Near the center, with several shops needed in easy access … Who is willing to walk through the city, ends up getting to know the town better, passes through the historic center and is already on the beach.

Rosa is super kind and helped us with excellent tips about the region. She has lived there for a long time and knows the flow of the city well. The chalet is simple but very tasty. The backyard is wooded and fresh which makes all the difference! The kitchen is well equipped and great for preparing quick meals. Anyway, it was a pleasant and very welcoming stay!

Humberto's house is great, super complete, organized and clean, and surrounded by nature, in addition to having a great location, in the village of Trindade, with easy access to all beaches and trails, we loved it, we will definitely be back, we felt at home. Humberto is very friendly, communicative and kind. Super recommended!!

OBS: Our Jeep tour, they picked us up at home at no cost was way ( just as a location idea). BEL thank you for everything... it was perfect.

The villa is extremely clean and matches the photos, super-equipped and with a wonderful view. It is in a quiet neighborhood and close to the Br that is in perfect traffic conditions which leaves access to the fast downtown. We will return as soon as possible.

Ana was super nice and understanding, gave several indications of tours and places to go within the historical center. The house space is amazing and the yard is large and quiet.

Carlos is very attentive, everything is very organized and clean. Carlos' house was the best we've stayed in so far on Airbnb. It has everything you need in a house, you don't have to worry about a thing. very good and we will certainly be back very soon

Gunter was very responsive and kind. The house is lovely! Super well equipped and cozy. The common area is beautiful! Wonderful garden and swimming pool. We felt very comfortable. The location is good, you can walk to the center and at the same time it is in a quieter and more residential area, but there are shops nearby, such as pharmacies and markets.

Great place for nature lovers. we loved the house and the animals around.,Leliane welcomed us upon arrival with a delicious cake. the property is very privet, in the middle of the nature but still not far from the city center. mosquito repellent is a must, and once you applied you can start enjoy your stay. highly recommend

Great house and location. The house is is very spacious and comfortable. It has all you would need in a holiday home. We also liked the neighbourhood, which is calm, with local bar and restaurants and an incredible view of the Atlantic rain forest and a very nice beach. The historical city centre is only 10 min away by car. We would definitely come back.

Paraty is my favorite holiday destination, it was my 10th time in the city and I thought it would be impossible to be more passionate about the city than I was! But Luan's house left me enchanted, beautiful, it has everything needed for everyday life, super comfortable, perfect location and a great outdoor area. Communication with Luan and Dona Izaura was always quick and smooth. Dona Izaura a cute one, always worried about whether we had everything we needed. Next time you're in Paraty I'm sure I'd like to stay back in the house!

The best home I've ever rented. Spacious, clean and organized house! It had everything. All the kitchen utensils, sheets and pillows. All rooms with air conditioning! Excellent location! Letícia and Luan are always attentive and available to answer questions! We'll be back soon!

Sensational cost benefit!! The best was our neighborhood we were lucky... Just families, which was very top of our coexistence! For those looking for a nice place as an affordable value... My husband and I loved staying at Renata and Colin's place. is a place with plenty of space, wooded, our house was inside the same plot of their house, but with total privacy. some easy-to-access trails led to a delicious stream, very good for bathing, with some nice water. the house is simple but perfectly according to the advertisement and exactly as we expected. very clean, smelling and soft bed and bath linen. we recommend to anyone who wants peace and quiet a few minutes from downtown Paraty.

I cannot say enough great things about this cabin. The place is like a beautiful design lover’s dream. An architect made this space and it shows. The cabin itself is really special and well thought out, even down to the PPP (perfect plug placement lol). The amenities in the grounds are spectacular. The sauna is a treat- super hot, with a private outdoor shower and overlooking an absolutely gorgeous swimming hole with a waterfall and naturally-occurring jungle whirlpool. The owners Tika and Marko are worldly, charming, and genuinely lovely human beings. I could not have asked for more. I also got a massage which was one of the best I’ve had- ask for Cesar. Finally, the food prepared by Camila is healthy, varied and clearly made with love.

I traveled with my girlfriend and had an amazing stay at Fausto's house during Carnival. The house is exactly as in the pictures: simple, cozy and very nice. The balcony is too hot. Fausto was an exceptional host, very helpful from the first contact. He answered all our questions, gave great tips for tours and beaches in the area, and even helped us carry the bags at 3:30 am when we arrived. The house has everything you need to cook, and we take the opportunity to make all our meals there. We buy fresh fish with the fishermen there from the village. Picinguaba is a quiet getaway, even at Carnival. The only issue was the parking difficulty, since the village is small and has few spots, but nothing that hindered the experience. I highly recommend the stay for those looking for peace and a charming place close to nature. I will definitely return. Valeu, Fausto!
