A house on the lake between Berlin & Potsdam

This is a classic rbnb. We rent our private rooms to private individuals. Not to companies and fitters - please refrain from bookings that are not for yourself. Our vacation apartment is located directly on the lake, is renovated and equipped to a very high specification (approx. 90 square meters). There is a large double bed (200 x 200) and a sofa bed separated only by a CABINET sliding door. (No noise insulation - therefore not very soundproof). Mooring for boats by arrangement. It is 500 m to the Berlin city sign. To Wannsee train station 10 minutes by bus, and from there you can reach the main train station (Berlin) in 17 minutes. Please don't bring dogs. On TV there is an Amazon Fire TV Stick with movies in German and English. What a location; right next to Park Sanssouci! The apartment is located exactly where city and nature unite: historic buildings, pleasantly relaxed and yet secluded: Look forward to "Park Sanssouci" right on your doorstep (about 300 m walk). The cozy city center with the idyllic street and park cafes as well as shopping facilities can be reached in about five minutes with a nice walk, whereby the path leads through the historic old town.

In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!

Our houseboat is a cozy, modern fixed boat, which is located on a jetty of a campsite. The high-quality equipment and the fantastic view over the Templin lake make it difficult for us to leave every time. In summer we enjoy the 90 sqm roof terrace, which also invites you to barbecue. Through underfloor heating, fireplace and private sauna, we make our houseboat a fantastic retreat even in winter.

My guest apartment offers 45 m² of space for 2-4 people. It is comfortably and modernly furnished and invites you to linger - so say my guests :-). After a long day of excursions, the separate bedroom allows you to retreat a little. The apartment also has its own kitchenette and shower room. For more than two guests, the sofa bed can be converted into a double bed.

A great place to stay in a really nice area. Bus connection a few meters from the house, with good connection to Berlin or Potsdam. The Greek on site is also highly recommended :) If there was anything to optimize, it would be an iron + ironing board. Otherwise, the apartment is really well equipped and everything is nice and clean :) ps: Also a possibility to keep the bedroom a little darker in the early morning (curtain for the skylight?) would of course be nice for late risers :D But these are 2 things that would really be "on TOP" and should not devalue the great apartment.

Super nice apartment, exactly as described in the ad. Feel good from the 1st second. Uncomplicated and very nice communication, a warm "thank you" to Claudia and her husband. You're perfect hosts. Whether by car, tram, bus or on foot, all attractions are super accessible. The location within the villa and opposite the castle park is unique. Everything is available in the apartment that makes the stay pleasant. Our little dog was very welcome, there was even a bed, bowls and treats. Park and outlet opposite, so people and dog = "happy." We felt super comfortable.

An airy studio room features sloped ceilings with two skylights allowing natural light to enter. A spacious bed occupies one corner, complemented by a wooden bedside table and a contemporary dresser. A small dining table with two chairs is situated near a soft area rug in a heart shape.

Beautiful, very clean apartment in a great location (tram stop right outside the door, a few minutes walk to the Kunst- und Kulturquartier Schiffbauergasse). The communication with Immanuel was friendly and straightforward. I felt very comfortable, happy to come back!

We felt at home at Sabine's. The location is perfect, super quiet, but on foot you can quickly reach the park or the center with many restaurants and shops. The bed was very comfortable and everything was spotless. Thanks again to you, Sabine, for the hospitality and the warm and quick communication. When we return to Potsdam, we would book this accommodation again at any time, should it be available. Best regards from Dresden, Susanne and Sabine.

An all-round perfect stay in Potsdam - only the weather could have been a little better ;-) The place is very individually designed and furnished, we liked it very much and we immediately felt comfortable. Besides, everything was spotless! Sandra has plenty of tips for the stay, so we could easily have stayed a week longer. The apartment is centrally located yet quiet. We were able to park the e-bike on the terrace with a clear conscience. The courtyard is very nicely laid out and makes you forget that you are living right in the city center. We highly recommend Sandra as a host and the apartment !!!!

Markus and Kristina's apartment is just beautiful! We came together this weekend for a family reunion - 4 generations No matter which generation - whether over 80 years old or 16 years old - everyone was thrilled from the first moment! For our little ones, as well as for the big ones, there were toys and reading material - we noticed an open heart for children everywhere We would be happy to come back any time! Thanks to the whole family!
