The inn is excellent, with a structure that perfectly meets the needs of those seeking a comfortable and practical stay on the beach. What surprised me the most were the details: items like iron, iron and dryer make all the difference to make the experience even more convenient. We even extend the daily rates for another two days. Paraty is amazing, plenty of places to know and return to a quiet place made us feel at home. In addition, Julio is an exceptional host, always available and ready to help with whatever it takes. The house was clean, organized and very similar to the listing photos. Everything was working fine, comfortable bed, good shower and the location was great for us. Camila, who attended to us, was super attentive and answered everything very quickly. The check-in and check-out were also peaceful. The stay was very good, we would definitely come back!

The summer house exceeded all our expectations! The location is excellent – within 10 minutes of quiet walk, we arrive at the beach, without having to take the car out of the garage. This made all the difference to enjoy the rest days even more. In addition, the house is impeccable: extremely clean and organized, conveying a sense of comfort and well-being from the first moment. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we need, and at no time do we miss any item. It was like being at home but surrounded by a paradisiacal setting. Another big difference is the contact with nature. Wake up with the singing of birds and feeling the gentle breeze passing through the trees was simply invigorating. The atmosphere of the house is very pleasant, making every moment even more special. Without a doubt, an experience we want to repeat!

The house is very new, modern, with all new facilities, very complete with everything a guest may need. Designed down to the smallest details Excellent service from Daniele and Julio! They answered any questions we had within seconds. To highlight and appreciate very much was the solution they gave us: throughout the town the water was cut off, so we had no water in the house and they offered to give us another house with exactly the same amenities and comforts that had a water reserve. Excellent solution If I could give them more stars, I would definitely do it Thank you very much Daniele and Julio for everything!!!

The house is great, well located and ideal for a group of 5 people and very cozy. A point that is worth mentioning is that the swimming pool is very cool as well. In the early days we had problems with the unloading that was soon resolved and control of the gate that did not work. Highly recommend!!!!!

This home is a PARADISE!!! We were so grateful to have stayed at the lovely family home. Lete and Milton, our hosts, have been most attentive and made our stay a most memorable one. We were greeted by Lete, our gracious host upon arrival, with a generous basket of tropical fruits (humongous avocados, all sorts of bananas you can imagine, cacao) freshly picked from the garden. Lete even made us delicious banana cake for breakfast! The home has a modern tasteful design with great air conditioning, with a beautiful terrace facing the lush garden. It was a treat listening to birds sing and seeing curious pygmy marmosets (small monkeys) playing in the tree canopy every morning. The home is only 10 - 15 minutes driving distance to the old historical town in Paraty and numerous waterfalls. We truly lived our dream during our stay here. We were sad to leave and will for sure return for an even longer stay when we visit Paraty next time! Saudades Saudades Saudades!

The house is exactly as advertised and has a great space. It's very well equipped and that helps a lot too! We loved it! For those with a car, it is super easy to go downtown and to other nearby places. The only observation is that the listing had a different address than the one they sent us in the instruction message, we didn't notice because we didn't imagine it could be different, and we ended up going to the wrong place first. For the correct address, I think you could put some reference to which km is near, especially if you are arriving at night, because the entrance to the condominium is dark and difficult to see the sign. But overall the experience was very good and we would definitely come back!

The house is beautifully set in the middle of the mato, but access is easy with a mostly paved road and not too far from Paraty centre (20-25 mins). The veranda is the highlight, could spend hours just sitting there watching the jungle. Great privacy with no one in sight.
