Vacation rentals with a patio in Potočnica

we stayed here for a little over 6 days, and it was absolutely amazing! when i texted Martina we could not find any trash bags (we were unfortunately out of them) she even came to the apartment to bring us a new roll. the view from the balcony was gorgeous, especially with the sunset. all amenities in the house were as listed. we ate dinners together and watched tv, we listened to music in the bathroom (which was great except the fact that the shower floor was higher than the other floors, so the floor was wet all the time) and at night we went to party at Zrče beach. we overall had a great time, along with Martina being so kind to us 💜 would definitely book again! just be mindful that the road to the house is a little difficult to find, but once we were used to it we could instruct our uber drivers just fine.

Great location, spacious & comfortable apartment, beautiful beach nearby, walkable to restaurants, shops and harbour. Very helpful hosts, they collected us from the ferry which was much appreciated, lots of good recommendations. Yes it’s on a main road but there’s no noise from the apartment, it’s safe with two pedestrian crossings. Highly recommend for a wonderful stay.

Das Apartment war genau wie beschrieben, alles war sauber und ordentlich - drinnen sowie am Pool. Diana und ihr Mann waren super nett und die Kommunikation war einwandfrei. Es hätte nicht besser sein können.

Sehr saubere und schöne Unterkunft. Alles was man benötigt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Ivan und seine Familie sind sehr herzlich und nett und sind immer da, wenn man etwas braucht. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch, man erreicht alles fußläufig. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter. Man hat alles was man braucht 🤩🤗

We stayed at Morana's place in Silba for approx. 10 days and we had a great time. I can only recommend her place. 1. Location: It was a bit off the center of the island, which we really liked because it was super peaceful and quiet. It was easy to go to the center (10-15 min by foot), where you find restaurants and supermarkets. There were several beaches nearby (the nearest being 5 min walk) so we could visit different beaches every day. 2. Apartment's state: The place looks exactly like the photos. It has two rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and beautiful terrace. We slept in the bigger room, on the sofa couch with a mattress on top that is very comfortable. The place is well equipped with A/C, fridge, stove, cooking utensils. Everything was very clean. Morana left water and juice for us as a welcome. 3. Communication: Morana was super responsive. She was very helpful and friendly. She and her husband picked us up at the port upon arrival and answered all questions.

Ci è piaciuto molto l’appartamento, pulito e nuovo. Devo dire che lo consiglio. Come dicono altre recensioni, essendo Pag un’isola per giovani, nella struttura ce ne sono moltissimi, ma a noi non hanno dato particolarmente fastidio.

Tatjana is the best host we ever had. She seemed genuinely nice. Location is very good, it's about 5 to 10 minutes from everything you would want, but there's no hills so you won't get that tired (which is good). We brought our own bikes and I highly recommend it because they turn 5 minute walk into 1 minute bike ride. AC was working well and was quiet. Everything was clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

Ovo nam je bilo jedno od najljepsih Airbnb iskustava za nas i nasa dva psa. Domacini su bili divni - pripremili su nam sve sto je trebalo, a i pomagali su nam vezano za sva pitanja koja smo imali. Apartman je cist, okruzen zelenilom sa lijepom terasom, odlicno uredjen i opremljen - pazilo se na detalje i to je stvarno puno doprinijelo nasem iskustvu tamo. Svakako preporucamo dolazak u ovaj apartman :)

Es war ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt in sauberen und angenehm eingerichteten Zimmern. Die Gastgeberin war immer sehr freundlich und stets für einen erreichbar. Check-in und Check-out war absolut stressfrei und flexibel. Wir würden immer gerne wiederkommen :)

Paola was extremely generous and kind to us, as her guests. I got unfortunately sick a few days before our trip and we needed to reschedule for a one week, without any problem and charges! Our dog was also welcomed and treated so nice too! 🐺 On our way back in our home country were suddenly floods and storms, so we needed to stay and extend for two extra nights in order to safely return, also without any problem! 🍀 We are lucky enough to find this place and beautiful people here, thank you so much! 🤩🏝️ With all the best wishes 💙 Albert&Adela with Destiny 🐺

Sehr schönes, abgelegenes kleines Haus. Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern da und das hat gut funktioniert. Das Badezimmer ist etwas klein, dies wird aber durch die Außendusche ausgeglichen. Super ist der private Zugang zum Meer, die Küste ist ansonsten Steil und unzugänglich. Schwimmen, Schnorcheln(viele Fische, wenige Seeigel) und Sonnen baden an der fast leeren Küste. Sehr zu empfehlen sind die hausgemachten Produkte z.B. Olivenöl oder Käse. Wer einen ruhigen Ort zum entspannen sucht ist hier richtig.

