious living room-kitchen with all the necessary utensils. I was repeating again.

The place was perfect for 6 adults, 2 children and a baby. Everything you need on one floor, which as in our case we were with a person with limited mobility, is appreciated. José Antonio was charming and helped us with everything. The only thing was missing out on the terrace in summer, so we'll have to come back to enjoy that too.

Nice country location. Beautiful and large house. Peaceful and a very nice plunge pool. We needed a down day to recover and this fit the bill perfectly. Parking is right out front. My wife and I agreed that it would be a nice place to spend a month although you would need a car to get back and forth to Cordoba.

With Juan José the communication and clarity has been perfect, the house is suitable for rest and disconnect. The situation of the house is perfect for disconnecting but there are no amenities in the hamlet. So if you want bars and supermarkets you will have to approach the nearby village that is just 10 kilometers away. The house is perfect and just as described. The best was the clarity with which you can talk to the owner.

Our three-generation family of 11 had a wonderful stay over Christmas at Casa Viana -- this was a perfect base for exploring both Cordoba and the Andalusian region. There was plenty of space for our group, the bedrooms were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked for us to cook several meals at home. Our host couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating and even had the fireplace going for us on arrival. Many thanks for a very pleasent time. Happy New Year!

Rafaela is a host of 10, friendly, with initiative and willing to help at all times. The house is very well cared for, in a quiet street, in a small town very well cared for and at the same time perfectly located for possible routes through the Los Pedroches area. Easy to park and very quiet at night without noise. It's been a real pleasure.

Ivan is a very good host, he was very attentive and kind. The house is huge and the amazing views all in a very quiet area. It is very likely that if I return to Cordoba and we are a large repeat group.

Great place, you immediately feel at home. There really is everything you need, including extensive breakfast, wine, cosmetics - absolute luxury! It smells everywhere and it's so clean! The bed is extremely comfortable and the roof terrace is an absolute dream with outdoor shower and day bed! Only the journey by car is a bit exciting because the roads are very narrow. You are in a kind of residential complex, right at the entrance gate, which is sometimes a bit annoying, but not really bad. I would have stayed longer.

The house is very spacious, clean, equipped with everything you need and something more. In fact, we found oil, vinegar, salt and pepper in the kitchen (rarely happens) and dish soap. The bathroom is well stocked with towels, body wash and shampoo, plus body creams, etc. A welcome gift found on the living room table made the arrival even more enjoyable. We had a really nice stay at Alfonso’s place. The place is cosy, comfortable and well decorated. It is really well located to visit and walk around. It is better to leave the car outside the old town as there is no place to park easily close by.

Very nice refurbished apartment on a quiet street, but close to the train station. The historic center is within walking distance. There is all the necessary equipment inside, as well as a small terrace and a very pleasant inner courtyard. Juan Carlos' welcome was extremely warm. Thanks again!

Formidable accommodation for a few quiet days with the family. The environment is beautiful. The house is spacious, with beautiful views and many spaces. The landscaped and outdoor areas are a joy.

This was a great home base for our stay in Córdoba—walking distance to everything, very comfortable and roomy and nicely equipped. Communication was prompt and helpful. The rooftop space was a lovely added perk for morning coffee.
