Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Posillipo, Naples

We searched through lots of accommodation and this immediately stood out. The location is magical. The amenities, we like to have the option to shop locally and cook, to have an outside kitchen was just the best! A good looking apartment making great use of space. Opening the gate on entry, walking down steps carved out of the rock, turning a corner and finding yourself looking out to sea and the colourful facade is unforgettable. We never tired of it. We felt honoured to be living amongst it, unfortunately not for long enough.

such a beautifully decorated apartment ,so tastefully. little touches such as fruit, water in fridge and sweets were very welcoming . less than 10 minutes walk to supermarket and pompei train station.stumning garden, nice to see segregation of trash. . I loved the apartment ,hope to be back soon.

I loved my stay at Margherita’s House! Procida is a beautiful island, and the house is the perfect place to relax. I spent a month on Procida and had the fortune of hosting friends, as well as my mother and my aunt, during my time at Margherita’s House — everybody fell in love with the island and the house, as I did. Marco is also a fantastic host (incredibly kind, responsive, and pro-active), and if I ever return to Procida, I already know where I’ll be staying :)

Pamper yourself as if we were at the home of one of our relatives. Vittorio was very kind, he welcomed us as friends, gave us a lot of useful tips and also gave us a passage to the path of the Gods. Apartment as described, complete with everything, with a beautiful view of the coastal sea from the terrace. If there's a chance, we'll come back! :)

We enjoyed 6 days at Adriana's place, we felt completely at home. Apartment was spacious, nice beds, lovely breakfast in the ☀️ Beautiful garden, swimming pool was put back in order this week ( unfortunately still too cold for swimming) Adriana is very hospitable and has a warm❤️, she took us to the train and gave a nice and tasty restaurant as a tip. Nearby a large shopping center, cooked 4 times, great to do in the extensive kitchen. House is centrally located but a car is definitely needed. We went hiking twice at the Amalfi Coast, visited Naples,Herkalion/ Vesuvius,Pompeii. Adriana has a “ wine wall”, two wines tasted from the local wine 🍷 Adriana and family thank you for the good care 😘

Olindo was a wonderful host who went above and beyond. He provided us with information on the train and bus systems, left us fruits and wine in the fridge, and offered to drive us back to the train station. The place was as described, and we took advantage of the calm terrace with beautiful views. The only thing to note is that the place is up on a hill, so be prepared to walk 15-20 minutes up/down to town center or wait for the (infrequent) bus at the nearby bus stop. It was not a big problem for us to walk, but it may not be ideal for everyone. We also loved the town of Vico Equense– it had a slower pace than other nearby tourist locations. Highly recommend staying at Olindo's place.

Elisabetta was an extremely accommodating and helpful host, staying up late to help us find and check into the airbnb despite a massive train delay. The house is clean and nice, and the view is incredible. Overall great stay.

Fantastic place to stay in Naples with super hosts. Good selection of snacks and drinks provided. Great pizza place and trattoria within just a few minutes walk. If you’re there for 2 or 3 days it’s worth buying a Napoli Artecard - covers 3 museums and all city public transport- ( we found it useful to take screenshots before going down into the Metro where the signal was patchy). It was wonderful to return to such an oasis of calm after the bustle of the streets. Thank you Stefano and Laura

This was an Amazing place, felt very warm cozy and homely. 3 days passed by in a flash, set in a great picturesque quiet town. The host family is very warm and helpful. Loved the stay and will definitely come back! As two girls, felt very safe.

Vico Equense is the perfect location for both the Amalfi coast (ferry from Seiano port, or direct train to Sorrento) and Naples area (direct train), and Patrizia’s place is in a great location close to the Domo20 hotel. There’s a path to the town avoiding all but a short stretch of road.- go right out of the main apartment area gate, then left after the supermarket opposite, go past the Domo20 and follow the footpath all the way down (left path goes to Pizza a Metro, right path to the road leading to the train station). The apartment had everything we needed, and Patrizia was a perfect host, and very helpful. The master bedroom has a huge kingsize bed, a view of Capri but no balcony and the only room with no aircon (but stayed cool). The living room also has a balcony with view of Capri and a sofa and single bed and a door you can close. The kitchen also has a balcony and door you can close. The roof terrace is up stairs outside the apartment door, totally private. 100% recommend.