Odlična lokacija, parking u hladu u dvorištu, apartman savršeno čist, natkrivena terasa, pogled na more. Gospođa Ružica odličan i susretljiv domaćin i uvijek na raspolaganju. Bolje ne može.

Die Unterkunft hat eine traumhafte Lage mit dem Meer direkt vor der Haustür. Wir hatten den Strand oft für uns alleine und es sind nur wenige Touristen dort. Achtung es gibt dort viele Seeigel, also Badeschuhe sind ein Muss. Das Haus ist recht klein, wir waren nur 4 Personen, bei bis zu 7 Personen dürfte es sehr eng sein. Da man sich bei schönem Wetter aber meistens sowieso nur im wunderschönen Garten befindet, ist das nicht so schlimm. Der Whirlpool war ebenfalls super und das Haus ist gut klimatisiert. Nikolina war immer gut erreichbar und hat uns bei Fragen immer schnell weitergeholfen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

I chose Katarina's home due to the closeness to Beach Rucica and Beach Beritnica. When I arrived , i was so happy about the apartment too. The bedroom was comfortable , large bathroom , well equipped kitchen for me to cook .There is a balcony with partial seaview orwatching the locals wallking around. There are 3 restaurants just around then corners . The local beach is also very pretty and takes seconds to get there !There is also the Life on Mars trail which is a must do !!! It was stunning and not too difficult . I walked with my very active medium / large dog. So , I stronlgy recommend Katarin's home for your next stay in Pag .

Great Airbnb with quality materials everywhere. The appartment is spacious for 4 people and could accommodate up to 6 people. The sofa bed is actually confortable. The property offers a private jacuzzi. Perfect if you are visiting Pag island or Novalja but you must have a car or take an Uber but it wasn’t a big deal since we had a car and we were taking Uber at night. The host is very reactive. I would recommend this property 💯

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay at Ilija's apartment :) Great location, bakery and shop is near, private beach, clear water. Ilija is amazing host! The apartment is big enough and has a great view from terrace. Thank you for a really nice trip!

l' appartamento è di recente costruzione, a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro. Molto comodo, pulito con stanze ampie e luminose e una bella e grande terrazza. Arredamento nuovo, dotato di lavatrice lavastoviglie e condizionatori autonomi in tutte le stanze. la proprietaria, Sara è stata gentilissima sempre disponibile e premurosa. parcheggio privato. Tutto ottimo.

appartamento completo di tutto e pulito, io mia moglie e nostra figlia abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni molto rilassanti. Polona molto disponibile consigliato per chi desidera passare dei giorni in completo relax

La casa é in un‘ottima posizione. In 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge la spiaggia sotto casa, in auto con soli 5 minuti abbiamo visitato spiagge migliori. L’abitazione era pulita, in ordine e rispecchiava perfettamente quel che ci era stato mostrato in foto. Eravamo in 7 ragazzi giovani e abbiamo trovato molte attività nella zona. L‘Host é stato cordiale e disponibile, ci ha fornito indicazioni su dove andare a mangiare e che spiagge visitare. É stato un piacere alloggiare nell’abitazione di Doris

Komukatívna, prívetivá hostiteľka. Apartmán bol čistý, vybavenie odpovedalo popisu a fotografiám. Pani Vesna nám po komunikácii umožnila ubytovať sa skôr ako bolo uvedené v itinerári. Osobne nás privítala, previedla ubytovaním. Prekvapila nás občerstvením v chladničke a čerstvými koláčikmi. V priebehu pobytu veľmi starostlivá a nápomocná. Apartmán v lokalite pre ľudí ktorí hľadajú kľudnú dovolenku. Kamienkové pláže s krásnou priezračnou vodou vzdialené cca 10 - 15 minút peši. Deň pred odchodom nás opäť prekvapila čerstvo upečeným ovocným koláčom. Informovala sa o čase odchodu a vzhľadom k včasnému rannému odchodu sa s nami rozlúčila a popriala nám šťastnú cestu a návrat domov. Spokojnosť s lokalitou, počasím a plážami.

Siamo 4 ragazze che hanno passato un piacevole soggiorno di una settimana nell'appartamento Raso. Mirjiana è un'host cordiale e molto disponibile per rispondere ad ogni nostra domanda. L'appartamento era pulito e ben fornito con tutti i beni di prima necessità e non. La posizione è comoda e si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Novaglia e a pochi minuti dal mare, inoltre a pochi metri è presente la fermata del bus navetta che consente di raggiungere facilmente le varie zone dell'isola come belle spiagge e i principali luoghi della movida come Zrće Beach. La casa dispone inoltre di due comodi posti auto riservati davanti all'appartamento. Molto consigliato.
