Our stay here was fantastic! Very close to the beach which you can walk to, and only a short drive away from the waterfront that has great restaurants and lots to do! The place itself was clean, quiet and the perfect size for 2 people. If you’re looking for something with great amenities for the size, and in a great location this is it!

This was perfect for our family get away! We had my husband and I our 2 children ages 12 and 1 year and my mother in law. They had even set up a baby bed for my little which I thought was very sweet. We had plenty of space for the 5 of us and wasn't far from things it was very easy to get around once we figured it out. This home was clean and nice, the neighbors were great and nice I only wish we could have told them bye but we didn't see them before we left. Peter as a host was amazing any time I messaged he got back with within great time! Very nice as well! When we come back this will definitely be our go to place!

Great stay. Appreciate having the Keurig for coffee. Could use replacement cooking utensils as some were a bit worn and melted. Place has just enough for a short stay. Towels and linens were clean. Distance to the beach was a plus, only a two minute drive.

We loved our stay, it’s easy walking distance to the beach and other attractions, 5 min drive to the aquarium. The place was very clean, no sand or anything in the unit upon check in and we overall had a very positive experience.

OK, Cindy‘s unit was by far the best one bedroom unit that I have stayed in. It is the second best unit I’ve stayed in overall! It was squeaky clean, very cozy and inviting, very quiet, and it was good for sleeping and relaxing.If you have the opportunity to book this unit, don’t hesitate! I will say there are a number of stairs in order to get into the unit, but other than that wow, simply wow!

We had a great stay! Shawn was an excellent host—very attentive and quick to respond to any questions. The place was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was also perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and do. Highly recommend!

Fell in love as soon as I opened the door and saw the ocean views. Everything was just as pictured. Any problems were communicated immediately and responded quickly. Such a great stay and the best area we found. Would definitely come back.

Pretty decent place for the area. Had comfy beds, lots of space, and a nice kitchen. The decor was fun as well. Biggest downside was not having very dark shades and being in a city (tow trucks and cars, random people walking around) - not much you can do about city life though:)

Location, location, location! Being right on the beach and having such a beautifully cultivated outdoor space was so nice! Really enjoyed amenities like the outdoor shower, beach chairs, and the hot tub.

Clean and exactly as described in the listing. More spacious and well equipped than a comparably priced hotel. The houses in the neighborhood are close together but that was not an issue during our stay. Well there was someone practicing trumpet next door when we arrived but fortunately that did not last too long LOL. A nice 1 mile walk to the waterfront. The only minor glitch was the arrival instructions mentioning the "front door" but there are actually two front doors and the obvious one is the wrong one. A very pleasant stay. I appreciated the cancellation option for a small fee, fortunately we did not have to use it.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic experience. The neighborhood was a delightful surprise. We loved being able to walk to several charming restaurants that offered a variety of delicious dining options. It was perfect for leisurely evenings out without the hassle of driving. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better getaway. We’ll definitely be returning to this lovely spot in the future! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay.

Good landing pad for Ghent neighborhood of Norfolk. Near hospital and trolley, as well as the shops and restaurants of Colley Ave. Clean, uncluttered, easy parking.

This place is perfect for a beach trip! It was a very short walk to the beach and had lots of things close by to do! The place had all the basics that would be needed for a trip. The back yard was very nice for my dog. Highly recommend for an affordable place to stay on your next beach vacation!

Great place to stay! Would definitely recommend and stay there again. It is located close to shopping and dining as well as Busch Gardens and other attractions.

Everything was perfect - the heated pools were especially appreciated as the weather was a bit cooler than anticipated. Great location for family trip!

I’ve never booked an Airbnb before, so I was feeling a little apprehensive. Aimee’s condo is in a giant complex right on the beach in Sandbridge with gorgeous surroundings and two great restaurants within walking distance. Being a senior citizen, I had a little trouble finding her parking spot in the huge garage. I messaged Aimee and she had someone available on the premises to come right out and help me, which was such a relief! I’ve never operated a lockbox before to get the key, but that was pretty easy. Once inside the condo I was thrilled! Her third floor unit was spotless and really comfortable with a gorgeous view. It had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

We used this space while our home was being worked on, do it was more of a “staycation” and did not use all of the amenities. The space was clean and newly renovated, so we were pleased with how nice things were. I highly recommend it for people visiting the Williamsburg area. Great location to Busch Gardens, W&M, etc. The only negative is that it is a time share, and they don’t take no for an answer.

This worked out great for our family of 4. Plenty of space and was helpful to have the pool and a playground right there and walkable. Would stay here again!

The grounds were really beautiful and well-maintained. Great location and Brooke is fantastic to work with. Great midway point between Busch Gardens as well as Colonial Williamsburg/Merchant Square.

Great spot and amazing location. Super responsive host but still very private location for the set up. The porch sitting paid for itself ! Would definitely not hesitate to stay here again.

It is a beautiful place, close to everything, the only dislike is we saw roaches on our last 2 days of our stay. Than we notice the roach traps.
