Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Poway

We had everything we needed. We appreciated having the kitchenette. Parking was easy. The space was just right for two of us and we were able to relax each day after sightseeing. I enjoyed reading one of the books Anna had stocked in the room. Anna was easy to get a hold of and gave us recs for sites and restaurants.

Many thanks to Cody and the Team. We are Solana Beach local and we need a temporary home for about a week. Cody’s place is our No.1 pick based on the location and the value. It’s literally walking distance to the beach, perfect for surfers. Very convenient with a bunch of restaurants nearby. Before we find Cody’s place, we stayed at several hotels in the neighborhood, each and every of them requires 20-40mins on the freeway if commute to our home. Cody’s location is unbeatable. We enjoyed our stay at Cody’s and we can confidently say it’s in the best spot of Solana Beach, whether you come for hiking or surfing or just a peaceful weekend. Highly recommend, and thanks again for all the friendly reminders we received from the team.

This was our second time staying at Christopher's Airbnb! We love the University Heights neighborhood and this rental is in the perfect location - walkable to lots of coffee shops and restaurants! Although we did not have any issues, the renters were very responsive in communication. Will continue using this rental for future San Diego visits!

Staying at wade’s was amazing. I felt comfortable in the neighborhood and in the retreat as well! Quiet and peaceful, bed was so comfortable I slept like a rock. Would highly recommend staying at Wade’s retreats!

This is hands down one of the best stays my husband and I have ever had! Not only was the place super easy to find, but it was well stocked, clean and comfortable. The host, Connie, was extremely kind and flexible with us when our check in was late. She made us feel right at home and the value of the stay far exceeds the price. I highly recommend their granny flat in La Mesa and hope I can come back again very soon!!

This was a great property I needed when a home repair took a few extra days. I was able to check in the same day of booking which was a huge blessing. The home was small but extremely well taken care of with all the amenities you could ask for. Thank you Wyatt I really enjoyed my stay !

Great peaceful location perfect for our size of family. Parking is a little tricky with four cars but manageable. Loved the view and landscaping. We felt very safe and at home in this place. Thank you for memories.

We enjoyed our weekend stay at Anand’s beautiful home. We were all very comfortable and were happy to have near by places to eat and shop. Also the kitchen, the living area, the rooms were so beautiful. We hope to stay there again in the future.

Caroline's place was perfect for our stay in Poway...it had everything u need to cook, spices and plenty of dinnerware and cookware..stocked with plenty of towels, and bedding for all beds and futons and air mattresses..house is set off busy street but didn't bother us as others had stated traffic noise bothered them..we barely heard it ...its in a great area close to everything...backyard had lots of seating areas and the guys loved watching the baseball world series out there...Caroline was always responsive and helpful..

Honestly this home was absolutely breathtaking. Definitely worth staying there a million times. Beautiful backyard and interior. Would 100% recommend. Host was very kind and helpful. I stayed here for a couple of nights because my daughter’s wedding was nearby (about 10 minutes away). It was a beautiful location to stay at with my parents, mother-in-law, and husband. My grandson came over for a bit as well and got to enjoy their wonderful game room, full of games and toys. The house is wonderfully situated with three comfortable bedrooms, so no one feels squeezed into a small space. The decor was very minimal, which I liked—it had just what you need. Oh, and there's a beautiful deck with a view on the second floor! The host, Sydnie, was super sweet and responsive. She lives next door, so she’s easily accessible if you need anything. I would definitely stay here again.

This place was absolutely amazing. Every detail and decoration was perfect, the views were surreal, located ideally in the middle of pacific beach. Able to walk to coffee every morning and enjoy ocean views from the comfort the living room. Host was very responsive and gave detailed instructions. Really couldn’t ask for anything more from an AirBnB!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The location was stunning, with ocean views and the soothing sound of the waves—it was the perfect place to relax after a day out. There were several great restaurants within walking distance, and we loved being able to grab snacks from the nearby Oxxo, just a short 5-minute walk away. The host was very accommodating, allowing us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. Security at the front was helpful and friendly—they assigned us a parking space and made it easy to find the building. We did experience a couple of minor issues: the shower wasn’t draining properly, and on the third day, the door wouldn't lock. The host responded quickly to our messages, but unfortunately, no one showed up after we waited about an hour. However, the issue was resolved while we were out, so everything was fine when we returned. Despite those small hiccups, we had a lovely time and would definitely consider staying here again. This unit is quite lovely and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is a downstairs unit with a parking space. Super cute. Backyard patio is so peaceful and best enjoyed with a croissant, cup of coffee, and a book. BTW, great coffee in walking distance. Location, location, location. Great neighborhood in University Heights. Park and stores nearby. Not the big box ones, but the local owned restaurants and shops. We needed milk for coffee at 8 p.m. So we just walked down to the "liquor store" at the corner. Convenient, safe, and quick. If you want T**get or the mall (Fashion Valley), they are a 10-15 min drive away. They have everything you need for a comfortable stay, towels, soap, laundry, pots/pans, dishes, kcups/keurig, smart TV, etc. There were visitors upstairs that we could hear periodically, but they went to bed at a reasonable hour, so no problem there. Kevin and Tony were pleasant to work with and responded to a question within 5 min.
