Beach house vacation rentals in Posillipo, Naples

Barbara’s place was amazing!!!! It’s a beautiful home with gorgeous views, renovated appliances, and it was very accessible for Positano. It was right off the road and near a bus stop which was fabulous for this town because we did not have to climb a bunch of steps to get there. Barbara was also very very helpful and responsive. She laid out the bus schedule so clearly, gave specific directions for us when we were out and about, gave awesome restaurant and beach club recommendations, and even brought us some milk when we arrived since all the grocery stores were closed. We had the best time staying here and would highly recommend it!

We had the most amazing time on our honeymoon staying here! Carlo met us promptly upon arrival, walked us to the house and gave us tips for getting around Positano. The terrace was amazing and offered spectacular views. This side of Positano was less crowded and we were happy to not be in the craziness of the main beach and port. It was a quick walk to literally everything. We hope to come back, and highly recommend!

As soon as we stepped into the house we felt at home. A place with a family history, Margherita’s house was memorable. Sitting outside and watching the sunset was unique…The location is calm and with a little walk you easily get to every place. We already think of coming back to Procida and stay longer at Margherita’s house. Marco really did a beautiful work to keep it comfy and familiar. Thank you Marco!

We had an amazing 4 nights in this beautiful location, Melania’s place is situated in an idyllic area. The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. Melania gave us lots of suggestions of places to visit and where to eat and was very helpful. We would love to return again sometime in the future. This place is a real gem!

Positano... Is an amazing little town... The Apartment has everything you need to feel relaxed..Close to the store and Places to eat. Rooms nice size... We counted 714 steps from beach to apartment which is part of The charm.. One warning.. Private Beach Club is $40 EU per chair to start and goes up from there... Were a family of 4 And Preferred the Public Beach.... Only item missing from apartment is beach towels which we suggested. This apartment great value and experience

Loved our stay here! In a great location. There weren’t many stairs to get to the Airbnb or to get to restaurants and the beach. The pictures they have don’t do this place justice. Way more beautiful in person. The host was great. They let us check in early and let us keep our bags at the Airbnb late while we explored. Would book again!!!

The location is breathtaking. It’s a quirky location. The view from the terrace is spectacular and we saw fireworks on two of our four nights stay. The apartment is spacious. There is no AC but plenty of windows with shutters that let the air flow through. High ceilings and a very nice apartment in all. The kitchen while basic has everything needed for breakfast or to make a simple meal. Elisabetta and Grazie are both lovely and respond to questions very quickly. We would stay again.

Maria's condo in Positano is exactly as described and pictured. Our group of 4 spent two nights and all said how much we would love to live there indefinitely. It's quite the hike down and back from the beach (but pretty much every Airbnb or hotel accommodation is). The only reason for 4 stars is that Maria was still cleaning the unit when we arrived at 3pm check in until 430-- for which she was incredibly apologetic. We were grateful the property is so well taken care of. Definitely don't forget to bring a swim cap down to the pool with you-- they won't let you get in the water without one! (Even if you have your hair up and don't plan to go under).

Monica’s place in Sorrento was a great location. Beautiful views from the piazza, great restaurants and shopping close by, beaches and marina were a short walk away. Monica’s partnership with the hotel was convenient for check-in. She handled our transportation reservation from the train station and to our next destination. If we were to come back to stay in Sorrento we would definitely have Monica’s place on the short list!

Extremely clean and beautiful apartment. Very responsive host. The view was spectacular and the patio was very large and spacious. It’s very good for younger people that like to do a lot of walking and hiking. It’s very difficult to get in town especially when you have only a couple of days to explore the city. I had my mom and aunt with me and I would have preferred a hotel by the center of town. We spent a lot of money for taxi . Other than that the place and the host are wonderful and match the description on the listing .

