Very cozy apartment in an old building with a good outdoor space. Rui was an excellent host and very responsive to any request, including getting us a new kettle! He was friendly and offered us lots of information about the city and neighbourhood. Pet-friendly was a huge bonus. The house is smaller than it seems in the photos but it is liveable and comfortable. There is a small gas heater for those chilly or damp nights. The two bedrooms was a huge plus. Kitchen had everything we needed as did the bathroom. The back garden was a nice place to relax on a sunny day. The neighbourhood is very walkable and close to all sorts of things like the metro, buses, cafes, supermarkets, parks, and restaurants. It doesn't take long to walk anywhere, or to take a bus into centro. The street is small and a very large car may have a problem parking there, but we didn't. We liked that the neighbourhood isn't too busy and is mostly residential. We would definitely choose this place again.

We had a wonderful stay. Plenty of space, cozy common areas and nice local area. Easy to get to Porto too. Very nice host. Responded quickly when we had questions and was flexible with checkout.

We loved our stay here. We were a group of family and friends. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable with everything we needed. Hugo was very helpful with any questions we had and Tatiana messaged us to arrange a flexible check in which was great as we were arriving at different times. Tatiana gave us great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. We were here for 3 nights but would like to come back for longer. We were perfectly situated between the fishing village and the Marina to the town of Porto itself. Great for visiting local restaurants (the fish is amazing here). A favourite here? , well everything actually . We will be returning to the beautiful apartment. Many thanks.

The stay was excellent: The house, the impeccable pool, the surroundings, the vineyards, and the kindness and excellence of the hosts. The vacation days we spent here were ideal. The best on the route. We were next to Amarante, which pleasantly surprised us, and other cities to visit, 1 hour drive away. Thanks Osvaldo and Magdalena and family for being such good hosts!

Manuel and Rosaria are lovely and very considerate people, who anticipate the possible needs of the tenants of the cottage. It was very easy for us to communicate with them despite the language barrier. When we arrived, we were able to taste Portuguese specialties. The cottage is very well-equipped, very clean and very conveniently located for visiting northern Portugal. The property is beautiful, with different spaces, garden, pool, vines and animals. I would highly recommend this rental. Thank you very much to Manuel and Rosaria for hosting us.

Amazing apartment. Light, airy and quirkily furnished. Extremely comfortable beds. Really easy to walk to the Metro to get to the main attractions. The hosts were marvellous at responding- even when I got locked in the bathroom. Thank you so much for providing a peaceful, perfect Porto home from home. I highly recommend staying here.

The site of Helena is fantastic, with an extraordinary garden and surrounded by beautiful landscapes and tranquility. Exactly as described, it was one of my best experiences on the platform. He was always attentive and available for whatever we needed, the house was very nice and cozy; the property was spectacular, a shame the rain prevented us from using the pool, with hosts like this it's a pleasure to travel, 100% recommended. The location is perfect, with places to shop and visit nearby, as well as a pharmacy. In addition to the fantastic service, they provided us with the phone number in case we needed anything and sent us links to places to see in the area. Everything was fantastic, we will definitely be back🥰

Had a great time in Marie’s place. She welcomed us really well sharing local places we could go to to shop or eat, and recommendation for Porto. Very easy to check in and flexible which was great. The house is very big with all amenities, and a very nice area by the swimming pool. Thanks again !

Such a relaxing and beautiful spot. We have a lovely slow day at the cabin, making the most of the food the trees and vines had to offer. Fabulous!
