Vacation rentals with beach access in Posillipo, Naples

Pamela’s place overlooking Marina Piccolo was beautiful and spacious inside and great location for taking the ferries. (Took Ischia Ferry but accidentally got off at wrong island- Procida and loved it!) Pamela’s wonderful husband greeted us. Balcony & view were amazing. The bed was very comfortable & kitchen and bathroom great. We like toast in the morning but there was no toaster or oven so we made do with the panini maker. To get up to the town, you have to walk up quite a number of steps which we found more convenient than using the lift which is a walk down the coast. We are in our sixties & able to do it. Pamela was very helpful in booking parking for us which included a courtesy golf cart to bring us to & from our place. She also recommended & booked for us a great Amalfi Coast small group van tour. Do be aware, as others have mentioned, that there are 60 steps to get up to the apartment. Sorrento (fun restaurant scene) & this apartment were a great base for seeing Amalfi Coast.

Thank-you Giuseppe for a fantastic stay. My family and I had a wonderful time. The appartment was light and airy, spotlessly clean, with amazing views. The air conditioning was very useful on a couple of occasions when the weather turned a little chilly. Your local recommendations were useful and we settled on Porta Marina Seafood restaurant, eating there on a few occasions given the delicious seafood and warm hospitality on offer. For me, a highlight was starting each day with a coffee on the balcony in the morning sunshine, looking out onto Mount Vesuvius, listening to the gentle lapping waves. Wonderful!

This is the place to stay visiting the Almalfi Coast. Waking up to that beautiful view every morning was a delight. Vittorrio was very helpful and met us at the start of the stay to welcome us and talk us through the apartment. Really great flexible apartment.

Patrizia was a very responsive host and kindly let us check in early. She met us at the apartment and welcomed us with a gift of a bottle of wine, which was delicious! The apartment was spacious, clean and easy for a family of four. The roof terrace was wonderful for breakfast in the sun and beautiful sunsets. We loved staying in Vico Equense. Perfect location for exploring Naples, Pompeii, Sorrento and Capri and a great place in and of itself - recommend the pizza by the metre restaurant and Gabriele's gelateria!

I am so happy I booked with Alessandra! I have never booked an AirBnB outside of the United Stars so I was nervous but Alessandra made everything so easy. Her apartment was absolutely beautiful, the location was perfect and the check-in process was simple. And Alessandra had so many fantastic recommendations for us! This is my first trip to Napoli but it will not be my last. When I return I will definitely book with Alessandra again!

Well-equipped apartment 10 minutes from the train and from the beach. It was very nice to sit outside on the roof terrace. The cleanliness was perfect, the bed was very comfortable. Gennaro is helpful and always responded quickly. Highly recommended for a couple.

Gino is an excellent host, he made check-in easy for us, he even welcomed us with food and drinks, always ready to assist us, easy communication, he gave us good recommendations on what to do in Naples, the apartment is bigger than it looks in the photos and that was a very nice thing, I recommend his accommodation since it is also very conveniently located, steps from the central train station, which helps a lot if you take Naples as a starting point to get to know southern Italy, I would definitely stay there again.

The location was great with so many walkable things to do. Loved the wrap around deck with the view mt Vesuvius. Our host Elena went out of her way to help us with private transfers and things to do. loved Ms Irma as well. highly recommend if staying in Sorrento.

The view from Melania’s home goes beyond breathtaking. The view within itself makes it value for money. We spent most of our time sitting on the terrace mesmerised by the sparkle on the Mediterranean below. A steep walk down many many steps to the Positano port which takes about 30 minutes. The apartment itself is sub-terrain on the road side as it appears to have been built into the side of the mountain. It has a huge master bedroom with TV. The kitchen is more of an alcove adjacent to the bathroom. Good news is that there’s only enough room for one cook in the kitchen. So many restaurants, bars and cafes in close proximity.

Alberto was the best host we have ever had. He goes above and beyond to answer questions and provide a custom experience - even calling taxis and arranging luggage transfer. The space is incredible. Right outside a delicious mini mart with amazing cold cuts and wine, and right outside the stairs that take you down to the main area of Positano. Close to all restaurants. Less than 7 minute walk anywhere you need to be. The view is insane. Perfect spot!

Stop looking and book this place for your stay in Positano!! Absolutely beautiful home, lots of space with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. My favorite part was the patio and that view! We ended our vacation in Italy here and our only regret is that we didn’t plan to stay here for longer because it was the highlight of our trip. Trust Claudia and her local recommendations, her communication and hospitality. I was so very sad to have to leave here.

