The spacious seminar and holiday house is part of the sustainable and nature-oriented Seminarhof Mollandur. The grounds are unpaved to minimize soil sealing and allow wild herbs to flourish. The two-story accommodation features a communal lounge with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, 7 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 guest WCs, accommodating up to 22 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, books, and toys. A baby cot and high chair are available.

You are attractively close to the vibrant capital Berlin (approx. 30-45 minutes by car) and Potsdam with its world-famous castles (approx. 20-30 minutes away) For the greatest possible flexibility, we recommend a car. Bus and Uber are also available.

The dream house is located directly in Berlin on the Spree with a small boat harbor and 1000 m² park-like garden. On the ground floor (with underfloor heating) is the living room, the kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower/integrated steam sauna and a Miele washing machine. On the child-friendly upper floor is a large bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a whirlpool. There is also a baby cot, a baby changing table and a baby playpen.
