We really enjoyed this villa, its wide open spaces, swimming pool and beautiful well-maintained garden. The on-site caretakers have always listened to us to facilitate our stay.

We had a pleasant stay with my family and friends in this beautiful house. The good weather, the large swimming pool, the cleanliness and shops nearby make this place available as well as the kindness of Mrs. Teresa Costa who welcomed us very warmly, very smiling and available for anything. We did an extended stay at Joaquim's Luxury apartment -- and we extended that stay from 9 to 12 months, and again for 4 more. It is very spacious w/ plenty of closets. The hot water is on demand, so there's always plenty for showers. Beds are comfortable and nighttime is restful. There is a lovely and extensive park out front and the apartment is conveniently located to supermarkets, a major shopping mall, the metro and a soccer stadium if you're game. Downtown is just a few stops away and the train station one stop away. Joaquim is always responsive and friendly.

Very cozy apartment in an old building with a good outdoor space. Rui was an excellent host and very responsive to any request, including getting us a new kettle! He was friendly and offered us lots of information about the city and neighbourhood. Pet-friendly was a huge bonus. The house is smaller than it seems in the photos but it is liveable and comfortable. There is a small gas heater for those chilly or damp nights. The two bedrooms was a huge plus. Kitchen had everything we needed as did the bathroom. The back garden was a nice place to relax on a sunny day. The neighbourhood is very walkable and close to all sorts of things like the metro, buses, cafes, supermarkets, parks, and restaurants. It doesn't take long to walk anywhere, or to take a bus into centro. The street is small and a very large car may have a problem parking there, but we didn't. We liked that the neighbourhood isn't too busy and is mostly residential. We would definitely choose this place again.

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay very much. The only thing to improve would be the garden chairs . They are really not comfortable. Everything else was perfect.

The stay was very pleasant, the house is located a few minutes from the center of the city of Apulia, a quiet area ideal for going to disconnect. In my case we were a family and we were delighted with both the house and the place, clean, tidy, with all the accessories to make you feel at home. Separate mention for the friendliness of Fernando who advised me and recommended how to get to the place and how to access the area of the house easier, I will definitely come back enchanted when I'm around! 👌🏽👏🏽

We had a wonderful stay. Plenty of space, cozy common areas and nice local area. Easy to get to Porto too. Very nice host. Responded quickly when we had questions and was flexible with checkout.

We loved our stay here. We were a group of family and friends. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable with everything we needed. Hugo was very helpful with any questions we had and Tatiana messaged us to arrange a flexible check in which was great as we were arriving at different times. Tatiana gave us great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. We were here for 3 nights but would like to come back for longer. We were perfectly situated between the fishing village and the Marina to the town of Porto itself. Great for visiting local restaurants (the fish is amazing here). A favourite here? , well everything actually . We will be returning to the beautiful apartment. Many thanks.

Amazing apartment. Light, airy and quirkily furnished. Extremely comfortable beds. Really easy to walk to the Metro to get to the main attractions. The hosts were marvellous at responding- even when I got locked in the bathroom. Thank you so much for providing a peaceful, perfect Porto home from home. I highly recommend staying here.

He was always attentive and available for whatever we needed, the house was very nice and cozy; the property was spectacular, a shame the rain prevented us from using the pool, with hosts like this it's a pleasure to travel, 100% recommended. The location is perfect, with places to shop and visit nearby, as well as a pharmacy. In addition to the fantastic service, they provided us with the phone number in case we needed anything and sent us links to places to see in the area. Everything was fantastic, we will definitely be back🥰

Recently rented a pleasantly well maintained flat that exceeded expectations. It’s fully furnished, clean, and super comfortable. The balcony offers a stunning sea view, making it a perfect place to relax. The building has a lift, and the location is ideal—close to the sea, amenities, and main roads, yet wonderfully quiet. A practical and well-designed space that feels like home. To top it off, the host is amazing, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

Great house for a few quiet days with a group of friends!

Armando and his partner was extremely friendly and kind from day one . We were welcome into the studio, and the place had everything we needed to make our stay perfect . Little kitchen ideal for meals , comfortable bed and a clean bathroom . The Vila itself is a great place for resting . Delicious pool, pristine green gardens with a very nice barbecue . Armando always made us feel at home and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay . Totally recommend , if you are looking for a relaxing time off , and definitely will come back .
