spacious and we'll designed place. easy access to different mountains and close to downtown Granada. the host is easygoing and available when needed. having a car is a big plus. we enjoyed very much and the view from the place is breathtaking! thank you for hosting us.

Mariana's sister greeted us. Altough the apartment was smaller than appears in the photos, it was modernly decorated, well equipped and the view of the light house & Marina was wonderful to watch at night & during the day. The location was perfect with the Marina and fish restaurants along the beach to the right of the apartment. The Orange Square, Alameda park with the tiled beautiful Benches and the Scuptures along along Alvenida del Mar were to the left and all within a 13 minute walk to all three locations. Parking was also possible within a 5 minute walk however Gayane kindly helped us find the car park as we drove around in circles. Great place, location and very helpful host would definitely recommend.

My family fell in love with the place and the location. It felt very safe and the aesthetic was spot on. If you’re looking for a place that is accessible to “everything” - its the place to be. The view from the balcony was fantastic, exactly how its featured on the listing. The host, Natalia was very friendly and helpful, shes even got us an office table to accommodate my son’s homeschooling needs. Definitely a 10/10 for us. If were in the area next time, will book this place again.

I recently stayed in a stunning, modern apartment in central Marbella, and it was fantastic. The open layout is spacious and filled with natural light, featuring elegant decor and contemporary furniture. The location is perfect, just a short walk from restaurants, nightlife, and the beach. Overall, a perfect blend of luxury and convenience. Highly recommended!

The apartment was even better than we expected, the photos perfectly matched the reality, the reality was even better. The apartment is very clean and well-kept, found everything you need to live there, it was like home. The dishes were intact and there was enough quality, the dishwasher is in use. The linens were good and easy to wash, and we found a tumble dryer. Miriam is very friendly and, if we had a problem, the help came quickly. The yard is fenced, well-maintained, and has two pools and sun loungers. Bus stops are less than a ten minute walk away and buses to both Marbella and Fuengirola run about every half hour. There are three different types of large grocery stores about a kilometer away, in one direction Lidl and Mercadona side by side, and Carrefour in the other, with other shops and many restaurants and cafes nearby.

We loved our stay in Alirezas place. Everything was like it was described and as you see in the pictures. Really good place to stay or spend your holiday.

Great apartment in an excellent location, so close to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants etc and a lovely walk up to the harbour and into Malaga. Antonio was a fantastic host answering any questions really promptly and even organised transfers to and from the airport. Thanks for a great stay and all the help with my many questions!!

The apartment is very comfortable and safe. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is a new built with spacious private parking in the garage under the building. City centre is located on the same street level (no stairs). Access to the beach across the street (via stairs). There is an elevator in the city centre that takes you to the beach for .50 cents. Located in a residential neigbourhood but close to shops, restaurant and beach. Fran, the caretaker, was of great help and always checking if we were okay. We had a fantastic week! Thank you Fran.

We loved our stay in this lovely place. The excellent kitchen was fully equipped to make a smoothie or full dinner. There is a spacious and light sitting/dining room with lovely plants and huge tv. The bedrooms have good wardrobe space and very comfortable beds, tv & a/c. The bathroom has a very good shower. Our favourite area was the terrace garden with a bbq and amazing pool! Which we enjoyed using so much. There are pool towels and super loungers as well as a table, chairs and fabulous sun umbrella. The pool and garden lighting is very pretty. Our lovely host was very helpful and immediately sorted out any minor problems. We were their the day and night of the 'great blackout' and the night sky was incredibly beautiful. Thank you for a relaxing stay.