We loved this villa so much that we extended our stay by an extra night. After weeks of traveling around Italy, Nicoletta’s apartment was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The apartment itself is incredibly spacious and fully equipped with everything you might need. The villa offers a stunning view and is wonderfully peaceful. For us, the location was ideal for exploring Pompeii, Naples, and Positano, though you’ll definitely need a car. The beautiful, tranquil views come with the trade-off of navigating narrow, winding roads—especially tricky if you’re driving a manual, as we did. That said, it’s manageable and adds a bit of adventure! There are supermarket stores nearby and there is a grill outside in case you are in the mood. We totally recommend this place! ⭐️x5

We had a great time with our 3 children aged 9, 7 and 4. The location is wonderful with this magnificent view from the balconies, kitchen and terrace. The place is great, we didn't use one of the rooms. The accommodation is very clean. It should be noted that the kitchen is only accessible via the children's room. It didn't bother us. Strolling through the garden amid olive and lemon trees is a feast for the eyes and the nose. The kids enjoyed looking for cats and lizards. We had a car and were easily able to get around, being very close to Herculaneum and 20 minutes from Pompeii and Mount Vesuvius. There is a delicious pizzeria within a 10-minute walk. This home is ideal for enjoying the bay and its vegetation, surrounded by greenery, quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of Naples. Armida was always very responsive and accommodating. Thank you so much for a great stay.

Great accommodation, I love it. Beautiful apartment, large bedroom, large SDM, at least 3 balconies and a large terrace. I thank Marionetta again for being able to meet my needs and questions, she was very nice. Not too far from the train station and also the beach. I recommend to anyone who comes to MARIONETTA to stop by "la locanda del borgia", very good restaurant and super nice people! This place is my favorite AIRBNB, plus in ITALY! Also note that TORRE ANNUNZIATA (the city) is accessible from Naples, the remains of POMPÉI and VESUVIUS thanks to its train that runs all along the coast and is inexpensive! Thanks again to MARIONETTA for her kindness.🫶🏽

Luigi and Elena were so proactive in checking with us to make sure everything was going alright. We were a little apprehensive about the location because of some previous guest’s remarks, but my daughter and I had no issues with the location going around Naples from the apartment and we were there for 4 nights.

This apartment was excellent and I will would certainly stay there again next time in Naples. The balcony is fantastic with an amazing view and adds a unique aspect to this apartment that by itself makes it worthwhile. The neighborhood is wonderful, family oriented, safe, interesting, and close to both the upper heights of Naples as well as <10 minute walk to the historical center and numerous restaurants etc. The cable car (Funiculare) makes the climb up the hill easy if you have difficulty, but it is 5 minutes walking up and great exercise. The hosting is unique, the hosts live across the hall and made me feel right at home, and the son, Max, who officially manages it is extremely responsive and helpful. They even helped me find my next apartment nearby when I wanted to extend my stay but their apartment was reserved. The inside of the apartment is not spacious but sufficient for a couple, with plenty of space to organize clothing, which a lot of AirBnB's overlook.

We loved our stay at Annamaria's villa. The apartment was. just as described - wonderfully spacious and with all amenities you could wish for... always with a personal touch (embroidered towels and many other details which make you feel very welcomed)! Our personal highlight was our morning coffee on the spacious balcony overlooking the gulf of Naples ... Naples is a wonderful city but being in this wonderfully quiet neighbourhood (walking distance from all the hustle & bustle) was a true godsend at the end of our eventful days. We truly hope to come back to Naples and will definitely reach-out to Annamaria before considering other options!

Great place, really comfortable for 5 people, bigger than in photos! It has all the equipment we needed. Really clean and good location. Felt very secure:)

We really felt at home. The apartment is clean and really cozy. Equipped with everything you need. Giacomo is much more than kind, he advised us on the best way to reach the apartment (I would not want to write it so as not to make it sound like an included service but he picked us up at the station and accompanied us on the day of departure). He provided us with directions to nearby amenities and restaurants. Always ready to respond to each request. The best Airbnb I've ever lived in. Thank you

Giovanni's loft is very large and confortable, located in the hart of Naples shopping district, which is very busy but the apartment is at the 6th floor and therefore not noisy at all. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Great place to stay in Naples.

My family and I really enjoyed the stay. Our host Giuseppe was extremely helpful and informative and made sure our stay was comfortable. The area was very nice! Beach at walking distance was awesome! Lots of local shops in the area which was very convenient so no car needed!

Firstly Valentina was a wonderful kind host. she was very helpful and we loved meeting her. The view from the accommodation was something we couldn't find anywhere. sunsets are amazing to see from there. amenities in the air bnb was excellent, had everything we would need. washing machine and a balcony to dry clothes was very useful. nearest train station is Meta. roughly 20-25 min walk from the air bnb. From Meta to Sorrento about a 6 min train journey. very useful. we did a day trip to Amalfi and Positano easily, buses left from Sorrento. would recommend leaving early in the day. supermarkets in Meta useful. fantastic restaurant walking distance from air bnb which Valentina recommended.