Grady met us at the main road by the steps that led down to the villa. We used the taxi service he recommended and they were excellent. Decided to go with a taxi instead of the ferry due to the possibility of rough seas and cancellations. We had amazing weather our entire 3 night stay. Grady walked us through everything, recommended a person for a personal sunset cruise the night we arrived and it was amazing! The villa was better than the photos show. Spotless and well equipped. No dryer but that is the case with every place in Italy. We hung our clothes with the rack they supplied. No microwave but that was not an issue for us. Morning coffee on the terrace was the best part. Relaxing with spectacular views. The location was perfect. Close to the ferry pier restaurants and shops. Loved the villa and Positano. We will definitely stay in Grady and Letizia’s place again! PS- the steps are a bit more than in the description but trust me, it is so worth the effort!

Teresa’s place is fantastic. The views are incredible. We liked sitting on the large terrace just enjoying the view. The decor is charming and the place was very clean. It had enough space for our family of 4 and we especially liked having 2 bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed. Teresa is very friendly and helpful. She met us at the house and showed us everything. She also helped arrange parking for us. There’s a grocery store nearby and it doesn’t take long to get to the beach and town area below (but the steps back up can be tough)! :) I would definitely stay here again!

I loved my stay at Margherita’s House! Procida is a beautiful island, and the house is the perfect place to relax. I spent a month on Procida and had the fortune of hosting friends, as well as my mother and my aunt, during my time at Margherita’s House — everybody fell in love with the island and the house, as I did. Marco is also a fantastic host (incredibly kind, responsive, and pro-active), and if I ever return to Procida, I already know where I’ll be staying :)

Stayed very well. Maria's explanations were very clear. The apartment is located right next to the bus stop. Very easy to get to. The little harbor next door is very cute!

Luisa‘s husband met us when we arrived to help us find the entrance to the house. He carried down the heaviest piece of luggage for us, which was very kind. There’s a beautiful deck where you can enjoy a gorgeous view of the water and Positano. And have a great view of the stars at night. Luisa was very responsive and provided me with a ferry schedule and instructions for the bus. The patio has some clothes lines you can use for drying clothes. The house is in a great location. And there are restaurants nearby. There are lots of steps to go down to the town or to go up to the market.

We had a great time! The apartment is very warm and perfectly located in the heart of lively Naples. The deck is the ''little cherry'' on the cake... Just amazing!! I recommend it!

Lovely apartment in a quiet location, five minutes from Mergellina railway station. Everything as described by Armando who is an excellent host. Great seafront walk (Lungomare) with lots of restaurants. Perfect place for a stay in Naples!

Location location location!!! Great space that matches description. We were here for new years and so close to everything, yet still quiet. Comfortable beds & good amount of space for our party of 4. Walking distance to everything. Costantino was a wonderful host and went above and beyond on communication and help. Looking forward to coming back.

The location was fantastic. A very short walk to the iconic, beautiful island castle. Many wonderful restaurants in the area. Our favorite spot in Italy. We stayed an extra day because we were so happy with the spot and we Loved the Island. Gio was wonderful, very responsive with perfect recommendations. In a word, ischia, Gio and her B and B was delightful!!

The outdoor space and the view over the bay are really fantastic and worth a booking. The location is easy to find, but difficult to drive by steep entrance right next to the bend at busy road. No place to frequently drive in and out during your stay. So do your shopping in advance. Furthermore, excellent public transport is within walking distance. Within sufficient facilities but a bit dated. Lovely king size bed. Marco is very accommodating and friendly.

I spent the weekend in Procida to photograph the procession of mysteries. I chose Leonardo’s place because it it looked very nice and was well situated. I wasn’t disappointed at all! The place is awesome. Very comfy with a nice bedroom, a pretty cool bathroom and kitchen. I really enjoyed the terrace with the view on the harbour. Leonardo is very cool. He waited for me at the terrace so I would immediately see where to go. Communication was always swift and friendly. I will definitely go back! A+++++

This is the second time we have stayed here and it won't be the last. Eugenio is a wonderful host, so helpful and friendly and in the style of old school Airbnb he provides bottled water snacks for breakfast and appertivo. Cereal, milk, salami cheese and crackers. Plus in the bathroom there's suntan lotion, soap, shampoo, sanitary products. It's a really beautiful apartment, it belonged to his grandparents and he still lives in half of it. We love it!

My family and I really enjoyed the stay. Our host Giuseppe was extremely helpful and informative and made sure our stay was comfortable. The area was very nice! Beach at walking distance was awesome! Lots of local shops in the area which was very convenient so no car needed!