Vivinanna's place was perfect, Carla was gone beyond perfect. Meta is like home to me anyway but Carla made it feel even more like home. We met the man owner also one day outside and he was extremely polite. Can't speak highly enough of Vivinanna's place and Meta. Forget staying in Sorrento, Meta is a hidden gem to all tourists and hopefully always will be. Sorry if im giving the secret away lol!!! Grazie per tutti Carla e Vivianna. Beautiful property with great views of the Amalfi coast from the outside dining area. Gates protecting the pool which was really important to us with our toddler. The gardens are gorgeous with plenty of fruit trees and herbs. Small shops, gelateria and patecceria 5 minute walk away and sorrento town 15/20 mins in the car. Hosts were very responsive and helped us out with any questions we had

This home was in an excellent location, walkable to everything in Sorrento, provided lots of space for our family of seven, and had all the amenities needed. The outdoor space was lovely and we spent many evenings outside enjoying the backyard. The hosts were responsive, gave great recommendations, and addressed any issues quickly. Highly recommend if visiting Sorrento.

Licia is the best air b n b host we have ever had! She made our trip seamless and was helpful in coordinating reservations and cabs. She is as very sweet and all of her recommendations were spot on. The home was even more beautiful than the photos. As the listing and many reviews state, it is at the top of Positano. The walk down was reasonable with many steps but only about 15-20 min to town. My mother was able to make it back up the steps one time but she did not prefer it and it took us around 45 mi, but like I said Lucia helped us coordinate rides and gave us bus instructions. There is also a nice restaurant at the top of the hill across the street called da constantino if you have a night you do not want to go to town.

This place was one of the best Airbnb’s we have ever stayed at. The place was everything and way way more. The housekeeper was fantastic and she would come everyday to stock up coffee, make the beds and just daily cleaning. Antonino was amazing with responding if we had any questions. We are already are planning our next trip to stay here.

We loved this Airbnb! We didn’t think it could be better than the pictures, but it definitely was. You are surrounded by the ocean, which is not just amazing for the views, but also for the sound :) we loved spending time in the garden, BBQ-ing, enjoying the outside shower, chilling in the sun or shade, watching both the sunrise and sunset… simply amazing!

we had a great time and would definitely return, the host is extremely nice and truly reachable almost 24/7 if anything would be up / you would need. it was a real pleasure!

We stayed 7 nights at Mario's place. We love the place. It is very spacious, clean, bright and modern. The place was quiet, allowing us to sleep well. Great location, just a five-minute walk to the train station, bus station, and the port (for trips to the Isle of Capri and nearby towns). Helpful host with excellent and responsive communication. Highly recommended.

Perfect accommodation comfortable for 3/4 people and the same as described in the photos, it is located in a very central area in Mergellina, in the surroundings there is everything that can be useful and then it is a stone's throw from the seafront. Maria Silvia was kind and helpful from the first moment for all our needs. And for any questions, she was always very quick to give us feedback. If I happen to be in the area again, I will definitely book here again.

The place was absolutely gorgeous. Salvatore was extremely nice and responsive. Always willing to help us. They allowed us to check in a bit early since we arrived early. The only thing is we found everything being a bit far from the center with the house being way up in the mountains. You can either walk a hike up or down a trail of stairs or catch a bus to the center which goes out every two hrs and the last one runs at 7pm back to the house. The views were lovely from the house though. Due to that Salvatore was very nice in offering us a ride back home when we stayed out past 7 a couple of times.

It was so lovely staying here! I spent a lot of my time at the home because the views were so beautiful! Would definitely stay here again. Teresa was so helpful and accommodating!!

We had the best time staying at Casa Francesca. It’s just far enough from the center of Positano to feel peaceful and quiet, but still close enough to walk to all the restaurants, shops, and the main beach in ten minutes. The absolute best part? The private beach. While the main beaches in Positano were packed, we had this beautiful little spot all to ourselves—complete with beach chairs and kayaks. It was a dream! The Airbnb itself was so cute, with little garden areas and amazing views from the windows and terrace. The kitchen even had welcome snacks, drinks, and a Nespresso machine, which was such a nice touch. Our hosts were so kind and welcoming! They were also quick to respond and helpful when we had questions. We would recommend this Airbnb to anyone staying in Positano!

Simply beautiful flat with the best view ever! Highly recommend this property. Gennaro is more than helpful with every aspect of visiting Bacoli. We chose not to have a rental car and he arranged local drivers for us. Thanks so much for adding to an already amazing vacation for us!
