L'appartamento si trova in riva al mare, ai piedi della collina di Posillipo, in una zona residenziale e ben abitata. È ben servito dai mezzi, ed è vicino al molo di Mergellina, dal quale partono i collegamenti con Capri, Ischia e Procida. A pochi passi: Molo di Mergellina da cui imbarcarsi per Ischia, Capri e Procida o la Costiera Amalfitana nel periodo estivo con il metrò del mare. Sono attivi nel periodo estivo anche i collegamenti con le Isole Eolie. Stazione Napoli Mergellina, chiaro e bellissimo esempio di stile liberty, da ammirare e da scoprire. Via Caracciolo, dove è possibile passeggiare sul lungomare e ammirare i caratteristici luoghi raffigurati in quelle cartoline tanto vendute nei negozi di souvenir, respirare l'aria di mare tra le barche ormeggiate, magari sorseggiando una bibita fresca. Piazza Sannazzaro, famosa per la sua Fontana della Sirena. Sono presenti anche numerosi e rinomati bar, ristoranti e pizzerie. Sempre vicino l'appartamento c'è il Parco Vergiliano a Piedigrotta dove riposano le spoglie di Giacomo Leopardi e di Virgilio. A cinque minuti: Il PAN (Palazzo delle Arti Napoli) che ospita spesso mostre meravigliose. Sul lungomare inoltre c'è la splendida Villa Pignatelli e il Museo Principe Diego Aragona Pignatelli Cortes. Via Caracciolo, la villa comunale e i suoi giardini. A dieci minuti: Raggiungerete a piedi il quartiere più chic di Napoli, Chiaia, ideale per lo shopping diurno e il divertimento serale, dall'aperitivo in poi.. Infatti alle spalle di Piazza San Pasquale ci sono tantissimi bar e locali per una favolosa cena e un dopocena glamour. Ad una fermata di metropolitana o di Cumana invece il centro storico di Napoli raggiungibile anche a piedi con una piacevole passeggiata in pianura attraversando il quartiere Chiaia o in alternativa percorrendo il lungomare. L'appartamento si trova in riva al mare, ai piedi della collina di Posillipo, in una zona residenziale e ben abitata. È ben servito dai mezzi, ed è vicino al molo di Mergellina, dal quale partono i collegamenti con Capri, Ischia e Procida. E' un quartiere molto esclusivo, troverete tutto quello di cui avete bisogno a prezzi non turistici!

This place has been furnished with care and love. It is located in the Chiaia district (elegant area of Naples) and is 10 minutes away from the seaside on foot. It consists of a huge room where there is a comfortable double bed and a sofà bed for an additional guest. It is located on the top floor (with lift) and enjoys a splendid view of sea, Capri, Vesuvius and the hills of the Vomero district. The apartment, which I would define as an "Dependance", also has a beautiful panoramic terrace.
