We had such a special stay here — the house is beautiful and feels like a jungle retreat, surrounded by nature and peaceful vibes. It was easy to find, and the beach nearby is absolutely stunning. Everyone in the area was super nice and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Just up the road, there’s a little local shop where we ended up hanging out often — such a cozy and charming spot. And the waterfalls nearby? Absolutely incredible. This place is a hidden gem. Highly recommend it if you’re looking to disconnect and soak in natural beauty.

I was looking for a special place to surprise my husband on his 60th birthday. And I couldn't have found a better place than Darius' house on Ilha Comprida. What an amazing place! The house is a delight, super equipped, the gardens well cared for, we can see how much love is put into every little piece of that place. And being there in isolation, just you and the sea, there are no words. The staff was super attentive, helped us carry our things on our arrival (and we brought a lot of food), Ninha came from far away just to prepare our breakfast. My oldest son was happy to find all the necessary structure to make the Neapolitan pizzas he makes so well. We were with our two children, a friend and a Norwegian couple, all of whom were extremely satisfied. We'll be back for sure!

We had a wonderful weekend at the house of Thalita and Rogério! They were amazing, super attentive, friendly, and helpful hosts. The house is sensational: very comfortable, clean and with incredible energy. Myself and my family feel super at ease and enjoy every moment. The location is good, but during the day, because of the sun and the heat, it is a bit difficult to move on foot. At night, I was able to walk to the historic center, took about 30 minutes and went quiet. By car, access is quick and easy, which makes it easy to explore the region. The tips they gave us about places to visit and local services were super helpful and made all the difference in our experience. We'll definitely be back as soon as we have the chance.

Excellent location, very close to the Historical Center. Impeccable studio, very beautifully decorated, well used and clean space. The hot tub is the icing on the cake! Points to improve: a little bit of communication that we had difficulty getting back to and also, although we were isolated, the owner didn't seem to like it very much that we heard music in the house

A great stay at Casa Vermelha! The location and the spectacular setting and the house is excellent. Our Family Group of 7 we had an excellent vacation and in great comfort. The place to enjoy a stay in contact with nature, quiet and enjoying the beaches of the area is super recommended. And if you want to get to Paraty it's a short drive. Daniela's attention, always attentive and proactive not only to guarantee everything was perfect but also to recommend activities and cover any need, Fernanda and Elton not only want to return but also to make Casa Vermelha super recommended as the option to stay in Ilha de Araujo!

Although our stay was short, it was truly wonderful! The attention to detail, care, and warmth with which we were welcomed made all the difference. We felt genuinely at home. Additionally, it was inspiring to see the incredible support for local entrepreneurs, which enriches the community of Paraty and makes the experience even more special. Thank you so much for everything! I highly recommend it and hope to return soon! It’s also important to mention the spectacular breakfast, which is carefully prepared and thoughtfully served.

No comments for the Cabana. It's really all this is a little more. From the beginning have been kind, clear and helpful with our doubts. Although the location seems furthest from the downtown inns and hotels area, the van stops in front of the condo and is very punctual (timetables are available at the bus station and the access is easy, but they only accept cash). In addition, the waterfalls from inside the village are perfect, impeccable and even exempt the visit of the public and most famous waterfalls (which are very crowded). We are in doubt with garbage, but it is a cultural issue, since in other places it is not usually selective collection, but it is part of the village concept. The toilet paper must be thrown in the toilet, different from the other places in RJ. It was very hot and there is no air conditioning but the fan is powerful and has helped us to cool off. The drinking water is potable and we don't need to buy it. Get repellent, saves a lot. Very complete the space. Anyway. It was special. Obg

Lucas place was incredible! We were super comfortable and had everything we need. The place has mire than 5 falls that is best part of the location. We soend most of our days there. Will be def back

All impeccable! A paradise the place, beautiful, super-equipped house. The Diana that supports the house in cleaning and organizing is a person's candy. And Cristina, host, a sweetheart, always available, very kind and polite. I want to go back ja! It was 4 very special days!

Beatriz and her husband are very attentive, gentle, they left us well at home, the kitchen of the accommodation is quite complete, had everything we needed, the bathroom is great, warm water, all very comfortable for the guests. We had a little difficulty finding the place by the numbers, but reading the indications that they left in the "how" we were able to find the place, and Beatriz and her husband still set out to pick us up, and took us to our starting point, made it a lot easier for Genti. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to everything, close to the Highway, the Historic Center, Supermarkets, Pharmacies and even gym that accepts Gympass, we did everything on foot. It was great our stay, there's nothing to complain about!

It's a nice and spacious accomodation with good Internet. Next to a nature reserve where we could see and feed little monkeys in the morning. Close to historical centre (10-min walk). The family enjoyed the stay and will definitely consider it whenever visiting Paraty again.

We loved our stay! The place is super cute with every detail of the furnishings well thought out. Beto and Fernanda met us on arrival and were very helpful about recommendations in the area. We felt very relaxed leaving after 5 days here!

Very centrally located in the historic area. Unit was spacious. The hammocks were wonderful. Place was very clean. Unit had the basics: clean linen with everything in working condition. Host was very responsive as it was a last minute booking--very appreciative of her timely response to everything.

Gunter was very responsive and kind. The house is lovely! Super well equipped and cozy. The common area is beautiful! Wonderful garden and swimming pool. We felt very comfortable. The location is good, you can walk to the center and at the same time it is in a quieter and more residential area, but there are shops nearby, such as pharmacies and markets.

Great place, we only had a little problem with the refrigerator the first day, as it wasn't freezing, but then it went back to work. Wenice is great, caring, caring. We were in a group with children and fit all perfectly, nobody went through tight. I recommend it!

Ana was super nice and understanding, gave several indications of tours and places to go within the historical center. The house space is amazing and the yard is large and quiet.

House is exactly like in the pictures, all very organized and cozy! We had a bit of difficulty to find the site at first, but following the instructions, it was not difficult. When we arrived, Célia (next to the house) was in front of the house and helped us to park the cars she charged us R$30.00 a day for parking and was always available to help us with this, which was great, as parking in downtown Paraty can be a challenge. We highly recommend the house, the location is excellent!

Renata's house was perfect for us with children and a large group. near the historic center, it's also a great option to stroll through the night. The house is comfortable and Renata was super available.
