We had an overall great stay at Sam’s place! My group and I were only in town for one night for a concert and this place accommodated us very well. It was exactly as described and everything was clean. It may seem small but it holds 6 people very comfortably! It was easy to find and easy to check-in. Thank you for hosting us and accommodating and early check-in!

I come home every year to visit with my family members. I will no longer be staying in those hotels on Mercury Blvd. Conveniently located. Everything you need for cooking in the cabinets. Coffee on deck. Beds were very comfortable. Laundry room was good. Air conditioning was on point. I love hot water awesome. See you in August.

Raul was very responsive and helpful with accommodating a late check out as well as answering any questions that I had. Excellent host. Would highly recommend!

Not only were the rooms spotless and ridiculously comfortable, but Anne went above and beyond with a FREE speedboat ride , kayaks and provided my boys with fishing hooks that made our stay truly unforgettable! Incredible place to stay at! Only 30 minute drive from VA beach. This is a nice, private and peaceful place at stay. 10/10 I highly recommend. Kati and Robert were fantastic hosts, who were both incredibly helpful and quick to respond if we had any questions.

My husband and I visited Steff's AirBnB on our Honeymoon and were beyond pleased! She provided so much for her guests, including eggs and bacon for breakfast!! Her space was so clean and welcoming. It was the perfect, quiet spot for us. I found the bed to be a little too firm for my personal taste, but I still got a decent enough night sleep and I will absolutely be back if we come down to Williamsburg again. The backyard was so adorable and peaceful! I only wish the weather would have been better to enjoy the fire pit and smores kit!! Thank you Steff for having us!

This place was everything it is advertised to be. It was the perfect fit for my family of 7. The game room was a great addition for the kids!

Abel’s place was great! The beds were so comfortable! The house was bigger than we thought from looking at the pictures. It’s close to ODU so there are plenty of food spots right nearby. We had a great stay. Would definitely stay again!

Great rental. Conveniently located to the beach. Centrally located to all th museums, restaurants, etc. we wanted to visit. Well -equipped, everything you might need. Super responsive host, very quick to answer any questions we might have. We had a wonderful stay! Highly recommended!

Sabrina was extremely nice, helpful , and responsive. The house is as described, very clean, and had everything we needed. I'm sure if there was something we needed Sabrina would have taken care of it. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. We took our dog on walks by the water. It was a dead end street & so peaceful. We even met a few neighbors that made us feel extremely welcomed. We will definitely stay again! I would like to caution you to only visit the nearby Walmart, 7 Eleven & other stores during the day.

We were in town for our son’s graduation from CNU. This house was a little further away, but had the space we needed looked beautiful in the photos, and had great reviews. We were not disappointed! The place matched the photos, and Davis was an incredibly friendly and responsive host!

This home was just as peaceful and beautiful as described. The host was very nice, responsive and accommodating! I will definitely stay in this beautiful space again.

Mr Gabriel’s home exceeded our expectations! He was very detailed with his check in instructions and lets you know where everything is upfront. Communication was great, he checked in daily to make sure everything was okay and if we needed anything. This place is very comfy and feels like home. It’s more spacious than what the photos show, especially the bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has a large walk-in closet along with an en-suite bathroom. Both bathrooms have standing showers and fully stocked with toiletries. Bedrooms #2 and #3 are spacious with a nice size closet space. Description doesn’t mention about a 4th bedroom but it was locked and off limits. Plenty of towels and washcloths were available in the hallway closet. Fenced in backyard for children to play outside. Kitchen has a dishwasher, a full size washer and dryer, Keurig machine, toaster over, air fryer and all utensils we needed to make our meals. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. God willing, I’ll rebook this for future trips.

The only issue we had was our code for the building and parking did not work at first! Pam was very quick to resolve! There are no elevators in parking garage, I would take my stuff in at the entrance and then park! Dolphin run staff was not much help! We had a second car that we were supposed to get a parking permit for. They just told us to park and not worry about signs that clearly stated towed with no permit. Our car did NOT get towed!

I traveled here from Pittsburgh with my three kiddos, and as a single mom this was a perfect location and a great spot. Very clean, lots of board games to play provided for you. I personally loved the extra towels!!! Will definitely be coming back to this location

Everything was great! The room was comfortable, clean, and the view was beautiful. It is in a great location with many restaurants in walking distance. Parking is close and convenient. We had a great trip and would recommend to others!

The condo was very clean with all necessary essentials. We loved sitting on the porch watching the wildlife, especially the numerous ospreys. It is centrally located, only a short drive to historic Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown. Plan for about a day at each to fully enjoy everything. The grounds of the resort are lovely and a great place to walk or ride bikes. Rodica was very easy to communicate with and was most helpful with all checking instructions, especially with our late arrival. We would definitely like to return.
