Its completely on its own with magical dark skies ideal to star gaze .Completely off grid with a lovely quirky hot or cold shower using spring water from the farm a compost loo, a quirky kitchen with all you need .A lovely fire pit ,a wood pellet pizza oven ,electric bike hire enjoy the sound of water and birds take in the welsh countryside.The most amazing place to unwind.

Escape to the Bannau Brychieniog / Brecon Beacons National Park and stay in our cosy shepherd's hut. The 'Bee Hive' hut is close to the village of Penderyn and next to Beili Helyg Farm. The hut has a double bed, kitchen & dining area with folding table, fridge & ice box, combi microwave oven, double induction hob and Belfast sink. There is a shower room with flushing toilet. Below the master bed is an alcove with a futon for a child to sleep comfortably. Decking, fire pit, BBQ, WiFi & TV.

A private outdoor area features a jacuzzi surrounded by serene landscaping. Comfortable seating is provided with wicker chairs and lounge sets. A fire pit is situated on a bed of decorative stones, while a swing set adds a playful touch to the relaxing environment.

Originally used to transport sheep from farm to farm, before retiring from duties hence where the name Shepherds Rest has originated from. It has been given a new lease of life offering a slightly different glamping experience, creating a warm, cosy and inviting place to stay. Situated overlooking the Black Mountains at the Southern tip of the Brecon Beacons National park on a working hill farm.
